Jon was awesome! We were in the process of moving and he helped keep us on schedule with the floors. They look fantastic.

Fabulous Floors was awesome! They did a beautiful job! Our floors look brand new. I was very pleased with their service. They called me every morning to let me know they were on their way. They finished the job in a timely manner.

I called Fabulous Floors and left a message. Jon called me back very quickly and was very professional and friendly, and we set up an appointment time for the following day. Jon showed up on time, inspected the floors, took measurements and provided me with a good description of the refinishing process. The price he gave me was pretty good too! After taking a couple of days to consider, I called Jon, gave the go ahead and set up a time for the crew to come to the house. David, Jim and the crew showed up on time, with all the appropriate equipment and began prepping the house. They were all very professional, personable and helpful. We had already moved all the furniture from the areas being refinished (in our case this wasn't too difficult but I imagine that if you had hardwoods more extensively throughout your house then this would almost be like moving) so they taped up and put protective plastic over everything. We hadn't yet decided on a floor stain color so David was able to sand a section of the floor and apply four different stains of our choosing so we could make a decision. He provided helpful advice about which ones would look best in our house, and we ended up with a blend of Minwax Dark Walnut and Provincial. The whole process took two days with the prep work, sanding and stain application happening on day 1, and the finishing, buffing and sealing the next day. By about 2pm on day 2 they were all finished up. They cleaned up, gave me advice on how to proceed with protecting the floor over the following few days, and even left me with some extra stain and a touch up pen (just in case!). The floors look magnificent!! The guys did a first class job and were an absolute pleasure to work with. I would definitely call them again and would not hesitate to recommend. They did a good job. It was fine for a while, they didn't completely re-do them. They just did a touch up type of thing. For price, I don't know but it had to be good if my husband hired them. They did miss a couple of spots and so, I would not give them an A for quality. I would give them a B. I guess the response was good, I don't know I was at work. I suppose they were fine with professionalism.

Jon was very professional and thorough in the work he has performed. I have hired him to buff the hardwood floors of the new home I have purchased. He has a done very good job with satin finish and the floors look brand new now. He explained the work he has performed in very detail and gave me clear instructions on how to protect the floors from now on. I would highly recommend him for any job related to hardwood floors.

Jon did the eating area, kitchen, bathroom and hall with his dustless renew process. First he was exactly on time and did the job quickly and efficiently and the result was fantastic. We only had part of our house done, but now that we see what a great job that he did, we are going to do more of the house with his process. Jon owns the company and his wife Liz runs the office. It seems that they take great pride in all that they do. we were 100%++ satisfied with the result. I want to give him one of the POH nominations if I can figure out how to do that.

Jon was up front about the fact that he can't even remove the superficial scratches. While I appreciate the honesty, that does not exonerate him from trying to do his best for the customer. He spent a total of 40 minutes on the job and I felt that $329 for the 40 minute sub-par quality job is too much! He didn't even fill in the couple of cracks with wood putty before putting in a single coat of polyurethane. My husband had to spend time putting the putty and extra coats of polyurethane. Waste of money!

Contacted same day I made the purchase to schedule an appointment. Called back the next day and was provided in detail of the process to assure realistic expectations. Appointment was scheduled and received confirmation the day before. Contractor arrived promptly, stated approximate time it would take and discussed the existing condition of the floor and what to expect when the job was completed. Job was finished within the stated time and was told when the floors could be used again. Fabulous Floors N.Atl exceeded my expectations on all points. The floor looks absolutely sensational. He did an awesome job! The floors look new, even a spot by the front door that was scratched by a dog over years.

They are friendly, and they did a good job. There was one small thing and they came right out and fixed it, so they were fine.

Quickly, efficiently, professionally. Jon Bolander is very personable, and he does great work. We will definitely contact him in the future for more of the same. I would also recommend him highly to other homeowners in the Lake Arrowhead (Ga.) community.

It was great customer service. We spoke on the phone and he came over to my home and explained everything. It just wouldn't work out because I needed refinishing instead of resurfacing.

They were unable to take care of a wet spot that needed more work.

What a perfect example of how to conduct business. Jon came out first to give an estimate and the price was fair (as advertisedper square foot) As the floors were in good condition Jon recommended touching up the problem areas with stain and then resurfacing the floors and finishing with a satin stain which would work well with our family and pets. Service was scheduled for 8:30, Jon arrived at 8:30 sharp. The work started at 8:31. That's how to do it. He did an excellent job and the floors look great. Exactly what we wanted. If you need to get your floors done, look no further than Fabulous Floors. Extremely impressed.

John and Chris did a great job. They were punctual, moved the furnitures, cleaned and resurfaced the entire first floor of our house. I came out like new. They were very friendly and pleasure to work with.

I had two small areas to be resurfaced. He came out and put some stain and coating on it. I can't tell that the problem was even there. He did a great job and was very professional. Very quick, it oly took him about one and a half hours tops.

Jon replied very quickly to our inquiry and was able to estimate the next day. We were working to get the house ready to list for sell and needed someone who could work around our schedule and other contractors. Jon was able to fit us as on the day we needed without a problem. The works was done quickly and professionally. I would recommend him with no reservations.

He said the kind of resurfacing they do would not repair my flooring to my satisfaction.

It was good. They are very personable and attentive. If there is a problem they will come right out. They want to satisfy the customer. They gave me instructions on when to walk on the floors. I am happy with it.

They were going to charge extra because they said they had to go up floors. They called and informed me of why there would be extra charges.

Now I know who I am going to go with because I really like their quote and the guy they sent out. He had a lot of pictures of work they had done that was very nice. He was also very knowledgeable and the people that would be refinishing the other rooms would tie into the new flooring. Things like that stood out. He came on time, he is very professional and knew his stuff. He's the one I'll get to do my floors.
