I found EMan Computer Services on Angie's List and have used the company several times. Eric provides top-drawer solutions to some of the most complicated computer issues. His knowledge and professionalism are complimented by a servant spirit and calmness, which are exactly what I need when my computer needs repair! I never will need to shop for another computer service professional--Eric is the go-to guy for all my computer repairs.

We contacted Eric when the keyboard stopped working on our laptop after liquid was spilled on it. We went with him when we found out that not only would he pick up and return our computer, but that there would not be a charge if he could not fix it. As it happens, we were already having problems with our other laptop after my husband upgraded the Windows OS, leaving it without sound or any of the Windows Office programs that were on it. Before returning the first laptop to us -- in perfect working order -- he was able to e-mail us links to fixes for the problems on the other computer at no charge. We couldn?t be happier with the service. Now have two computers operating better than they have in a long time.

He was able to stay to his original estimate even though it should have cost more. Overall I was pleased with him. The computer is working great.

E-Man Computer Services gets an "A+" on everything. He was wonderful! He fixed everything in a polite and timely manner.

I purchased a new desk top computer with Windows 7 operating system. My older HP laser printer would not print although all settings indicated systems were go, plus I wanted to set up network with laptop. . Made an appointment with Eric who came out during the arranged time. He got the printer up and running again, plus gave me a few pointers on security and online service providers. Eric will be called for all of our computer issues.

I was very pleased. The last person to do this made a mess of the whole thing. Eric did a super good job. He also came back to clear the stuff I did not want on the hard drive before I gave it to someone.

I brought my laptop over in the morning and picked it up that same evening.

My experience with E-man computer services was satisfactory. Eric was punctual, pleasant and persistent. My internet service provider has complicated a, relatively straight forward, wireless set up process. However, Eric took his time and, ultimately, did not charge me unnecessarily. His customer service is refreshing in an industry where customer service seems to be lacking.

We were concerned before meeting E-man that all of our personal banking info etc. would be accessible to a stranger. He gained our complete trust after tirelessly working to get it up and running...he had to go up and down two flights of stairs several times because the new router was located on top level of house, affected PC was in basement. He remained professional and upbeat and finally advised us it had to go into his shop. It came back within a few days fully functional and faster which allows us another year before having to replace it. E-man rocks!

Did an incredible job! My 3 year old computer had been slowing down, freezing and generally making me crazy for far too long. I'd put off getting it fixed because I was afraid of the quality of work I'd get from one of the stores (ie the geek squad) or some unknown source. Remembered I was a member of Angie's List and looked up computer repair. Eric had terrific recommendations AND was in my neighborhood. He gave me an estimate over the phone, came to my house, and took the time to find out everything I thought was wrong. Picked up the computer on a Thursday and was supposed to have it back by Monday, when I needed it for work. Called On Friday and said there was a big storm due on Monday (boy was he right) and could he deliver it on Saturday. Aside from fixing all the normal problems, he also fixed about a dozen extras I asked for, installed extra memory I'd been sitting on, added a new anti virus program, and answered every question with competence and patience. And all for the same price the Store Computer people would have charged for basic service. If I never look for another service on Angie's List, E-man Services would be worth the yearly charge. Thanks, Eric, you're terrific!

Overall Eric was very nice to work with. He responded quickly and resonably. He took the bad hard drive home to see if it was salvageble and decided it was not. He picked up a new hard drive and installed it and computer working fine. He gave us the hard drive at cost and provided receipt. I will definitely call e-man services again, if needed.

He did the job as expected and the price was good. I had no issues and was happy with service.

Eric came to my home and was able to get my laptop running on site. The desktop, which also crashed, required off site work but he fixed it quickly and I'm very satisified with the result and price. If I ever have pc problems again, Eric is my man!

Eric came in and diagnosed the keyboard problem. Fixed it promptly and did it in a professional manner at a very competitive price. This will not be the last time that I use him.

Eric had to make a number of house calls, which he did promptly and graciously. He was extremely knowledgeable and approached the problem methodically. Despite the fact that he ended up having to spend far more time than he initially anticipated, he stuck to his original quote. We found him to be thoroughly professional and courteous, always keeping his appointment time or calling if was going to be even a few minutes late. He reassured us that he would do whatever it took to eliminate the problem and he kept his promise. We highly recommend him and will use him for all of our IT needs.

We were trying to install a wireless router we had and could not get it to work. Eric came out and got it set up and running but a few days later it stopped working. Eric promptly came back out and brought us a different router (in case ours was defective), he set it up and it has been working great. The $163.49 includes the service and the cost of the new router. He is very professional and quick to respond to any questions that we had via email or telephone. We liked the service so much we had him come back two weeks later and take our Desktop PC with him so he could give it a tune-up (it was running slow), update and install new software, uninstall expired software and add more memory. The work was completed in two days. Eric came back to our house and set up the Desktop and made sure everything was running correctly and showed us how to use the new anti-virus software (cost - $152.79, includes the tune-up service and the cost of the memory upgrade). We are so glad we have found him and recommend him to anyone we know who needs computer help.

I made contact on Monday morning, dropped off the computer Monday evening, and picked it up mid-day on Friday. The work was done in the promised time frame, and communication during the week was excellent. I was very pleased with the service I received.

He did a great job. He was punctual. He told me the cost upfront. He was very helpful in getting me set up the computer. He walked me through a couple of problems that I had, when I talked to him. I?ll definitely use him again in the future.

Our 15 month old computer just stopped turning on. It would make 3 unsuccessful attempts and go to "power save". I called Eric and was impressed by our first contact because he was willing to take the time to listen and ask for details prior to setting up an appointment. He came to the house and worked on the computer there but the solution required further diagnosis. He took the computer with him and ran the diagnostics which took a number of hours to identify the problem area. The video card was corrupted and was creating a short. Eric determined that our computer actually had 2 video cards and activated the other one. When he returned the computer and set it back up, he made sure that it was operating satisfactorily and working with the peripherals. He answered all of our questions and explained everything very clearly. He also shared some free online resources he felt would be beneficial. Eric did a great job. W're really glad to have our computer up and running again!

Computers did not work. Called Eric, he came out that day, explained the actions he would take, did just that , and was patient and informative throughout.

Very good experience. Arrived on time and performed most services in home. Had to take hard drive to shop to complete service, but returned earlier than estimated. Computer working well and price seemed fair.
