Josh did a fantastic job. After he installed the opener, he walked me through how to use the app and also programmed my remote keypad from the outside. I would definitely use them again!

Employee determined that was all i needed was a new bolt, so he installed a "clip" that cannot break free. Did not charge me to put a clip in a whole and tighten it. That's unheard of in this century but I was so overjoyed that he didn't try to get more work out of me. Would definitely hire these folks again!

This company was the most responsive and professional even before the work started. The technician that provided me the original quote gave me a call and explained all thebwork needed and why. When it came to choosing them to do the work they were helpful with my questions and did a great job with the work itself. They were prompt professional, quick and I now have a door that's functions silently. The price was very reasonable and again the work certainly met my expectations. He had the part to replace and fix problem, rain storm delayed arrival but I was called about the traffic situation. Very efficient and informed me of other potential maintenance things that should be done. Will schedule for later date.

Glenn came on time in the morning at 8 a.m. He called me 15-20 minutes before and told me that he was on his way. He had a pleasant and courteous disposition. The garage door was neither opening nor closing earlier. Now it is working fine. Since the work was done fairly recently am hoping that it would be good in the months or year(s) to come. Glenn told me that he would give me a one year warranty on workmanship and parts. As it is too early, am giving a rating of Very Good for price and quality. Am sure that these two factors would also prove themselves to be Excellent in the months and possibly year(s) to come. I wish Glenn the very best.

Awesome experience with Glenn to repair our garage doors over the weekend. He is extremely professional, punctual, and kind. Fixed the problem quickly and even on a Sunday afternoon! I would highly recommend him to anyone I know.

Had good reviews on Angie’s list so got the deal for tune up. I can see why reviews are good. Very Professional and genuine. My door is old which will need replacement eventually. Will definitely hire again at the time of new garage door installation

We are extremely please with the service and attention given by Balance Garage Doors. This is the second time we have used them. This was to repair some emergency damage due to us inadvertently backing into our door before it was up the entire way. They contacted me soon after I called and set up my appointment early the day that we needed the service. I had to fly out of town later that morning and the tech was here early to be sure he was done quickly.

The garage door would not stay closed, indicating it might be a sensor problem. Glenn came the next day and showed conclusively it was not the sensor but rather something wrong with the 10-year-old opener. He installed a new one within an hour and all is well. Would definitely choose again

The installer was very professional from calling too installation. He thoroughly explained how to operate the controllers. I believe he was very honest with his recommendation of which door to purchase. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a honest and professional installer.
