Movers were pleasant. Was told three would show up, only two arrived. They adjust the price down $30 if this happens. Estimated move time from quote was 3.5 hrs, actual move time 6 hrs, 25 min. They dropped a light weight wooden table breaking it. There is significant damage to a brand new, expensive crib. Paint is chipped from our freshly painted banister. Haven't had a chance to go through the rest but I am not hopeful with what I will find. Pretty disappointing experience. Chose this company because of their reviews but my experience was nothing like the others.

This was a complicated move. I spoke with Mike on the phone to get the estimate. I asked if he wanted to come to the house to see all of what we needed done, he assured me he could do it from the real estate listing photos. The day of the move they showed up late. The movers worked very very hard and did a good job packing. Since they started late they could not finish the first move that day. They finished the second day. Some of our items were going to a home and others into storage to be delivered one week later. 2 days after the first part of the move they called for payment. The final amount was more the double the estimate. They took off 2 hours but it was a gross error on their part. i spent several days on the phone with them but it did not matter. The day of the second move they were late again. Half of my clothes from storage can in a trash bag. Much of my stuff was crushed and many items broken. Again the charge for this was almost double. Over all the movers they sent were good, but the companies sales practices are shady. I went with them because they were confident of the prices, but then there was the bait and switch. Once you are in process there is nothing you can do. The storage was terrible and was not worth the money I paid considered what happened to my items. Over all this was the worst move I have ever had.

Was punctual, followed up and their price was competitive. My client hired a Korean mover due to their ties to that community, but Best Deal was very professional and I would use them myself.

The three-person crew -- Andrey, Zach and Preston -- were experienced, courteous and professional. Most importantly, they performed as a team which was especially important in maneuvering large, sometimes delicate items, down and up narrow stairways. Their teamwork also assured that no time was wasted as each of them knew exactly what to do both individually and when performing as a group. The company provided excellent customer service and I am pleased to give the company and Andrey, Zach and Preston the strongest possible recommendation.

Worst Move Ever!!! Moving 1 bedroom plus den Atl apt to home In Fayetteville. Explained to company although it sounded small took a 26 ft truck to move us in. Moving day came and they sent a 14 ft truck!!! Needless to say it required 2 trips. Move started at 10AM and ended at 9PM. Cost was $1400. Est was $875. Brian and Marvin, the movers were great but will NEVER recommend this company. All they offered to do was stop charges during travel time!! Not satisfied at all!!! Look elsewhere!

Best Deal Movers were great! We moved from an apartment in Dunwoody to a house in Marietta. They were a little late while waiting for a bigger truck to arrive but that was no big deal. Josh and Kevin were fast, friendly, and very careful with our stuff. I would certainly use them again. Best moving experience I've ever had!

We've used them before and this experience was just as good. They really have the moving process nailed down from first contact to when the truck rolls away at completion. Lawrence and Antonio were great. Very friendly and accomodating. I could write a lot more but just trust us, use these guys if you're moving!

Moving is stressful and Best Deal Movers helped minimize the stress. They were professional and reliable. I would recommend their service to anyone. The owner even came by on a Friday evening to make sure we were satisfied with the move. Two thumbs up. I will absolutely use them again!

I was very pleased with the professionalism on the front end from the sales department to the movers! The move went exceptionally well. They called ahead, arrived when they said they would arrive, were courteous and very helpful. We were on an hourly rate and the crew wasted not a minute. They were organized and moved through the task quickly. We had no damage and the crew did a great job of getting the items from our downstairs, into the truck and then off of the truck and into the apartment. I don't count a "deal" by just the money that is spent. I consider the "deal" with everything the company does for you. Overall, I think we received excellent value and would gladly recommend them in the future.

Best Deal Movers came to my rescue. I spoke to Thomas on a Saturday, they moved me the very next day. Six men arrived in 3 trucks and had me moved into my new place in record time

When moving my mother from NC we determined we didn't have enough people unloading the truck. Facing an entire day of unloading hundreds of boxes, we cried uncle and called Best Deal Movers with only a day's notice. Not only did they beat an estimate from another company, they sent two of the best movers I've ever met. Erinn and David were absolutely amazing. I cannot stress enough how professional they were. They regularly reminded us we hired them to handle the heavy boxes. With only a short break in between they proceeded to not only unload the truck at lightning speed they then jumped into the truck, followed us to a storage shed, and dropped off the last 50 boxes in less than 10 minutes. We plan on using them to move the remainder of Mom's things. Hire these folks, now!

The best part about this moving service is when the movers realized that we had less to move than what was in the original quote, they lowered the price. Can you actually believe it? They lowered the price. I was so completely dumbfounded. There is actually a business in the greater Atlanta area that isn't out to hose you for every penny they can get.

They were very prompt, their price was fair, super professional and took better care of our furniture than we would approve it. They were just awesome. We had a discussion with them and they gave us an estimate and they were close in their estimates and they just did what they said they were going to do.

They came out and gave us an estimate of $1,957. Prior to the move, we sold a 5 piece solid oak executive office set which included a 500 lb desk, a credenza, a computer/printer table, a bookshelf and a conference table. Those were all included in the original estimate and were picked up by the buyer the day before. We also sold a commercial grade, very heavy, non folding treadmill and a large oak entertainment center which the movers helped load, but did not have to deliver to the new house. They also did not move a large cocktail style tempest video game which was included in the estimate. The workers were AWESOME! I cannot overstate this point!! They worked very hard all day with minimal breaks for rest and eating. They were very careful with all of our stuff. So far we have found nothing that was damaged or broken. Halfway through the day they asked if they could add a second crew which had gotten done early so they would not be there all night. I said it did not matter as long as my cost did not change. The mover told me at that point that he had told the company that morning that the estimate was wrong. I told him to have the guy, David, who gave me the estimate give me a call. He did and I explained that I would be very unhappy if the final cost varied wildly from the estimate, particularly considering so much stuff included in the original estimate was no longer included. They added the second crew and still did not get finished until 10:45 that night. The final cost was $3,267.00. That did include a $187.00 insurance policy that was sprung on me the morning of the move. So not counting the insurance, there estimate was off by 64%. That is unacceptable and typical of my experiences with other moving companies in previous moves. I called David, who gave me the estimate, on Monday to express my unhappiness with the situation. He asked if he could have a day to speak with the owners before I posted my review on Angie's list. Four days have passed without a word. IMPORTANT: Had they given me an estimate closer to the real number, maybe $3000 or something originally, I would still very possibly have used them because I thought it was a big job and they had high marks on Angie's List. But I would have probably gotten at least one more estimate. But when their estimate came in under 2,000 combined with their previous reviews on Angie's List, I jumped on it. My mistake. Lesson learned. I will not use them again and I will share this experience with my friends, several of which who are also downsizing and moving locally as we are.

Initial contact, appointment, follow up was spot on. Called day before to confirm - We were recovering from the great ATL Clusterflake of 2014 - and called again on morning of move to reconfirm arrival time. James B, JB and Chuck were hardworking, courteous, and very professional. They worked nonstop for almost 5 hours. Everything was set up and placed as we wanted, not one item was scratched or damaged. I was very impressed. They made this move easy. Would definitely recommend and use them again.

I made my appointment for the move about 1.5 weeks in advance. The appointment maker was very detailed in assessing my inventory over the phone and quoted me an hourly rate, a travel fee, and a 7 hour estimate. They showed up exactly when they said they would. They began working after we showed them around and told them what was moving, and then they pulled up their boot straps and went to work. They took two five minute breaks during the move and stopped for lunch on their way to the new house, but they showed up at the new house before I even finished my meal that my wife had picked up for me and was waiting on me. These guys were like ants. They were small and had the strength of five men. They were professional and personable. They were careful to point out any preexisting damage to furniture and very carefully wrapped everything to keep it safe during the move. They were meticulous in packing the truck so that everything would stay put. They even helped to move some furniture that was delivered by freight that arrived while they were on the property. I've only used one other professional mover, but this experience was far and above my previous experience. If I ever have to move again, I will definitely use these guys. We used Best Deal Movers and had a pretty good experience. They were on time or early and worked hard the entire time they were there. The time estimate was not very accurate it took nearly double the time we planned for, but we did have some items that we did not plan for. There was some minimal damage to some furniture. I let the movers know that things were damaaged and they told me I would be contacted that following week. My message was not passed along as I had to follow up. They sent out a repair man to cover the scratches, but he was unable to repair the damage completely. He certainly tried, we aren't in love with the pieces so it wasn't the end of the world.. No discount was offered. Overall, everyone was very professional and nice but we did have some damage and it was kinda a pain to get it "resolved"

Best Deal Movers to the rescue! We recently moved to Atlanta and our movers were unable to get our large, heavy office desk thru a 29? door opening and could not figure out how to remove the desk top which would have allowed it to squeeze into the room. We called several other companies and only David with Best Deal Movers offered to come to our home to assess the problem. After determining that he could get the job done we made an appointment. David and Ciro arrived on our appointed date on time, were extremely professional and polite and took extra effort to make sure the desk was not damaged?they removed the top and only had ¼? clearance into the room! Our heroes?will definitely use them again! Thank you David, Ciro and Best Deal Movers for caring and going the extra mile to help your clients!

It went very well. They had another job that took them a little longer than expected. Kept in touch by calling several times. When they arrived they used shrink wrapped on all of the furniture to be moved. They also used moving blankets and tied down all items in their truck. Finished job on time and I would definitely use them again

Overall, from 1st phone call to finish everything went perfectly. James and David were awesome and good spirited. Will be using Best Deal again for 2 more moves. Highly recommend!

They were very professional, and very careful. They worked quickly and got the job done within the needed timeframe. We were very happy with the service they provided. A great company to work with.

It went great. Josh & Arthur not only were they very friendly and courteous, they were FAST. Never was impatient with us for asking questions, and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable during the whole process. When the move was completed made sure that we understood the charges and made sure we had no questions. Would diffidently use them again and will refer anyone moving to give them a call.

At first the estimate was way too high. Based upon what I said was calculated by their computer as being about $1000 and 7 hours to move. However, I emailed the manager pictures, and he could see that the computer info. was a misrepresentation. He was able to work with me when I had problems getting a specific moving date due to problems with my closing date. Also, I was accomodated with a move later in the day. I had a 3-man crew. One man fell towards the end of the move, but my price was adjusted. The movers were very courteous and cordial.

We received an estimate over the phone for the approximate cost of moving from our apartment in Atlanta to our house in Roswell. The final price came in very close to the estimate. We also received a call the day before the movers came to confirm their arrival time. Plus, we got a call the morning of the move to let us know the approximate arrival time for that day. The movers arrived on time and worked quickly and carefully. They put shrink wrap on everything and packed it well on the truck. This is actually the first move I've ever had where something was not harmed during the move. All of the furniture arrived in the condition I left it. Plus, it was raining that day, so the movers took extra care to make sure the items stayed dry. They also had a very nice, new truck to move our items - not that it is a super-relevant detail, but it's nice to know your stuff isn't going to get dirty or fall out of the back of their truck. Overall, I could not ask for more from these movers.

I had to cancel one move altogether and then postpones the next move by one week, both with little notice. Best Deal was professional, understanding and very flexible with the situation. I can't say enough about that as I was already stressed. Their rates were great and their estimate was right on target. The movers were polite, accommodating and took care during the entire move. Best deal and best move ever.
