The work performed was Excellent! I was thoroughly impressed. David and his team arrived as scheduled. Familiarized themselves of the area and the work that needed to be done. He was very knowledgeable and forth coming with information on his findings of problem areas.

Excellent work. Provided additional information about my system and how I can do this myself next year. Very honest and upfront.

After all was up and running, David discussed options for upgrading our very old landscape lighting system- Explained what I needed, gave mea sample piece of wire so I would know what to buy. We have a plan going forward and I am hoping to have David come back and install a new program box, running new landscape wiring and installing new lighting fixtures. He has great ideas, easy to work with, and was in and out in no time! Make sure you schedule ahead, he is super busy during the planting seasons. But very worth the wait.

They were wonderful and the price was less than what was quoted. He said it didn't take them as long as they thought it would.

I called David around 10:30am and he was at my house the same day around 1:00pm. He and another workman were here for a couple of hours working. I had to leave my house to pick up my child from school and he called me when the work was done and left the bill for me to mail in. I had to leave my house unlocked since my other child was being dropped off by carpool, but had no worries because I trust David.

Called David left a message, he returned my call within minutes. He came out a couple days later and did the job. He is polite,punctual and helpful. He answered all my questions and was patient with me. He didn't overcharge me and was by far the lowest bid I received. I will definitely use him for any future work/repairs.

David came out the same day I called him. He took a look, called his guys to come out and they did the work right then in less than 2 hours. My husband said he was a super nice guy and did a great job and that is saying a lot for my husband to say that because he never likes anyone! We are having him out again to add to our existing system.

We agreed on a price and he said that he would call me. But he has never called me since we spoke. We had a firm deal and he did not keep his word.

Excellent. David Robertson (owner), gave an estimated cost and amount of time it would take to complete the job, on the phone based on my description of the problem. He arrived on time and fixed the problem as estimated. Very professional and friendly. I will definitely recommend him to anyone requiring his services.

David came out when we agreed. He was very friendly and professional. He showed me all the problems and explained what he was going to do to fix it. He showed me how to use the clock/timer and he programmed it for me. I would recommend his company and would use him again.

It is easy to see why Ecosystems has so many A ratings. We had recently had some landscaping done in our yard. I needed my irrigation system to work, but it just wasn't right. I called. David came and quickly diagnosed the problems. The crew returned the same day and performed the work. We thought we had one leak in the system. We actually had three. I've got great coverage on my new sod. Price was fair for the work. All in one day.

David came out the day after I called. Quickly did the minor repair I originally called about and in the process of doing requested system check he identified several other issues. Each time he came and told me about it, explaining the issue he found and how he would fix it. System is working better than it ever has and I've had several other companies out to do similar work over the past several years. Would call David again in a heartbeat.

I highly recommend David Robertson to work on your sprinkler system. He provides excellent customer service and is very friendly, reliable and trustworthy. Since I have been in Atlanta (only two years), I have used two other sprinkler system firms and had to deal with a series of missed appointments, high costs and incomplete/incorrect diagnoses. David was great to deal with starting with the first encounter. He picked up my phone call on his cell phone at 7 AM in the morning! I explained the issues and he subsequently worked me in later that afternoon. As described in the provider section, he addressed my issues and thoroughly explained them. He quickly gained my trust and I never received this type of treatment from the other firms. He and his Team went above and beyond and I will definitely use them again, if needed. I also highly recommend that others use David and his Team as they are great service providers!

I happened to notice that my water was running when I went to shut it off to fix a leaky faucet in my house. There was a cracked piece of pipe at a site of my irrigation system that David's company had installed approx. 9 months ago. I tried to contact the company over the weekend, buy had no luck. We went without water for a couple of days, but that was because of my own ignorance of how to shut the water off to my irrigation system alone. Everyone with an irrigation system should know how to do that! Live and learn. David called me back on Monday morning form his vacation out of the country. I explained the problem, and he told me that he would have one of his guys come out that day and take care of it. True to his word, when I arrived home from work that afternoon, the problem had been taken care of. I was very happy to have my water back. David responded immediately to my situation, even as he was still outside of the country at the time. Ecosystems stood behind their work, and left me a happy customer. David is a very pleasant guy who knows his stuff and is very professional. I have utilized David's company Ecosystems multiple times, and I would highly recommend him to anyone needing an irrigation system or needing work done on one they already have in place.

We called David Robertson late on a Saturday and left a message. He called on Monday, came over within an hour and fixed the problem in minutes. He knew exactly what he was doing, had all the necessary equipment in his truck, located the problem, replaced the valve, checked that the system was working properly before he left - all in LESS THAN AN HOUR! Fantastic guy, great service!

Contacted David because of great reviews he earned on this site instead of going for cheaper advertised special. He showed up with his assistant at the time he promised and completed the job efficiently explaining what he was doing. Among other minor issues which they easily fixed, they observed that our back zone was not spraying enough water and there could be a leak in the pipe leading to low pressure in that area. They were able to find quickly the pipe which was leaking and fixed it! He suggested to install rain sensor(required by law) which we agreed. He also assured that he stood behind his work and we could call him in case of an issue.

David was very responsive. I called on a Monday morning and he said he would try to swing by that afternoon after another call in the area. He called at 5PM and said the job had taken much longer than expected and asked about coming by the following day. We agreed on a time frame. He came, diagnosed the problem and fixed it quickly. I had a few questions about my system and he went through all of them. He was able to increase the water pressure to an area of the garden that was not getting enough water. He is very knowledgeable about plants and showed me where i was putting a lot of water on plants that are established and indigenous and will survive on their own. Turning off those heads allowed greater pressure in the areas that needed to be watered. Rather than trying to sell more heads and a bigger system, he showed how my system could operate more efficiently. With the cost of water in Atlanta, that means big savings on my water bill. His knowledge, responsiveness and professionalism impressed me and my husband and we will definitely call him again!

David was very responsive and communicative about the process. This is our first summer in the house, so the system is new to us. He showed me what was wrong and fixed it on the spot. He also gave me an education about our system and reset our watering schedule to be more appropriate for our specific needs. I'll definitely use him again!

I contacted Ecosystems based on the Angie's List reviews. Up front they told me they were extremely busy and it could be up to a month before they could get to me. But boy I am very happy that I waited. These guys were far and away the best irrigation company that we have worked with and we are going to keep using them regardless of the wait. They take the time to listen to the customer and then discuss what they intend to do so the customer buys in. I was also impressed with how they explained the options we had for irrigation and were patient with us as we made our decisions. It was an excellent experience and they did a wonderful job. I'll be nominating them for an Angie's List award.

I had used Ecosystems before to fix a underground sprinkler leak . David went out found the problem and fixed it right on the spot for a great price. I didn't hesitate to call him back when I needed this additional work. I gave David the dates the driveway work was being done he worked it into the schedule for me which worked out great. He completed the work on the 10th and the excavation work will now begin on time and schedule.

David took my call at 7:15 in the morning. Our sprinkler system was not operating and we needed same day service. David's day was already booked but he offered to consult with my husband over the phone to troubleshoot the problem. He was able to walk him through the process and get our sprinklers working. If ever we need irrigation services we will call David. If we know of anyone who is in need of irrigation services, we will recommend him. He has our many thanks.

Do not waste your time calling them. They will not call back. Not sure if Ecosystems is still even in business or how they stay in business by not calling prospective clients back.

After some significant changes to our landscaping, we were in need of a significant change to our existing sprinkler system. David responded quickly, and arranged an initial to review our options. As we walked through the yard, David identified a host of issues and offered as many insights and ideas on how to address them. He described different options and their cost implications. He then provided us with a detailed plan of action and quote. After a flawless implementation, David then walked us through each sprinkler zone and highlighted the changes. David, the owner, is experienced and knowledgeable about irrigation systems. He came out three times, once to look over the project and give an estimate; once to do the installation; and once as a follow-up when something did not appear to be working properly. He was recommended by a reputable landscape company that had just completed a major project in my backyard. After the landscaping project, I needed to move and adjust some of the existing sprinklers to cover the new plants and layout. David initially gave me the Cadillac proposal. It covered every possible need and had a price tag to match. However, we were looking for the Volkswagon plan and budget. Once he understood the parameters, he worked with me to put in an affordable solution. I suspect he would rather do big projects rather than small ones like ours. Nonetheless, we are pleased with the results, his flexibility, and professionalism. And, we would definitely recommend using his company.

I remember that their price was reasonable. They did a really good job. They did what they said they were going to do. I would recommend them.
