Description of Work: Called and emailed early July and he said they were busy and to call back in a couple of weeks. Emailed again and received no response. Emailed through website and by email address provided over the phone. I'm okay with "we are busy", but no response is poor service.

Description of Work: Fixed an existing leak that we had for over a year that no one else could seem to find and fix...a valve box had been leaking that was buried and no one ever realized we were missing a valve box. Well, there was the leak. Finally starting to get grass to grow around it and not mud.

Description of Work: Checked entire sprinkler system. Replaced split pipe that ran under the driveway. Replaced two leaking control valves. | |Excellent work!!! I've used David a couple of times over the years, and wouldn't call anyone else where repairs or maintenance of my lawn sprinkler system is concerned. Cleaned up any mess and replaced sod that had to be removed. |Took a while to get to me scheduled as he is a smaller operation. If it's not an emergency... I'd say it's worth the wait. A bit on the expensive side where labor is concerned.

Description of Work: We have used Ecosystems Services for two sprinkler system repairs this year. The most recent repair they made was actually to relocate a sprinkler head due to a change in the placement of our deck stairs. They are very professional and knowledgeable, and I would definitely use them again in the future. Not sure about prices as we've not had this work done by another company in the past and did not price shop.

Description of Work: Assisted in quoting me cost of service. David was very honest about his backlog schedule during this very busy season. David gave me information on how to hold off my leak in my system until someone can get out to fix it. He was very informative, honest and took the time to make sure I knew what to do going forward. I would recommend him based on our telephone conversation alone.

Description of Work: Repair Sprinkler System

Description of Work: We noticed there was a leak in one of the components of our sprinkler system. Since we were about to close on the sale of our house, we needed the problem to be diagnosed and fixed right away. David Robertson (owner) came out immediately and determined the problem was a faulty value. He sent a crew out the next day to replace it. There was no charge. David said it was a piece of equipment that they had originally installed and that they stand behind their work and products completely. We have always been pleased with the service from Ecosystems, but this was an unexpected pleasant surprise! We consider both their service and policies to be exceptional.

Description of Work: I contacted the company for an estimate only. I won't be ready to install a system until April 2013.

Description of Work: After dealing with totally unreliable company (Bedwetters) Ecosystems was responsive and did first rate job.

Description of Work: Moved and replaced main valve to irrigation line.

Description of Work: Dave inspected the system, replaced missing sprinkler head and explained the system to my wife. He was very professional and polite. The following day after Dave's visit, we noticed that the sprinkler system came on at 4 and 9 am. I sent Dave an email and 15 minutes later he called me and walked me thru the control panel to remove the second watering time. This to me was above and beyond the call on a weekend. I would recommend Ecosystems Service Inc to anyone. Kudos on the service.

Description of Work: David arrived on time, checked out all my irrigation system, showed me details about winterizing my system and my lawn sprinkler timer. He was thorough and taught me alot without being preachy. I noticed on his business card that he also did lawn lighting. He did a review of that system for me as well. He did the necessary repairs on my broken sprinkler heads. I thought he went out of his way to provide professional service.

Description of Work: Called David to look at our system. In my opinion, which isn't worth much, it needed to be adjusted and I wanted him to do that and look at how things were working. David came when promised, two days after I talked to him, and looked over the whole system. He gave me his thoughts on what needed to be adjusted and where we had the wrong types of heads (system was installed by the builder and hacked up by me). Within an hour he and his 3 man crew adjusted the whole system and changed out about 12 heads. Very honest and professional. Will use again if need be. I only wish all folks were like David!
