He is excellent! He is honest and he knows his business.

I called Eric at E-Man services based on his Angie's list comments. I quickly saw why he has such good reviews. He has great technical expertise -- in my experience, much more than you see with the brand-name services. But I was even more impressed by his approach. He explained all the possibilities and costs. He started with the least costly solutions, and worked his way up until the problem was solved. My entire business is in this computer, so he helped transfer current projects and e-mail to a laptop. He took the computer to his shop, but had it back in a day. It took some additional hand-holding and some on-site adjustments to get me back 100 percent and restore a few things that had changed. Inspite of all that had to be done, I was only out of business for a couple hours. He is organized, punctual, communicates throughout the process and the price is more than fair. I feel like my small consulting business now has a very effective and responsive help desk. I highly recommend Eric.

Eric was extremely professional and up front. He spent two days with us and made tons of very helpful suggestions and gave very valuable advice. He helped us to set up a home network in a new home office. He networked everything together so that we can print and share files between computers and otherwise provided every available service he could suggest to us to help make our office run as smoothly as possible, especially considering that we are not computer literate! He made the system foolproof and offered lots of advice and suggestions designed to help us manage our system. He was very patient and explained everything in a very straightforward way that was competent and professional.

He is very pleasant and does not "geek-speak". He listened to what the computer was doing, and he discussed options after he examined the computer noting how much memory it had left, how the disk drive was behaving, etc. He educated me appropriately about which disks the drive would-would not accept. He made two trips out to the house and called the first day when he was in a traffic jam due to an accident on 400. He followed up with a call after a few days to see if the computer was doing what I had wanted.

Eric contact me through the church we both attend because he had found out I had a web site and he's contact dovetailed with my growing dissatisfaction with what I had been using. He met with me after putting a preliminary design together and we worked through changes I wanted and began the process of educating me about using the web design software. He was frank yet supportive. We might initially disagree on some idea but by patiently talking it out we would come to agreement and then he'd show me the next step I could take and how to do it. Finally, he took on the launch of the site (since it involved a change in my service provider) and oversaw corrections and the few hiccups that are always encountered in such a change. I believe I have a truly professional-looking website that is easy to use, attractive to visit, and am confident that, working with Eric as needed, the site will continue to improve.

He was extremely easy to work with, got the repair done in less time than estimated.

Everything went just fine. He was able to restore some of the data, and he came out the same day I called him each time.

There was a lot going on with the computer and I thought that he had done a wonderful job fixing it. We kept it there for over a week or so to have it repaired. We dropped it off on a Saturday. There was really no hurry for us to get it fixed. The man did stay in touch with us during the process. I believe the price was around $250 or so. I am not absolutely positive, but, close to it.

I called on Eric because of the positive ratings on Angie's List. I took my lap top to him, which unfortunately was going to cost me more than it was worth to fix. I was very impressed with Eric's honesty. He did not try to push me into having it fixed. My husband since has called on Eric and we have been very pleased with his knowledge and the lengths he will go to be of service. We would recommend him to everyone and we will use him again when needed.

Sounded as if he looked at all aspects of laptop's operation, for both hardware and software problems. Couldn't determine a cause, but operation never failed during his diagnoses. We discussed circumstances thoroughly and determined that if problem recurred, he'd come to my house to evaluate environment for causes.

Called Eric and he was very professional over the phone. He committed to a specific time and date to come to our home. He arrived exactly on time and was knowledgeable and courteous.

Eric performed excellent work and I was very pleased with his honesty and his knowledge. I work with computers and he really knows his stuff. I would definitely use E-man Computer Services again!

Eric came out promptly on time and set about figuring out what was up with our system. We have a home office and our network had gotten messed up so that really only one of the three terminals was effective. He pretty quickly figured out what needed to be done. He also offered to upgrade one of the 3 computers at his office rather than by the hour here. He only charged us for 2 hours to work on it, but I suspect he spent much more time than that. He promptly brought it back the day he said he would have it ready, too. After he left he was very helpful in emailing suggestions to me related to our real estate business, its web site, and other sources of help, etc. which I very much appreciated. We had another experience with a computer and network company several years ago that turned out to be a disaster. It was a relief to have someone of Eric's caliber to come out and give us real quality help. We will call on him without hesitation for our next computer needs.

Eric was quick to call back, and quick to respond. He was on time, very pleasant, and cost was reasonable. He is very knowledgeable, and we recommend him highly.
