Description of Work: Nothing.... That's 100%of the problem... I called on a Wednesday and again on Friday for a quote on a large home and a two level deck that needed to be cleaned, which should have been a nice revenue for the company ... I am very disappointed in the lack of response and the company that seemed to get such great reviews, which is why I chose this company... Shame on you for such a horrible response time

Hi [Member Name Removed], I'm sorry you felt you did not get a timely response. Our call volume increased about 4 times this week with the warmer weather, so it has been difficult keeping up with demand. In response to that, I instructed my front office last week to set clear expectations with clients as they called (that I will return all calls within 2 business days, and we currently have a 2 week wait/backlog.) You should've received that information when you first called in. That said, I did call you back Thursday evening, however, there was no answer -- it just went dead after about 6 rings. I tried you again on Sunday (we normally don't work Sundays, but I'm working hard to play catch up.) This time it went to voice-mail, and I left you a message. As I stated in that msg, unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate your request anyway, as the back side of your house is 5 stories high. Our equipment and insurance only covers us for up to 3 story buildings. We work hard to delight our customers and set clear expectations. With our success, we've had great demand, and this has created some logistical challenges. I'm working diligently to adjust. I'm very sorry you felt you did not get a timely response. Despite your perceived poor experience, I hope you have a blessed week.

Description of Work: Pressure wash house, driveway and small outbuilding. Everything went well, I think the driveway was larger than Mike expected and may have take a little longer. My wife was pleased with the work and that is what I was hoping for.
