I agree WORST movers ever!!!!! I am a single woman who just had back surgery last fall. I moved into a 3 story townhome and they left all my boxes that go to 3rd floor Including wardrobe boxes in the GARAGE! It took them THIRTEEN hours to move not even a full 3 bedroom home! one bed was completely empty and one had only a headboard and basic frame! They damaged things and hid damage from me at my old place in the middle of hetic move! I wasn’t given the opportunity to inspect the garage and sign before monte took off after his 15%($300) tip on TWO DAY move that should’ve taken 6 hours!! STAY AWAY! Reporting to BBB and disputing bill (which I’ve nerve done! Scratch business!! Will add photos after I can stop crying and get myself out of bed and figure out how to get my daily items I need most upstairs to my room! SHAME!!! Small claims her we come!

I had somewhat of a complicated move starting with packing and storage while my daughter and I found a more permanent property which we did in 2 months. When we were ready to move to the new residence, I had my storage items moved a week earlier from the move from my daughters. Unfortunately, some very dear items of mine didn't make it, and are evidently nowhere to be found. A kitchen box containing a very expensive hand blown glass bowl is missing, some very personal artwork is missing ( 4 items that were family heirlooms And are therefore irreplaceable ) and after repeated calls it yielded NO results. Secondly, during the move from my daughters, the move in from the truck resulted in repeated bringing of upstairs boxes to downstairs, and downstairs boxes to upstairs. A couple boxes marked fragile were broken beyond repair upon unpacking. If you have any chance, pick another more reputable moving company who will stand by what they advertise. -Lisa M

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Very unprofessional and will scam you. Using this company was such a traumatic experience for me I really can’t even get into all the details without getting too worked up - here are the high points: -Overcharged my initial moving quote by $500 -Damaged several boxes and property pieces -Left several items that did not make it to the final location -Stepped on permanent red acrylic paint in the elevator - I asked them not to move anything so I could clean it, they continued to track it through the elevator, main hallways, and into my unit - carpet REPLACEMENT was required -Would not move their truck back 10 feet to comply with property management and the police were almost called -Disrespectful and rude to the property management who was trying to work with them -Damaged a security camera with their truck -Did not finish moving me into my contracted location -STOLE several valuable items including a large TV and my college diploma. I had 3 people including crew leader confirm they checked the truck and my items were gone, only for them to mysteriously appear a month later after threatening lawyers and a police report -Did not finish moving me into my contracted location -Operations promised over and over they understood the damage and trouble they had caused and promised me a refund only to deny it later. I can not express it enough - DO NOT use this company. Even a "bad move" shouldn’t go this badly. They will swear up and down they work as professionals to take care of you, but they have no problem hiring unqualified movers, not taking responsibility for the damage they cause, and then overcharging you for it.

This was the worst moving experience ever: 1) increased rate at last minute due to a change in the # of days it would take to perform the long-distance move when they knew 9 months ahead of time of my destination location. 2) movers arrived hour and a half late at original location. 3) One mover was flirting with cleaning service professional, talking to himself, cursing, and throwing boxes around. 4) I had to leave behind items because of an incorrectly packed truck. To rectify, they did end up repacking the truck once they got it to their storage facility - at my expense, but it was too late because I could no longer retrieve my items. 5) The "managers" at main office will completely ignore your calls and emails and lie and say they are going to return your calls and won't. 6) A 15 inch hole was put in the wall However, the company did reimburse for wall damage. But it never should've happened in the first place. This was a horrific experience.

The movers arrived at around 10am and then said they had to leave as they didn't have any gloves. One of the men promised me he would be back at 2pm. They said they had another quick job to finish and then they would be back. Well 2pm came and went and they never showed up. I then tried calling them, numerous times and no-one picked up. At this point I was paniciking. I went to Home Depot, rented a truck and did the entire move myself. Got 2 friends to help of course. I then had to move into the place on Monday myself again. When I called your company on Monday I spoke to William, who was apparently the Manger. When I told him what had happened he said my house was a mess so they didn't want to do the job. Well, first and foremost, that is a lie. And even if it was a mess - I was moving. They should have informed me prior to this that they would not be completing the job. William then stated that I had no friends and that I should move back to England. I asked for my deposit and was told I wouldn't be getting that back. Good luck on getting that back William said. He was rude, he was offence and mocked my accent, and the receptionist put the phone down on me numerous times. I am absolutely blown away and baffled by this experience. I have never experienced such poor service, bad customer service and rude people in my entire life. I have reported you to the BBB and I will continue to add poor customer service reviews until I get an apology and my deposit back. Totally unhappy with this company and service. Since when do you allow your staff to treat customers like this?? MY ADVICE TO ANYONE WHO IS THINKING OF USING THIS COMPANY IS RUN FOR THE HILLS. GO WITH SOMEONE ELSE. THE PLACE IS RUN BY THUGS.

They stole from me, charged double the estimate, were late, purposefully slow, and they buy good reviews. DO NOT USE

When they arrived the two men loaded very fast and professionally with great care as not to break anything. the proposed estimate was exactly what I was charged, unlike a lot of others which up charge more later. Highly recommend!!! Also offered storage options if needed.

Best Deal Movers is amazing! We moved in December which caused much anxiety to begin with and they made it easy. The staff was very accommodating and professional. There was a hiccup with the start time due to a truck problem so to remedy they showed up an hour late - communicating with us the entire time - with two trucks instead of one and six guys instead of three. They finished the entire job way before expected. They gave us more than we asked for and even tolerated my change of mind with furniture placement a couple of times. We were so pleased that we ran to the ATM to tip the guys nicely as they went above and beyond. I highly recommend Best Deal Movers! Stuff happens and their problem resolution was off the charts amazing!

I have used Best Deal Movers multiple times: two commercial moves and two home moves. There crews work fast and their office team communicates throughout the whole process. I always recommend them to my friends and family.

I would never do it again and will make sure everyone know that HomeAdvisor should remove them from the list of professional. I trusted HomeAdvisor so I didn't dig as deep as I should with this choice.

Awesome. Aiden and Jordan arrived early and finished way ahead of time. They were totally professional and great to work with. They took good care of my items during the move. I wish all services had professionals like this. If I have future moves, I will be sure to ask for them specifically again.

Don't make the same mistake we did and use this company!!! we are veterans of 16 moves including 3 international and have never seen anything like this. Examples of what we experienced are as follows: (please note, one of the best deal movers was convicted of stealing and fencing our jewelry!! overpriced and literally crooks!) 1.. the initial presentation was good, the quote acceptable and the sales pitch was good. Then when the crew arrived, the crew chief's first comment was there's no way our furniture could possible be fitted into the space the sales guy had estimated. The final bill was nearly a third more expensive than the quote and given we were moving interstate, that was thousands of dollars. 2. The crew did not complete the packing onto the truck on the day, despite assuring us that it could be done, they offered themselves to go home and come back the following day fresh and ready to go. it was their idea. The front office billed us for an extra day. 3. the packing was awful. Photographic evidence can be provided of a box containing a DVD player and a hatchet, both were rattling around in an otherwise empty box. needless to say the DVD player ceased to work. 4. Thousands of dollars of Jewelry went missing despite being in a secure location within our house. One of the crew members was arrested trying to fence some of the jewelry. he was convicted in court. 5. there was a lot of damage, the packing was awful 6. on seeking redress from best deal movers, their attorney told us an offer would be make so long as no reviews were posted. this was only a delaying tactic to make the legal process ever more expensive for us. There is a lot more I could add but I think you get the point. Truly horrendous experience. in short they have made no effort whatsoever to address our concerns or complaints. It is a huge mistake to engage this company!!

We had a written confirmation for two trucks and 5 movers. Only one truck show up, with 3 movers and one of them was limping. When we called to find out where the second truck was, they said they only had one truck available and that they send their best movers. After some discussion with the office and agreeing on a lower rate since they only send one truck. The driver of the truck decided to leave after a disagreement with the moving company office. Very unprofessional for the driver to leave without an explanation. Their sales department is good, but the rest of the company is not as responsive and professional. At the end we had to find a new moving company quickly to do the job we contracted them to do and they didn’t do. Very disappointed with Best Deal Movers.

We had several companies come out to do an in person estimate for our move to make sure there were no surprises. The owners son did the in person inspection and was confident that 2 trucks and 6 men would be more than enough and able to complete the move in one day. We were supposed to be the first and only move for the crew for the day. Day of the move. We called at 9:30 when no one had arrived and no call. They told us they would check what was going on. Called back after 10 am that they had issues with getting a crew but would be there shortly. 11 am called back again as no one had arrived still and were told they had truck problems but would arrive by 11:30 am. We called back yet again and they arrived at 11:45 am. The crew looked tired and said they had to finish unloading an apartment move first before they came to ours and there was only 4 men. One of the men had severely twisted his ankle at the morning move so really 3 1/2 men. We then had a 3rd truck show up as that was apparently going to make the 3 1/2 men work faster or something instead of the agreed upon 6 men. We talked to a supervisor who said he would make sure we were taken care of that day and we would be moved into our new house. Trust him he was a man of his word. Long time goes by and then finally finish loading at 10:00 pm. The new home is only 15 minutes away. We have multiple cars for them to follow but the first truck and car get separated and make a wrong turn. Not a big deal until the brakes catch on fire on the truck. It finally arrives with us helping to put out the fire and stand with a hose spraying it down so the entire truck doesn't go up in flames for an hour. They have no help from the supervisor who kept promising he would check on them and do whatever was necessary. 4 am we tell them we need to stop and they need to secure the remaining belongings until later that morning to deliver. The crew was exhausted and was close to breaking items several times. The manager/supervisor they called wanted payment but we refused to pay and they agreed to wrap up until the next day and said they would arrive at 8 am. Next day you know what happens. 8 am no movers...8:30 am no movers...9 am no movers...We call and they can't tell us anything. We are close to their office in Alpharetta and make an in person visit. They have lots of made up excuses. First they say they didn't do in in person visit to inspect the move. We tell them who came out and they admit that it is the owners son. They can't answer why we signed a contract for 6 men but they are able to not abide by said contract and send 4 men. The owner says he will call us later to make it right and they will have a crew come out and unload the truck. 11 am the crew leader from the day before shows up alone with the truck. The management and owner of this company are so horrible they don't send him any help. We are helping him unload just as we helped load the day before. A while later one of the inside sales guys shows up to help instead of leaving his co-worker by himself. It took them another 7 hours to complete. The owner calls that afternoon. At that point I had been up for 32 straight hours. He offers a discount and at that point not able to do the math in my head while driving and being through with all of this agree. Realize later the "discount" was for the 1 man on the 2nd day. Not really a discount at all in my opinion. After this fiasco I checked Angies List as I would have never picked a company to do business with that didn't have great reviews. I noticed it appeared a lot of reviews were gone and they wouldn't have been a company I would have selected for a quote. I believe this company was posting fake reviews which Angies List removed between the time we solicited bids and our move. If this is the case I would recommend Angies List flag companies that have a high rate of questionable reviews removed so customers are aware. I would never use or recommend this company for anyone to use for a move. There is much better ethically run movers in the area to use.

The moving crew was hard-working, careful, polite and professional. However, the packing was poorly done, with significant breakage and virtually alll clothing badly wrinkled. Then, it took 3 months to finally get a settled claim for the damage, which was much less that the cost of replacement and repair because the general manager was slow to respond and drug out the process. A couple of pieces of furniture, which were repaired, took months. After 6 cross-country moves over the years with very little damage, this one was a frustrating disappointment. I would NOT recommend.

I strongly suggest you read all Facebook and online reviews of this company before considering them for your move. After paying a deposit, taking off work, scheduling all other aspects of our moving day AND waiting for two hours at our storage unit all the while getting the run around, Best Deal Movers LLC canceled!!! They said 'all their help quit today'. Shame on them for awful business practices and screwing up our entire move! This is absolutely UNACCEPTABLE for a company to do business this way, especially a business where other people's lives/schedules are being affected. Instead of simply not caring about the family's move they dropped the ball on, they could have went above and beyond by renting a truck and day labor at their expense. This is the worst experience I've ever had with a moving company in my life. If they make this right with us, Ill gladly update my review. I doubt that will happen as they are avoiding calls now.

Good. They were punctual, very professional and hardworking. My only issue: one of the beds was not reassembled correctly which was an easy task.

Michael and Mitchell were amazing. Very courteous and professional. They were so careful with our belongings, going the extra mile to ensure there would be no damage. We would definitely recommend this company!

I probably had over 15 huge boxes, a queen bed, and many pictures and other items. Despite the rain, they were on time, and consisted only of a two man crew for what I needed. They finished the job right at 2 hours. The movers were considerate, kind, and did give input on what they thought was best in moving my items. My items were not damaged. It made moving not overwhelming.

Movers were pleasant. Was told three would show up, only two arrived. They adjust the price down $30 if this happens. Estimated move time from quote was 3.5 hrs, actual move time 6 hrs, 25 min. They dropped a light weight wooden table breaking it. There is significant damage to a brand new, expensive crib. Paint is chipped from our freshly painted banister. Haven't had a chance to go through the rest but I am not hopeful with what I will find. Pretty disappointing experience. Chose this company because of their reviews but my experience was nothing like the others.

This was a complicated move. I spoke with Mike on the phone to get the estimate. I asked if he wanted to come to the house to see all of what we needed done, he assured me he could do it from the real estate listing photos. The day of the move they showed up late. The movers worked very very hard and did a good job packing. Since they started late they could not finish the first move that day. They finished the second day. Some of our items were going to a home and others into storage to be delivered one week later. 2 days after the first part of the move they called for payment. The final amount was more the double the estimate. They took off 2 hours but it was a gross error on their part. i spent several days on the phone with them but it did not matter. The day of the second move they were late again. Half of my clothes from storage can in a trash bag. Much of my stuff was crushed and many items broken. Again the charge for this was almost double. Over all the movers they sent were good, but the companies sales practices are shady. I went with them because they were confident of the prices, but then there was the bait and switch. Once you are in process there is nothing you can do. The storage was terrible and was not worth the money I paid considered what happened to my items. Over all this was the worst move I have ever had.
