It has been about two weeks, and my wife and I could not be more pleased with the results. Everything Dylan communicated to us during our consultation was delivered. The windows are attractive (we opted for the Tudor Brown exterior) and practical to use. The removal and installation process exceeded our expectations as the installation team was professional and experienced. We are already seeing the quality of the windows have an impact on the temperature in our home. We have an upstairs bedroom with two large windows and faces West. We have struggled to keep the room cool in the summer. It regularly ran 6-8 degrees warmer than the rest of the bedrooms upstairs (we used a thermometer to measure). Over the years, we have tried different things to remedy the problem, e.g., install a gable fan, change the airducts to increase airflow, etc., but nothing seemed to completely fix the problem. Since we installed our new windows, there is no longer a temperature difference. Our neighbor used Apex several years ago so when it became time for us to replace our windows due to wood rot and just being 28 years old, we called them for a quote. We had 29 windows to replace. Our salesman, Dylan Lewis (770-789-5455) was very informative, professional, and not pushy. We had talked with several other companies but went with Apex based on Dylan and our neighbor's recommendation. Once the windows arrived, installation took only one day. The installers were great and everything went very smoothly. They did a fantastic job and cleaned up all the debris, etc. We are very happy with our new windows!

They made a lot of promises that they did not keep, mainly about the quality of the Alside (the actual window manufacturer) windows, the delivery and installation processes. Absolutely nothing went according to plan. Roughly half the windows had to be replaced initially, then several had to be replaced again. We ordered the windows in May of 2022, and today, October 5, 2023, the last window was installed again. One large slider window and frame was so out of square that it had to be installed three times. One of the worst parts was their salesman, Ryan Sims. The day that all the defective windows were installed, he started dunning me for payment and would not take no for an answer until I told him never to call me. again. He didn’t understand that no customer should pay for broken promises, broken windows, and incompetent installation. Their installation manager saw that another window had cracked and said that other people had the same problem - the frame is too large for the sash and barely has any support. The new sash cane in today, 10 months later and is the same size. I expect that it will crack soon. The whole siuarion was so bad that I had to get an attorney involved. By the way, their windows have a greenish tint - something that we somehow never saw during the salesman’s demo.

Couldn’t have better things to say about the install crew. They arrived on time and answered any questions we had. The crew knocked out our nearly 2 dozen windows in just one day and cleaned up beautifully.

The windows on the front of our house were needing to be replaced due to a lot of wood rot and not being energy efficient. We had received quotes from other companies but didn't feel the product was worth the quoted prices. We were frustrated until Andrew knocked on our door and told us about Apex. We got an appt with their sales person Dylan Lewis (770-789-5455) to give us a quote. We liked his sales presentation about the the product and his company, and accepted his quote. 7 weeks later our windows were installed, and we couldn't be happier. All the employees of Apex from sales, installers and customer service have been highly professional and efficient. We will use them again.

In my opinion, do not use! Very unprofessional. Poorly done installation. Back of home done differently from front. Had to insist they do it correctly. Wrong windows delivered for front. One of replacement windows broken. After many unreturned calls . If I did reach someone they acted as if I was not even in their system for final corrected window. Many months later they scheduled final window. No one showed . Called and advised window not even in yet. Then they tried to schedule for next day! Window did not arrive for another four months. No regard for my time or any concern for me as customer. Finally dealt with an owner. Called number he provided. Was advised it was installation department. Tried to pay final balance and was given a much higher amount and she could not explain why it was higher than the true amount owed! She was very rude and told me I should have continued to deal with the owner. I had to provide amounts paid and dates to get her to finally agree to correct amount. Don’t waste your time or money. Even if you have to pay more elsewhere do so . If you live in county club with million $ home then you may get treated well but not in average home in average neighborhood.
