I was very upset with the representation and quality of the service Chemlawn gave me. I noticed that my lawn didn t look as nice as my neighbors so I decided to watch for the servicemen to come out to see why. One day, I caught them actually coming to my house during one of their scheduled visits and putting a bill on my steps without doing anything at all. I thought that this could have been a one time situation and perhaps they did the work earlier and came back but I found them doing the same thing a second time. I decided to cancel my account with them because of this. Even though I found the price to be good, I think that this type of unprofessional behavior definitely isn t something I want to continue with.

Ken comes 7 times a year to fertilize and apply weed control. I always know it will rain the next day when I see the sign that they've been. I never have to worry about watering the fertilizer in since they are so good with their timing. My lawn looks beautiful. It is green and weeds are minimal. My neighbor does not use them and has a horrible problem with weeds and dying grass. The difference they make is quite visible.

TruGreen Chemlawn has improved there services since I used them several years ago and offer a wide array of chemical solutions. They come and treat the lawn about every 6 weeks offering 8 treatments per year. When weeds are present between treatments they will retreat at no cost.

Applications are given after payment more than when they should be made. They put pesticide down this time on top of leaves. Sometimes they'll fertilize during the hottest days of the summer. However, they have been the best we've used over the last few years.

TRUGREEN CHEMLAWN CALLED TO SCHEDULE THE APPOINTMENT AND ALSO ONE DAY IN ADVANCE TO VERIFY THE TIME. THEY ARRIVED ON TIME AND AERATED AND OVERSEEDED THE FRONT YARD. THEY DID NOT DO A VERY GOOD JOB ON THE SIDE AND BACK YARDS. I HAD TO CALL THEM OUT FOR A SECOND TREATMENT.

I DON'T WATER OUR YARD FOR FINANCIAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL SAVINGS. AS A RESULT, DRY FERTILIZER AND WEED CONTROL IS DEPENDENT ON RAIN. CHEM LAWN APPLIES THEIR PRODUCTS WITH WATER SOLVING MY PROBLEM. A LITTLE PRICEY BUT IS SATISFACTORY.

BEFORE TRUGREEN CAME OUT TO FERTILIZE MY GRASS THEY QUOTED ME A PRICE WITHOUT COMING TO SEE HOW BIG MY YARD WAS. I THINK IT WAS A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY BECAUSE I DID NOT SEE A DIFFERENCE AT ALL.

WHEN THEY OVER SEEDED THEY DIDN'T PUT ENOUGH SEED DOWN, HALF JOB

I BARELY SEE THEM. I STILL HAVE WEEDS.

IT WASN'T THAT GOOD OR BAD; I WASN'T OVERLY IMPRESSED WITH THEM.

THEY COMPANY IS NO BETTER THAN THE MAN THAT'S DOING IT. SOMETIMES, THEY SEND OUT GOOD PEOPLE, AND SOMETIMES, IT'S JUST THE TURNOVER OF PEOPLE.

THEY WAIT UNTIL THE END OF THE YEAR INSTEAD OF SPREADING OUT THEIR SERVICES MORE DURING THE YEAR LIKE I THINK THEY SHOULD.

THEY ARE ON SCHEDULE AND MAKE IT EASY.

THEY ARE USUALLY THOROUGH AND ON TIME BUT THEY USUALLY DO NOT TELL ME ENOUGH ABOUT WHAT ALL I NEED TO DO TO THE LAWN.

I WAS NOT VERY SATISFIED WITH THEIR WORK. I HAD MORE WEEDS WHEN THEY COMPLETED TREATMENT THAN BEFORE.

THEY WERE VERY NICE, THEY USED AN UNSAFE FERTILIZER AROUND DOG.

JUST REAL PLEASED WITH THEM AND THEY ARE VERY LOW MAINTENANCE.

VERY PLEASED WITH THEIR WORK, AND THEY HAD NO CHARGE FOR FOLLOW-UPS

THEY GOT RID OF THE WEEDS, BUT SOME OF THE GRASS DIED IN THE FRONT, AND I DON'T KNOW IF IT WAS THEIR FAULT OR THE RESULT OF A LACK OF RAIN.

THEY HAD TO REDO MY LAWN TWICE TO OBTAIN SATISFACTORY RESULTS.

THEY DO WHAT THEY SAY THEY ARE GOING TO DO.

ITS BEEN GOOD, KEEP MY YARD LOOKING GOOD.

THEY'RE PROMPT AND INFORMATIVE, IT'S HELPING SOME BUT NOT A LOT.

THEY'VE DONE WHAT THEY SAID THEY WOULD.
