We knew are windows needed to be replace, so when Matt Benvenga came by to help us understand his windows, we we so glad. Matt was great! He explained the company, the windows, the process, and the pricing in a clear, concise manner. He showed us a nice, easy to understand video to help us understand even more. Obviously, we were sold. We paid a 25% down payment and the process started. At that time we chose beige windows. Later, my wife and I changed our minds and chose white. When I contacted Matt about our change he assured us there was no problem and quickly wrote an addendum/change order and emailed it to us. Next they measured the windows and sent the order to the factory. Once the windows came in, they called us to arrange the installation. The installers were really nice guys and very good at their jobs. When they were done they cleaned up really well. All in all, my wife and I are really happy with our windows and the whole process from Matt at the beginning to the installers at the end. We HIGHLY recommend APEX. We couldn't be happier.

A job Very Well Done! The Sales Rep explained our options and answered any question we had. He helped with color selection and pointed out several ways we could save money by selecting a different option. I also want to add what a pleasure it was to have the crew come out and install my windows. They were on site early in the morning, and worked a long day to set & caulk in 25 windows in a single day so that we could leave on a family trip the next morning and they would have only "outside" work to finish up the next day. They were professional, courteous to me and my family, and skilled in their job. All went smoothly until it was time to install the two half-round windows. The window openings in the house were not made correctly and the half-rounds did not fit the opening properly but they explained my options, I gave them the go-ahead to modify the opening and both half-rounds were installed. They said the extra work was "just part of the job" and they'd stay until it was finished. This crew is an asset to have working for you and I would recommend them to anyone wanting windows installed. I know we'll enjoy the high-quality windows, and what a pleasure it was to do business with a quality organization.

Mike Virok, the salesman for Apex, knocked at our door 2 years ago and offered to demonstrate his replacement windows. We'd been thinking about replacing our 35 year old double pane windows, many of which were foggy and some cracked. I never invite door to door salesmen in, but Mike promised he wouldn't take much time. He brought a sample window and quickly quoted a price that I knew from previous experience was very good. I signed a contract for half the windows the same day. They were installed within a few weeks by an experienced crew who worked quickly and did a very neat job. We subsequently installed the rest of our windows in two installements. I sold and managed salesmen for 25 years and recognize a good, professional organization. I highly recommend Apex.

I wrote a review approximately 9 months ago that was scathing. However, given the company's responsiveness to our distress, specifically Josh Bush, I would be able to recommend this company moving forward. I cannot say enough great things about Josh Bush. He has gone above and beyond to amend any problems and right the wrong of our first experience. I'm grateful that he responded to our concerns and addressed them quickly. In order to be true to my past review, I would not recommend working with Matt Benvegna. Josh really came in and made everything better.

We were chosen for a promotional discount, so the price cannot be revealed, but the service was fantastic and the new windows look great. Had one hiccup where the two windows for one room had been misplaced, but they were able to get those reordered and installed within 2 weeks. These are extremely high quality windows and we are very happy with the outcome.

We absolutely love our new windows. They are triple pane and have a very clean appearance. The Apex team was very helpful in allowing us to slip our installation schedule due to siding repairs. When the crew arrived, they were very fast on replacing the windows. All of our old rotting wood was either removed or capped with aluminium. They used a high quality, 30 year caulk to seal everything so we no longer have to worry about wood rotting on our windows. I would highly recommend these windows to other customers. In the next year, I plan to install these windows on all of my rental properties due to the clean look and easy maintenance. If something breaks, I can send the window's barcode to Apex and they can ship me a replacement part. Overall, a great product and wonderful installation crew. Unfortunately, we cannot reveal the price of this installation since it was part of a promotional deal. From my research, however, the full price was competitive and the product was much higher quality than other manufacturers (triple pane vs. double pane, clean welding seams, higher quality molding, etc.)

It seems like their pricing was descent and the sales guy did a good, he almost sold us. It seems like they have a high quality product. They compared actually their pricing with other comparable companies. The only interaction I had was with the sales people. They were very good and reputable and they knew their stuff.

My experience with them went very well. The work was really professionally done. They did it in half a day. They showed up when they said they would show up. All around, they just did a really good job. I am going to have them do some more windows.
