Wonderful experience! Great communication via email and telephone. Very professional - and they assured any of my questions or concerns were addressed. We were both flexible with the timing because of the rainy weather. The roof looks like new! We are hiring to clean gutters, next.

Henry responded to my voicemail quickly. He explained his services and pricing. He drove by my house to confirm his square foot cleaning rate. He scheduled my services quickly and was there on time. His equipment was amazing, utilizing chemicals more than water pressure, which is great when the concrete is old. My driveway hasn't looked this good in many years. No surprises....great experience.

Good service but chiseled me on price for curb which I thought was included. Stated that he had to charge me more due to needing more cleaner than he thought was needed.

Had a great experiance with AquaForce. Henry came by in advance and gave me a complete analysis of what needed to be done and why. He was on time and professional and was able to schedule the service in a short amount of time. I was out of town when the work was being completed, but was not asked to pay until I returned to have an inspection of the work. I received a call before they started the work and when they completed the work. I was very happy with the final product when I arrived home and with the service that I received. Henry is a professional and a good person.

Prior to performing the work, Mr. Puerta, the owner of the company, came to our home to perform an inspection. He was on time, thorough, and answered all of our questions. He gave us a cost estimate which we agreed to. We then set a date for the work to be accomplished. Mr. Puerta arrived on time with all the necessary equipment to perform two projects - removing mold from the roof of the house as well as pressure washing the entire exterior. Mr. Puerta's work was completed in a timely and professional manner. The roof looks like new. The house shines! We will hire him again.

We have a very large and high roof that is 10 years old. Algae stains were showing on the roof and now there are none. The roof looks like new again. I called 3 different providers and Henry was the only one who took the time to respond. He showed up when expected and did everything he said that he would do. I would recommend his service to anyone who needs low pressure roof cleaning or exterior pressure washing.

Henry followed up as he said he would and completed services in a timely manner on the day scheduled. I am very pleased with the work performed - EVERYTHING looks new!! I highly recommend Aquaforce and would use them again in the future.

Henry and his crew were great. They arrived on time and left the deck looking new. It even smelled new, like raw wood, after they were finished. Henry was very easy to schedule with and even worked around an understanable person scheduling conflict to get the job done when he promised. I will definitely use them again!!

The house looks WONDERFUL. They cautioned that they might not be able to get all the stains off the house and cement pads on the porches, but the did - he house literally looks brand-new! They were quick to respond to my request for a quote, they came out within a couple of days and did great work. Highly recommended!

After my first call, he responded quickly with a return call and we scheduled a convenient time for him to come out. He came by as promised to look at the roof, provided an estimate on the spot, and displayed excellent knowledge of the cleaning process as well as what not to do (use a pressure system) as that would damage the shingles. He was slightly more expensive than my lowest estimate but I used him anyway because his professionalism and knowledge won me over. I was not disappointed! He came on time to do the work, and then allowed me 2 days before paying. I was nervous about paying him right away because the roof was not dry and I wanted to see that the stains were removed by seeing the dry roof. He smiled and said he was 100% sure the roof was clean but would gladly wait for me to see for myself. I really appreciated his trust- he took no money. Two days, I sent him the check because he was exactly right - in sun or shade, the roof looked brand new!

Mr. Puerta power washed and cleaned the driveway and sidewalks in the front and back of the house as well as the front steps and two small areas on the roof. We had a green stain on the sidewalks, driveway and roof. He did an outstanding job and I plan to hire him again in 2014. He was very knowledgeable of how to take care of the stains. He called in advance to remind me of the appointment. He also kept me informed that he was on his his way. He made my driveway, sidewalks and roof sparkle. Thank you so much for a job well done!

Henry did not want to accept the Angie's List coupon. He said the coupon is for senior citizens although it clearly says 10% of for members. He was hired to pressure wash my home; however, he neglected to tell me a number of attached parts of my home were not included - chimney, porch wall and porch. All are attached to my main house and it makes no sense that I would assume they were excluded. Also my wood doors were pressure wash which removed the stain on the doors. I didn't know this would happen and he never bothered to decide if I would want to proceed with having them washed. I wouldn't use him again.

Henry was very knowledgeable about cleaning our stucco home. He worked with me based on my needs for the finished product. I will use him again because he was courteous and quick.

He was phenomenal. It was a Saturday afternoon and I was telling Luther that we will use the back porch for dinner party. I found this quickly at Angie’s list and he was a little busy but he found me within 2 hours and charged a hundred dollars maybe. And he was the sweetest kind of man and I thought now he is such a fine guy and got his review from you. He came out last April 6, Saturday, I think it was a hundred dollars and felt like he could have charged me a lot more because he was doing a big paper and he is just full of pop. He washed our back patio. This pressure washing is an actual machine that it has like a long host to it, and the water comes out with a lot of force and the back one was the blink of the house and it is a big porch. Its tiles on the floor and it probably took him only 5 minutes to an hour. It was wonderful and it dries by the time the people came over for the dinner. I was just comfy. Pressure washing actually cleans the white stains more than just regular.

There were spots on the ceiling that he didn't finish, he said it wasn't anything that he caused and offered to paint it if I paid for the paint. The spots weren't there before. Some of the area had some black/dirty spots, when I called him about it he didn't seem eager to fix it. I will go ahead and finish the work.

Excellent experience overall. Roof looks like new. A previous company had failed to provide a satisfactory cleaning. A house in the neighborhood had just used AquaForce and I was impressed with the results. Appointment for the estimate was easily scheduled and Henry was quick to come out and review the situation. He ran a little late the day of the cleaning, but called to let me know that the previous appointment was running longer than anticipated. Very meticulous and precise with the work. I'll call him the next time without hesitation and would highly recommend his services.
