JSA Specialists is a 3rd generation foundation and masonry repair company. They specialize in stabilizing footings that have settled such as steps, porches, chimneys, and most importantly, the foundation of your home. They are one of very few companies that will fix all your masonry problems after repairing the foundation/footing. Therefore you do not have to call another company to cosmetically repair these problems. They have built foundations for new homes for many years and even bricked homes. This experience has helped in being able to restore almost any structure back to the original position when others may walk away. They also have experience with chimneys that pull away or even lean in toward the home. The can also repair garage lintels that have bowed or center brick columns that have dropped. “I understand how hard it is to find a contractor to do exactly what they say they are going to do instead of giving you the run around. Description of Work: Front brick stairs to stoop separating from house and sinking. 2 support piers were placed underneath. 2 days later problem reoccurred. JSA came right back out and fixed the problem- very satisfied.

I wanted to take the time to say thank you for sending the wonderful review. I believe all of that mortar that was placed behind the steps before we got there was lodged underneath the footing. Actually I believe it got between the bottom of the steps on the top of the footing causing it to have a void underneath it. I'm glad we were able to come back and fix it the right way. Description of Work: Had cracking between bricks over garage and they drilled and sunk steel supports and repaired cracks in mortar. Owner is very professional and knowledgeable and requires homeowner to be present at completion of project so everyone is satisfied with the job. Will definitely use again for additional projects.
