The spring on my old double garage door broke late in the afternoon, on Friday Thanksgiving weekend. Balanced Garage Doors sent their technician Matt within a couple of hours, and he replaced the spring, working until well after dark. When I later needed an adjustment (I'm fussy), it was again promptly addressed within a couple of hours, and covered by their warranty. There were no extra charges for the evening or holiday weekend work. I highly recommend this local business over a larger national company and will use them again.

It started by how they explained their companies great service and how it started over the phone. Then the no pressure no service/gas fee to come out for a quote or estimate. Then the working with you on a fair, competitive price to beat out the competition. Then to come out before the time scheduled but calling first to make sure it's ok. Then not charging you more than what is really needed to get the job done/finished and not just to make an extra buck.

We had Balanced Garage Doors come out to look at repairing a dent, but wound up deciding not to pursue that. We did, however, ask them to replace the weatherstripping on the bottom and both sides. The technician, Dylan Gibeau, was knowledgeable, experienced, very professional, as well as friendly. The job was performed efficiently and to our complete satisfaction. We asked him while he was here, to service the overhead system. He examined, did a few tweaks, and said it was already in tip-top shape so did not charge anything for that. He also reprogrammed our outside remote keypad which hadn’t worked in year, also at no charge. This company’s level of service is a true testament of the days of complete customer satisfaction. I highly recommend Balanced Garage Doors for any of your garage door needs.

The driver actually called ahead of time and said he was going to be 15 mins early (worked out even better for us). He gave us an estimate and options on what we could do. Was very professional, did the job quick and easy. He went over the repairs that he made and verified 3 times to make everything was working properly. Would definitely recommend

The technician (Cord) arrived on time - he was very polite and knowledgeable. He was in and out in less than one hour and we had an operational garage door, new spring, cables and all.

Very happy with their responsiveness and quality of service. The technician, Josh, was thorough, explained what he was doing, and patiently answered my questions. He gave me several tips on how I could get some more time out of my garage doors, before having to replace the mechanical parts. He also gave me an idea of how much I should expect to spend when that time eventually comes around. Would definitely recommend and will call them for my next service.

They responded to my call within 2 and half hours about an hour earlier than promised. Technician was polite and personal he gladly answered my questions and helped with programming. Glenn and his partner were great. They took a look at the existing condition of the garage door and provided me with a scope of service that will fix our issue. Glenn provided a competitive price and was ready to start the work. They were done within an hour and a half and the garage works great now!

Great experience, technician was very descriptive and knowledgeable of all aspects of our situation and how to improve it. Recommended and completed a high quality installation with quiet rolling result with the latest in technology, in motors, controllers and technology. Later that evening we had a "user error" in setting up another phone, we called them and the supervisor called back immediately to correct our mistake and talked me thru correcting in a couple of minutes. Really nice folks!
