It went great

David is very professional and did an excellent job with the small amount of work that I had for him. He is a wonderful communicator and provided me with a lot of great information about efficient water use as well as smart ways to keep the system operating properly. While very busy this summer season, David seems to manage his business quite well and is extremely knowledgeable about all irrigation systems and water usage.

He was a nice, prompt man. He knew what he was doing, and didn't fuss around.

The work was completed efficiently and David also advised on other aspects of our system. I will definitely call him when I need further assistance.

Job was completed in excellent order. David R. responded to my initial call very promptly and arrived on site to scope out the problem. He had two workers with him that made the work move along very swiftly once we located the primary problem. Overall - I think he was on site for 45 minutes, including time to test everything out that I had asked to be fixed to ensure all was working. He was very personable and professional. I will be calling on him again if I have any issues with my landscape irrigation system!

After a not-so professional job by a larger well known irrigation company I decided to search Angies List for recommened contractors. I called David on a Friday, left a message and he called back within an hour. I descibed my problems and he gave me a rough estimate over the phone. He did let know that he was very busy and that he would try to work me in within one or two business days. That was acceptable to me as other companies were putting work out at least a week or more. He was able to come out the very next Tuesday. I must say that I was very impressed! His crew got to work immediately to repair the broken/leaking valves...two of which I wasn't aware of. They also repaired the broken line. I could hardly tell that they had dug up my lawn after they were done. They paid a lot of attention to detail. I'd say that they completed all of the work within an hour. David and his crew were very professional and I would highly recommend him for any lawn irrigation work.

Very thorough and quick work. It took Dave several days to work me into the schedule (to be expected since he is a small, proprietor run business) but once he was here he was able to diagnose and cure our old system in about 1 hour. Many chipmunk-chewed holes in bed drip-lines were repaired, and a busted pipe was detected and repaired, a damaged rotor-head was replaced, the mist heads in the back lawn were replaced with more efficient and far reaching heads using the same openings, One spray head in the front was replaced to contain the water to the lawn, not the sidewalk. As for extending the backyard zone, Dave explained that the water pressure would not allow this, but came up with an alternative plan that would be less expensive. To be added next Fall.

I was very pleased with the service I received from Mr. Robertson of Ecosystems Services. I called these folks because I had a broken water line in one zone and several leaking sprinker heads. Also, due to the area drought, the system had not been turned on for over two years and several heads were not functioning properly. Upon arrival David examined the system and made several recommendations on moving some heads and fixing the existing system. He was honest with me in that he advised me that the price for fixing the broken water line was simply a matter of how much time it would take to find the buried lines and the exact location of the break. I was very pleased when they found the location on the first dig! I had several heads replaces and all the issues fixed within about 1.5 hours. I was very pleased with the quality of the work and David is a very personable fellow to deal with.

David came to our house within a few hours of our call and not only repaired the leak that we were aware of, but discovered and repaired other issues with our irrigation system.

Outstanding service from "soup to nuts". Courteous and professional at all times, he went the extra mile to ensure that I was a satisfied customer. He agreed to sign-off on a lien waiver at the completion of the work and final payment. Bottom line, he exceeded my expectations.

Service was top notch. David arrived early and went right to work finding the problems and fixing them. He was very open with advice and information, which I really appreciated. He is willing to fix any additional leaks that I find.

The project was never started, so there is no detail around the overall work.

They were very, very smart at what they were doing. The price was very fair. They showed up on time everyday. They cleaned up everything before they left. They made sure everything was working right before they left.

David Robertson came out quickly (he actually answers his phone) to look over the job. In addition to the work I requested, he pointed out all the places the initial installer had cut corners and where I had inadequate or excessive coverage. He didn't sell. He simply pointed out what I should live with and what needed to be changed. We agreed on the work, and he competed everything in one day at a very fair price. David is very knowledgeable and professional, and a good guy.

He actually found a way to do this large project under budget, and passed the savings on to me! Timing was vital- Eco Systems had to be in and out between our rough grade and our scheduled day for plants to arrive. They installed a new clock, pulled new wire around the house to this new area and serviced all the existing zones, finding some problems and correcting them (spent our savings, but didn't go over original budget). Once our trees started arriving, the guys were back out installing drip line on them every night. This project was done in the height of the August 07 heat wave, and David's system and attention saved ours and our client's investment.

They seemed to know what they were doing. The owner understands sprinkler systems thoroughly and gave us his full attention.

Scheduled the service after short notice, showed up as scheduled and when I noticed him on the property the work was almost complete. Very professional, and neat. The transaction was seem-less. Price was less expensive than other quotes provided.

It took a while for David to get out and see us. This is apparently the busy season for sprinkler companies. He could come out in a week and a half. Other companies I contacted were scheduling four weeks out. David came when promised, did all of the work scheduled professionally and quickly.

Mr Robertson was knowledgeable and honest in his approach. The work was done very neatly and suited my needs exactly. The company has since come back to adjust the system, so that it works perfectly.
