OMG!!! Okay- do we have been renovating our house from top to bottom over the last few years and today was the day we had ALL of our windows replaced. It was BY FAR the easiest and smoothest process we’ve encountered yet. The customer service was Exceptional, communication was excellent, installation was impeccable. The process started a few months ago when someone stopped by our home to ask if we were interested in new windows and hearing more about what Apex has to offer. We were In The market so it was perfect timing. We scheduled a meeting to learn all about the windows, met with Ryan Sims the following week, scheduled measurements two weeks after that. We were told it would take about 4 weeks for everything to come in and it was spot on. They called to let us know windows were in and we had a date on the calendar for installation within a week. E-mails were sent shortly after confirming date, time and what we needed to do in order to be ready for installation. This morning,I received a 30 minute call out prior to the guys arriving. Upon arrival, the master installer showed his badge, introduced himself and gave me a play by play for the day. Y’all.... they even worked around my 9 month-olds NAP SCHEDULE!!!!!! 🙌🏻🙌🏻 Everyone was beyond nice and respectful and they left the house cleaner than they found it! Installers arrived on time and right to work. They were very nice and would answer any questions we had. They placed drop cloths on floor, cleaned up ALL debris, and vacuumed before leaving. The 2 days went so smoothly. A great company!

The APEX team did a great job at our house. Ever since we moved in 3 yrs ago, replacing the windows has been on our list of things to do. Alan Swindle was great to work with throughout the whole process. He walked us through what the best energy efficient windows would be for our house and we couldn't be happier. The install team was professional and completed all the work very quickly. We would recommend APEX and would certainly keep them in mind for any future needs.

We had 40 windows replaced in less than two days. The crew showed up at 9:30, were respectful and hard working. They cleaned up well and the two windows that were scratched they replaced three weeks later. My only disappointment was that the caulking was not as neat as I would have liked. It can't be changed after it's dried. My house is quieter and my energy bill went down after one full month with new windows.

Everything from the initial meeting and order to the installation was flawless. Install only took a few hours, they showed me the features of my new windows and fully cleaned up when they were don.

We were looking for new energy efficient windows to replace our old windows. Trevor Shell, at Apex Energy Solutions, came out to our house and showed us the product. The insignia window we purchased from them is a triple paned window. We can tell a huge difference since the installation with one of our bedrooms already. One of our upstairs bedrooms receiving morning sun, was always miserably hot. It is now cool and comfortable in that room this summer, due to the insulation and UV protection on the new windows. It was noticeable within 24 hours of the installation. The windows never need to be painted, unless you wish. The windows are also very easy to open, and include a breeze and security latch, for protection. Our old windows were always too heavy to lift. They had many options and patterns to choose from also. We were extremely pleased with the entire process with Apex Energy Solutions from the first knock on the front door from Kyle Downs, through to the marketing and explanation of product, purchase finance options, measurement process, and finally the installation and cleanup. We were fortunate to have the same installation crew both times, all of which were very hard working, knowledgable and willing to answer questions, courteous, attentive to details, and made sure to cleanup and remove all debris, and to have the windows looking pristine inside and out. It amazed us that they were able to complete removal and install of each group of 29+ windows in a single day, especially since each grouping included picture windows and some hard to reach areas. It was good to hear from Kyle and others after the install to followup on our satisfaction. We noticed right away a tremendous moderation of temperature in the front hall when sunny, old windows just made the front hallway hot when hit with the sun. We have noticed house feels more comfortably cooler in the summer and warmer in the winter. The new windows definitely have a much better insulating quality than old, and also reduce amount of outside noise we hear. DEFINITELY would recommend their company and window products to others. Its a tribute to APEX when contractors at our house for other work comment on the quality of the windows and the quality of the installation as well.

The sales person was clear prompt and very helpful. The installation crew was on time very professional did a wonderful job and an exceptional job cleaning up when they were done. The new windows are wonderful. Not only are they beautiful, but they improve the overall feel of the home. They are much quieter and have a feeling of substantial barrier. Awesome! We just replaced the windows in our home and I’m extremely happy with how they turned out. After talking to 3 different companies we decided to go with Apex. I’d never heard of the company but I read an article about them in Entrepreneur Magazine and was impressed with their business model. Our salesperson was extremely knowledgeable, thoughtful, expedient and on time. It was easy going through the various window options and he clearly laid out the steps in the process as well as timeframe. On install day, the crew arrived on time and did a fantastic job. They clearly communicated what they were going to do and how long it would take. They did a good job of answering my questions and after the install, they showed us how to operate all the windows. Lastly, they cleaned everything up superbly. It was as if they had never been there. Most importantly, the windows look and work great. We’ve already noticed increased energy efficiency. We have Nest thermostats in the house and their data back up that observation. Another huge benefit is that the windows do a great job insulating the house from outside noise. I work out of the house and with our previous windows, I would have to take calls in the closet during lawnmower activity or driveway basketball games. No more. If you're like us and considering replacing your rotten windows, I highly recommend checking out Apex. We just had all of our windows replaced and are really impressed with both the quality of the windows and workmanship of the installation. We opted to go with Apex due to the high efficiency (tripled paned), as well as their lifetime transferable warranty, which we expect will improve resale value. Best of all, they never need to be painted, will never rot and we can now easily open and close all of our windows. They brought a big crew out and got the installation done in one day. Excellent all around- As someone who did door to door sales many, many, years ago-I am not a person who finds it particularly appealing. It always seemed to be sketchy to say the least. However, in this case, my fears were misplaced and the job they did was excellent-The windows have been everything they advertised and the professionals who put in the windows were timely, helpful and made sure that the job was done right.

I was impressed with all aspects of this company from the sale people to the installers. Every single man who installed my windows could answer any question I had and the one concern I did have, was addressed immediately by the foreman of the crew. Absolutely loved our experience and Windows by apex. Trevor was super easy to talk to and very informative. Just felt different and trustworthy when compared to all other companies we had do a quote for us. Felt like our satisfaction mattered. Really impressed by their services and product. They also did it so fast...only took like 6 hours because they had like 10 plus guys there working their tails off.

Apex from start to finish was top notch! The quality of the windows far exceeds the competition and a much better value! We did ours in stages and they were so easy to work with and flexible. Amazing!!! Awesome experience from our Salesman Hayden to the crew that installed the windows! The best thing is that our homes energy bill already went down and we noticed that we don't hear outdoor noises. We are very grateful that we found Apex Energy Solutions for our home!

I was very pleasantly surprised at how great an experience we had with Apex! When Hayden showed up at the door I was a little skeptical but knew we needed windows so I decided to listen. It sounded too good to be true. We then had Trevor come and give us a full presentation and quotation. We decided that it was the real deal and the windows seemed like they were high quality. After putting our order in, our windows came right on time. The crew that came was spectacular. They were professional, hard working and courteous! They did an amazing job on the installation! The windows themselves are some of the best I've ever seen. They are triple-paned and where we used to have tons of air pouring in from the outside, with the new windows we do not feel any air at all. They are sealed tight! The windows also keep out a lot of the excess noise from outside. They are easy to open and are classy looking from inside and out. We are extremely pleased with the work that Apex did and would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for high quality windows at an affordable price!

We paid a 25% down payment and the process started. At that time we chose beige windows. Later, my wife and I changed our minds and chose white. When I contacted Matt about our change he assured us there was no problem and quickly wrote an addendum/change order and emailed it to us. Next they measured the windows and sent the order to the factory. Once the windows came in, they called us to arrange the installation. The installers were really nice guys and very good at their jobs. When they were done they cleaned up really well. All in all, my wife and I are really happy with our windows and the whole process from Matt at the beginning to the installers at the end. We HIGHLY recommend APEX. We couldn't be happier.

A job Very Well Done! The Sales Rep explained our options and answered any question we had. He helped with color selection and pointed out several ways we could save money by selecting a different option. I also want to add what a pleasure it was to have the crew come out and install my windows. They were on site early in the morning, and worked a long day to set & caulk in 25 windows in a single day so that we could leave on a family trip the next morning and they would have only "outside" work to finish up the next day. They were professional, courteous to me and my family, and skilled in their job. All went smoothly until it was time to install the two half-round windows. The window openings in the house were not made correctly and the half-rounds did not fit the opening properly but they explained my options, I gave them the go-ahead to modify the opening and both half-rounds were installed. They said the extra work was "just part of the job" and they'd stay until it was finished. This crew is an asset to have working for you and I would recommend them to anyone wanting windows installed. I know we'll enjoy the high-quality windows, and what a pleasure it was to do business with a quality organization.

Mike Virok, the salesman for Apex, knocked at our door 2 years ago and offered to demonstrate his replacement windows. We'd been thinking about replacing our 35 year old double pane windows, many of which were foggy and some cracked. I never invite door to door salesmen in, but Mike promised he wouldn't take much time. He brought a sample window and quickly quoted a price that I knew from previous experience was very good. I signed a contract for half the windows the same day. They were installed within a few weeks by an experienced crew who worked quickly and did a very neat job. We subsequently installed the rest of our windows in two installements. I sold and managed salesmen for 25 years and recognize a good, professional organization. I highly recommend Apex.
