I received an estimate the very day that I called. We made an appointment for my desired time frame. Henry was very professional and courteous. Job well done.

Prompt, professional, very thorough, and very nice finish on the home exterior including the windows. A little pricey. Their claim is that the cleanliness will have a greater duration.

AquaForce did an excellent job cleaning my vinyl siding.

They used a cleaning solution which I was worried woud hurt my plants but they said that the rinse would clean the chemicals off the plants. They did not rinse well enough after the cleaning as there was soap residue all over my plants even after the rinse. I lost a speciality plant after a week. They also did not rinse off the chemicals that had got onto the windows. This residue hardened by the end of the day and i had to wash it off the windows with a scrubber.

Great experience with Aquaforce. They did a fabulous job and I will definitely use them again. Amazing difference it made to the overall appearance. I even misunderstood the estimate, overpaid and my payment was corrected immediately.

It was a pleasure doing business with Henry Puerta of AquaForce. Henry is very customer friendly and keeps everything simple and to the point. I found AquaForce on Angie's List under 'pressure washing' but Henry will tell you that he doesn't pressure wash houses. He has a better way to rid the outside of your house of mildew and dirt by doing what he calls a 'soft' wash. And this process works great. I called Henry late one afternoon and he was at my house the next morning as promised to take a look around and provide a cost estimate. I asked for a detail cost breakdown listing each item as well as what it would cost if I agreed to do the entire package which included the house, driveway, patio, 2 decks and landscaping bricks. Henry had no problem sending me an email later that night with the detail cost estimate (Henry likes using email, he doesn't carry paper forms with him). I had a couple of questions for him regarding the cost and type of payment they accept (no credit or debit cards but they do accept PayPal payments) and Henry replied to me right away. And no upfront payments. You don't pay anything until after the job is finished and you approve the work. I was out of town the next week but it was no problem to scheduled that Tuesday for the job. Once I returned the house, patio, decks and driveway all looked like they were brand new. I am glad that I agreed to all the parts and not just the house b/c it all looks so shinny new after AquaForce worked their magic with their cleaning process.

Henry was on time, professional, friendly, hard working and responsive. The house looked 1000% better when he was done. Great job. I definitely recommend him.

A pleasure to find a company that delivers both high quality work and excellent customer service. Did a great job, quickly and professionally. This company is truly a professional power washing service,; has a well equipped van and the right equipment for the job. Used the right pressure for each type of surface - including cleaning a teak couch which has inset wicker sections. Am usually a DIY'er, but this company is definitely going in our "I gotta guy . . ." notebook; we'll be calling on them again.

Aqua Force did a great job on my back patio. I called Henry on Thursday and he was able to come out to my home Saturday to pressure wash. He was punctual, courteous, and efficient.

Henry was able to go by the house and give me an estimate to do the work the same day I called him. It was a couple of weeks before I was ready to schedule them, but when I was ready, I called and was able to schedule him for the following Saturday. He came to the house with one other man and it took them 3-4 hours to clean the house. The house looked great. The deck was so dirty, I wasn't even sure if it was painted or stained (new purchase). The black sticky mess came up so well and the boards look fantastic. For the size of the house, I thought this was a great price. The house looks incredible and is so clean. I will definitely use Aquaforce again. I am very happy with my decision to use Aquaforce and highly recommend them.

Man don't even know if I can say enough about this guy and this experience but I'll try - here goes: Astonished, Astounded, Bewildered, Fantastic, Amazing, MIND-BLOWING, Flabbergasted, Impressed, Top-Notch, Best, Most Excellent, Premium, First Rate, Unparalleled, Efficient, Accomplished, Efficacious, Proficient, Virtuous - often imitated but never duplicated Henry Puerta and his company, Aqua Force should be your ONLY phone call when searching for a contractor to power wash your home. This guy is fantastic!~! Aqua Force is based in Alpharetta, Ga and we live 44 miles from there - we are so thankful Henry was willing to make the trip because his services are like none other in this area. The story is a simple one - we are renting and the original agreement was that our landlord would have the house power washed before we moved in but time ran out. After reaching an agreement with him, we decided to hop on here to find an A rated power washer. I was impressed with Henry's equipment after visiting his website so I gave him a call - he gave me an estimate and a day that he could come out which was today. We had set it up for 1pm which left me home most of the day waiting but I was ok with that. To my surprise and delight, Henry was here at 9am. His system is truck mounted so it is super powerful and there is nothing like it around here whatsoever. He had out entire house finished and beautiful in 50 count 'em 50 minutes. Less than one hour to a beautiful house that looks new again after not being washed in 5 years. I am sure you can imagine the scuzzy, slimy, gritty, ugly grime on my house before Henry came and made it beautiful. If I could attach before, during, and after pictures, I would it's just so incredible. I will certainly be recruiting some neighbors this time next year so we can make it a little more worth Henry's long ride here and back to home.

I call to get an estimate, Henry came out that same day, gave an estimate that was lower than a previous one I had received. He had an opening an suggested he could get it done that same day. I have vinyl siding on three sides, and the north side in particular had a good bit of dirt and mold on it. It only took them about 90 minutes to clean the house, and it was night and day when they finished. They did an outstanding job. I would definitely use them again.

This is a great pressure washing company. Henri actually uses a custom power wash from two automobile size engines in the back of his truck. Other pressure washers use the portable units that you normally see. The difference is like comparing a fire hydrant pressure (Henri's) to a hose pressure (others). I found the power washing to be quicker, cheaper and better. I have very high chimneys that came beautifully clean with the power wash. I can't see how the smaller pressure washing units could have gotten up there without climbing up on the roof. Henri can do it from the ground. The only concern I have is the windows. While Henri cleaned and rinsed them, I can still see soap on them from the inside. Henri told me that it is just soap and will wash off but after three weeks, I'm still waiting. Just FYI Henri, if you're reading this :). Update: Henry came out right away and hand cleaned the windows that had some soap residue on them. I didn't expect that. Add that to the list of very good and professional work. Thanks, Henri!

Henry was very responsive to my initial inquiries. He came at a time convenient to me to give and estimate. The estimate was very competitive. I felt very comfortable with Henry and is description of the work he was going to do. When I called him to schedule a time to do the work, he was able to check his schedule and get back with me quickly. We scheduled a time convenient for me to get the work done. When he was delayed by traffic on the way to the job, he called to let me know and to give an new estimated arrival time. They were fast and friendly and did a great job on the house, etc.!

This was my first experience with using an Angie's list coupon and we were very pleased. We got great service at a great price. Aqua Force came out with their fully equipped truck and did a great job pressure washing our deck.

Our driveway was covered with algae, the paint on the exterior of the house had begun to fade, and our deck was covered with black mold. I called AquaForce and they came out the next day, a few minutes earlier than they said they would. They did everything that I asked them to do (I added a few tasks once they were already at the house), and they were able to accommodate all of my requests. I inspected their work when they were finished, and everything had been completed very well.

They were punctual, did a great job!. I am very satisfied with the service provided. I will use their service again.

I have a painted deck on my backyard which had been stained by a year of use and abuse as well as the trees that cover it. Overall, the deck looked awful and AquaForce was able to clean it without damaging the paint. It really looks like new! AquaForce did a great job here! I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

They worked with us on appointment times, changing the time at our request with only a two-day notice. We certainly would use them again.

The gentlemen actually arrived a little early, which was just fine. They got to work immediately, and did a very thorough job of pressure washing everything that needed to be done. What a difference it made! Henry also pointed out a place underneath the chimney where the wood has started to rot, which we appreciated. I was most impressed with the tools they had and the work they did. Sometime soon, we plan to ask them to seal the wood, especially since the estimate Henry gave us looks fair.

I am extremely happy and pleased with the results of the pressure washing of my deck by Mr. Puerta. My deck looks brand new (like new construction)! I wish that I had taken a before and after picture to show you the proof. I called to make the appointment since I had pre-paid through Angie's list. Mr Puerta called to let me know that he would come a little earlier than we discussed. I wasn't at home. He did the work and contacted me to let me know it was completed. He is very professional and reliable. It was definitely worth the money
