They were very knowledgeable. The owner, I believe, is the one who came out. I think they were very competitive cost-wise.

The crew arrived as planned. Investigated the leak and finally discovered the damanged piping. This involved removing sections of my front lawn grass and dirt which they saved on a large piece of cardboard. Damanged section was removed and replaced with new material. Dirt and sod was replaced. We were very satisfied with the whole process and felt they did the whole job in a professional manner.

Overall I would not hesitate to recommend EcoSystems. In fact, that has already been done. My only suggestion would be to meet with Dave and hear his thoughts. I think you will be convinced that he is the one to go with.

I called and arranged for Ecosystems to come out and check our lawn sprinkler system with the possibility of repairing or replacing it. We set a day and time that they were to come. They never showed, no phone call. When I called them, they never returned my call. Obviously they don't need anyone's business very badly.

This was painless for me because the work was completed efficiently and for less than the original estimate. David Robertson is friendly and willing to answer questions. David arrived on time and gacv me 45 min notice before shutting of the water to my house. He worked around 90 minutes and then let me know to turn on faucets to let the gas out. When he left, the lawn looked as though he had not dug up the pipe. I am extremely pleased with his service.

They were responsive, professional and the price was a good price.

David is a great find. Very responsive, honest, and fair priced. He's the guy that isn't going to rip you off. I had been using some of the large service companies before I found David, but not since.

Scheduled inspection and estimate. Arrived as scheduled. Work took 2 days as system had not been serviced for a couple of years. Work was neat no damage to lawn. Cleaned up after work complete. The two men who performed the work were highly professional. Kept me informed throughout the process.

The work was done in a timely manner. We have used them for many years and will continue to do so.

The installers were on time as was the owner who estimated the work. A large trenching machine was brought out which made the job go quickly.

Called and he said he would come out to close the system down for the winter. He never came or called back.

He never called back. Even if he was unable or not interested in the job, I would have appreciated a call letting me know he was not able or interested in the job.

David Robertson was very professional and gave me a detailed breakdown of labor and materials so I could make a valid comparison to other proposals. They completed the job quickly as promised and came back to add more irrigation to additional plantings after their initial visit.

David returned my call for an appointment the next business day and showed up to assess the damage and give me an estimate right at the scheduled time. He was very professional and explained in detail what he felt was the best way to tackle the job. He gave me his worst case scenario and the cost if everything needed to be done. We set a start date however he called me and said he had time to do my job several days before I was expecting him and wanted to know if it was OK for him to start, I gave him the go ahead and he showed up with his crew right on time. He and his crew went right to work and it was amazing to see how quickly they got the job done. While there I also had him run a new line for additional sprinkler heads and a line for a spigot in my backyard. He finished the work under the estimated cost and in one day. He cut the sod out before digging and when he replaced it you can't even see where he dug. They cleaned up so well it was hard to see where they had worked anywhere in the yard. I could not have asked for a better experiance.

Dave and one crewman systematically went through a cycle of evaluation and diagnostics and discovered a landscaper had cut through some wires that were in some ivy. He replaced the old worn out and cut wires and connectors for a good part of the system to ensure better reliability and replaced one defective head. Knowledgeable, prompt, courteous and efficient, he zipped in and out within an hour. Definitely would recommend and use again if the need arose.

David and his crew did a superb job in repairing my entire irrigation system.

The owner of the company has extensive education, training, and experience in landscaping and irrigation (even a degree or two!). David is knowledgeable, responsive, trustworthy, friendly and easy to work with. After fixing the major leaks, I did find a couple of smaller leaks. David came out the next day to handle them and only charged a small amount for the extra work. They did such a good job for the HOA, that I hired him to come out the next week and do some repairs on our own system.

Prefessional, knowledgable and friendly. Found the leak, bad dip valve, and replaced it with one that will last longer than the 3 years the previous did. Did a nice job replacing the grass that they had to remove to find the problem. They are top of my list the next time I have a problem.

I emailed David about a month earlier (July) and he said that they were very busy and he would probably not be available for a few weeks. I emailed again a few weeks later and got a call from Taylor. I met Taylor at my house later that day. He checked out the irrigation system and found a few leaks in the drip line and fixed them, and he fixed a few sprinkler heads. He also pointed out the problem with my outdoor lighting is weak connectors between the lights and the low voltage line. He fixed two of them and then showed me how to fix the others. Great service and great price, he did all this work in an hour, and he was very helpful in explaining what he was doing. I highly recommend, just try to avoid installation/maintenance in early summer when they are very busy.

The work was easy on us, professional, and prompt. We had complete confidence in this company and we wouldn't call anyone else.

I called Dave based entirely on the Angie's List reports. He was working in the neighborhood that week and came by to evaluate the job. I followed his visit with an email confirming the services needed. Dave responded within the week with a very reasonable quote. Unfortunately I was out of town when he scheduled his crew, but my wife handled it. The work was performed as promised. The attention to detail was incredible. When I returned home later in the afternoon I could not tell any work had been done except for the light outline of where one trench was dug. All sod, landscape materials and earth were pristinely returned to their original condition. On top of all that, I found the price to be far more reasonable than other providers I have used, more knowledgeable too.While we got off to a slow start, it being both of our busy seasons, the work was done and was done well. I would use EcoSystems again and recommend to anyone that were to ask.

They offered an service date within 2 days. Showed up on time and checked the system, repaired the leaking sprinklers and added a rain sensor. Very professional and sympathetic service. They did a lot of explaining and I got the sense that they are more interested to win a new customer and establish a longterm relationship than making a quick win.

Taylor and his assistant showed up on time, checked out our system, and fixed the problems. What else can one ask for?
