The sprinkler system was struck by lightning. Ecosystems returned calls, arrived on-time, diagnosed the problem, worked on-site several different days, and stayed on the problem, even when running into a nest of yellow jackets and enduring multiple stings. Would recommend and will use again.

Water leak from sprinkler system. Called Ecosystems on Tuesday and David Robertson was able to come out on Wednesday and repaired everything. He was prompt and his price was very fair. He suggested ways for me to lengthen the life of my system. I would definitely use this company again.

Came home to find water pouring into the front yard near the water meter. After turning off water to the house, found that the tape into the water main for the irrigation system had split open. Called EcoSystems and they were out first thing the next day (Saturday). After repairing the damage, they uncovered another leak elsewhere in the system. Repaired that too. This let us turn water back on to the house. David came back at the first of the week and replace the controller and adjusted the position of several out of wack sprinkler heads. They did a great job and I'll certainly use them again.

David was on time and completed the work in a timely matter. He did an excellent job.

He did such a professional job that three of my neighbors had him work on their systems while he was in the neighborhood. We were very impressed by his professionalism. Will use him again in a heartbeat should the need occur.

My main sprinkler system valve started to leak and I used Angie's List to find Ecosystems, Inc. Their reports were consistently excellent, so I called. The owner was very polite and professional. Due to their work schedule, they arrived a day later than planned and that's OK. The owner called me to notify me and that's all I want. The work was very well done. The owner told me that he would fix the problem so that it will never happen again and I believe that he did. I would definitely hire Ecosystems, Inc. again if the need ever arises.

The work went very well. It is a pretty complex job to find all the leaks and broken sprinkler heads and tune them again. It understandably took awhile, especially digging up the broken sprinkler line, and the results were really worth it. We appreciated the efficient and professional work.

Called David Robertson based on Angie's list reports. He answered the phone and I had asked him to come out to give a quote on a new irrigation system. He told me he didn't want to waste time on quotes and was busy enough with irrigation repairs. He wanted to spend time where the money was and his crew was busy. I told him I was ready to buy and THEN he said that changed his mind. He asked me to send him an email which I did to set an appointment. He has not returned any email. I felt like he didn't want to do business with me at all,,... be careful as to where his loyalties are...

Outstanding service. Came out and addressed my specific issues and identified a few other problems that other contractors had missed. Highly knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend to others.

They came the day after we called. David and his crew were knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient. They quickly assessed the problem and fixed it.

This was a fantastic experience. I found David on Angie's List and called him because one of the zones of my sprinkler system was not working. He and one of his employees came out, found and repaired the leak, and moved a couple other sprinkler heads so they would be in a better position to water the grass. David is a complete professional that knows his business and truly wants to do a great job for his customers. I will be calling him for all of my lawn irrigation (and lighting) needs.

David and his crew show up when promised and always complete the job. They are quick on returning calls and emails and the service is excellent.

Awesome... perfect in fact. David was hired by my landscape contractor, but I am going to keep using him to maintain the system. He made many trips to get it just perfect. Very professional and a great communicator. His crew is polite and they clean up after themselves. I can never see where they have worked. I recommend him with absolutely no reservation.

We recently had drain lines buried for three downspouts. In doing so, the contractor broke our sprinkler line. When contacted, David explained that he was three weeks out on the schedule, but, given that I was an Angie's List client, he would try to accelerate up the work. I called two more companies, one didn't return my call and the other was also scheduled out several weeks. He called shortly before arriving, and worked quickly to repair the problem. My wife was on-site, and she gave him and his team a 'thumbs up' for their work and professionalism. I gave him a 'B' for price as I simply wished the cost was lower (though it was in line with what he'd explained when originally contacted). Everything works now, but I'll probably have David come back again to adjust/replace a few heads. Not the same rush on that as I had in repairing leaking lines, though.

Moved into a new house and didn't understand what type of system I had or how to program the system. David took the time to show me how to run the system and then went through each zone to make sure it was working properly. He made a few adjustments and minor repairs. Best part was our conversation on the water covenants and also the best way to irrigate my bermuda grass.

The process started in Dec 2009 when Ecosystems came and gave me an estimate to install drains on the property. It was not until March that I decided to move forward with them but before I did I called and suggested that David (owner) come over while it was raining and see what was happening to ensure that the estimate was still realistic. He was very responsive and came over within 30 minutes. Throughout the entire process I never had a problem reaching David and if for some reason he could not answer his phone right away he called me back quickly. This was not an easy situation because while we had one day of sun the ground was saturated and they were working in the mud and water and then we had more rain the two days later. David and his crew did a great job getting the drains installed but then David had to come back on several occasions to finish the work, for example, he had to temporarily bypass the main drain until the concrete had time to set and then an area could not be seeded until it stopped raining because it would simply wash away. Due to weather at the time this was unavoidable but David was always reliable and I never had any issues with him not following through or completing the work. I left town on business and when I returned it was obvious he had been back to take care of some remaining items. I think the price was fair for the work, David was reliable and very nice as was the crew he had on the project.

Working with David Robertson is wonderful. He answers his own phone, makes his own appointments, shows up on time (or early), does the work, and is very willing to explain what is needed and why. Finding my leak was quite difficult and not at all obvious. David came out twice. The first time he could see that the meter for the irrigation system was spinning, but no water was seen. After 90 minutes, he shut the system down and said I would need to get a leak detection company to come. That company came once without finding the leak. So then I had the leak detection company and David come at the same time. They worked together to find the leak. David and his helper fixed it. David was very good about coordinating so that everyone could be here at the same time. He was also able to explain things about irrigation systems to the leak detection company that they did not know. He was great to deal with - competent, knowledgeable, friendly, and responsive.

I appreciate his frankness about being reluctant to come this far from his base of operations and offering to come anyway to look at my problem. He deserves high marks on responsiveness and professionalism, even though I never actually met him.

Very quick response to service call . Worked efficiently to evaluate system and suggest useful improvements. Very professional. As a great final touch even brought grass seed to reseed where trench was dug to repair line. Nice experience.

David Robinson is a real professional in what he does.

I had priced such a system a couple of years ago, and Ecosystems' price was in line with my earlier estimate. I was grateful that he didn't attempt to take advantage of my bad situation, as others might, and overcharge me. They spent the day installing the system and I feel confident that I won't face any more problems.

Called on Friday, work was done on Saturday for exactly what he told me it would cost.
