Scott, his son and the crew did a fabulous Job. These guys know what they are doing. From the first time I talked to Scott, he put me at ease with his knowledge and professionalism. They not only fixed the foundation issue, but repaired all of the brick that had cracked and made it look like new. They attached the lintel to the main beam of the house which was never done when the house was built, and again, fixed all of the cracking bricks. i can't say enough about how good these guys are. I went with JSA primarily because I felt Scott took the most time to explain the work that needed to be done and why it needed to be done. He answered all of my questions and never seemed to be bothered by my lack of understanding initially of the work itself. He and his crew arrived on time and took great care to make sure my yard and bushes would be put back together as much as possible. They even moved my sprinkler heads out of the way and put them back in place after the job was done. The crew was not bothered at all by my presence and my watching them work ( I felt like a little kid fascinated by what they were doing). Scott even took time out during the job to explain things as he went. While it was not possible to put my porch back into its original position (this would have destroyed all the stone work), I believe we got some lift and now I'm no longer concerned that I will have worsening porch problems going forward. I'm truly happy that I picked JSA to do this job for me and would recommend them without hesitation.

Scott and his helper, Patrick, were great. This is Scott's company, and he did the work. Patrick did the support help. They told me what they were doing and seemed unbothered by my watching what they did. Scott explained things as he worked. I was very pleased with them while on the job. Now that the mortar has dried, you cannot tell it from the original. I am even more pleased with them now.

I got quotes from 3 companies to stabilize my sinking foundation. All were about the same in what they wanted to do. Scott came in at the lowest price and the most honest quote. After hearing the others and what they wanted to do, Scott offered me options and what to watch for. We scheduled a time for the work to be done over 2 days. I needed 10 piers installed. I had a conflict on the first day, but that was not an issue. Scott got started right away. Prior to the job starting, he showed me the plants that needed to be trimmed or removed. All was approved. He and his helpers were hard at work when I was able to get there to see what was going on. Their pump system was small enough to navigate the small side yard. They finished in the 2 days they promised and put the landscaping back as best they could. Better than they had promised! Excellent work ethic, excellent prices, and very honest. I highly recommend them.

JSA provides an excellent foundation solution. It is almost half the price of conventional foundation solutions. The job is completed in one day and is totally finished. saving the cost of hiring another company to do finishing work. The owner was on site working the job. I have used JSA twice and was extremely satisfied. I have recommended JSA to others who experienced the same great results. I would absolutely use them again and would highly recommend JSA to others.

Scott responded quickly to my request for a quote, which was in line with quotes I had gotten from two other contractors. I selected JSA to do the job, and Scott and his helper arrived on time on the scheduled day and got right to work. They did the job in just 4-5 hours with little disruption to my property. I was pleased with their overall performance and the corner of the house that had the problem looks much better.

Very pleased. Their work as exactly as described and met our needs. They were prompt, arriving when they were scheduled and finished in one day. Prior to doing the work, they were very responsive to email questions (Which made it much easier for me to do business with them as it it can be difficult for me to use the telephone during the day.) Additionally, without our requesting it, they noticed themselves we had a new driveway and refrained from parking on it.

I could not be happier with the way the job went and the appearance of the finished work. You literally cannot tell that there were ever any cracks or gaps in the masonry. It went great! Scott was able to work around my schedule which was a huge convenience. He arrived as scheduled and explained how the process would work. The job went as planned with amazing results and he went beyond what the job required and repaired several other mortar joints that were not included in the estimate. My 82yr old Mother called them on Monday explaning what was going on with her home she was told that someone one would contact her later in the day, which did not happen. She then called them back and was told again that someone would contact her about an appointment it's Friday and still no call back! I would not recommend this company to anyone! But what I will do is make sure I tell people to NOT use them...Sad when a little old lady that is terrified about what is happening to her home is just ignored. To the providers if you don't want the job or are too busy then tell people and we will understand. But DON'T keep stringing people along!!!!!!!

Simply put, JSA vastly exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended. Scott (owner) is very easy to work with. I had 4 companies quote the work, with JSA being the lowest price. I asked a lot of questions and ultimately decided JSA and one other vendor were the ones I felt most confident would do a good job, and at that point chose JSA because they were about 10% less expensive. Based on conversations with both Scott and the other companies I had quote the work, I knew it was unlikely we'd get the room completely level without cracking the foundation. In my mind best case going into the work was that we'd get it lifted about 2" and would then just level the floor on the inside. Scott his crew came out as scheduled and quickly got the piers installed and ready to go, and then the lifting began. Lifting in 1/4" to 1/2" increments, they were able to get the floor almost perfectly level, with no cracks in the foundation. No interior leveling necessary. Additionally, I had a general contractor on hand to fix any other damage that might result (obviously moving a room like that has other implications, although in this case no notable damage resulted). After JSA left he was walking around the house and he commented that he was impressed how well they back-filled everything and how clean they left it. Just thought that was worth noting.

Scott Anglin and assistant were on time, stayed within the proposed budget, did the repairs, cleaned up, and left me with an absolutely perfect wall on my house. You cannot tell they have done that work. Their repairs to the mortar and brick are incredible. I'll use them whenever I need anything in this realm.

A corner of my garage foundation was sinking when I bought the property two years ago. I have been putting of the repair ever since because I did not want to deal with foundation repair contractors. I had one come out and give me a quote. It was for $3,700 to install three piers. I thought the repair only needed two piers, based on engineering data I had read about pier load/spacing, and the contractor was padding his invoice. Once again, I put off the repair. With all of the rain we've had since October, the foundation had really started to settle. The cracks in the mortar joints had and quot;stair-steppedand quot; and were approaching 3and quot;. I realized I had to make the repair, or risk the wall falling. I checked Angie's List and found JSA. Their reviews looked good, so I gave them a call. Scott came out while I was at work and looked at the job. He called me within a few hours and told me two piers for $2,400. I scheduled the job for Friday 1/19/2014. Scott said he would arrive at 9:30 AM and he was right on the dot. He explained what he was going to do and got right to work. By 3:30 he was done. I couldn't be more happier with the service and the repair. You now have a hard time telling the wall ever had damage. The guy really knows his business and is a true professional. There are a lot of fly-by-night foundation repair companies around Atlanta. The first one I called (also with decent reviews on Angie's List) tried to gouge me for an extra $1,300. If you want it done right and at a fair price, give Scott at JSA a call. I am so glad I found him on Angie's List, he really treated me right. He's an honest, down-to-earth guy that delivers on what he says.

Tougher job than anyone though. They had to dig down around four feet to reach the bottom of the slab but persisted and I feel like our porch is now stable. Scott was able to do this with minimal damage to our landscape.

Mr.Scott did a fantastic job and I am very happy with the results.He was punctual and very professional and walked me through as to what he was going to do.After the work was over,showed me everything he had done and made sure that my expectations were met.Will definitely refer him to all and would call him back if a need comes in the future.

Tthe owner was on the job the whole time and his people are extremely nice and helpful. The work went quickly and cleanly. I appreciated the fact that I did not have to find my own brick mason to finish the work. They did it all. When I had a question later in the year, they were quick to respond. I can very confidently recommend their very professional services.

I submitted a series of detailed pictures with comments of the cracks in the bricks of the home on Thursday night/ Friday morning. Scott responded quickly on Sunday to let me know he would take a look and respond the following week. On Monday, Scott responded with the results of his analysis and a quote. I had suspected that the bricks were an issue given the characteristics of the cracks and expected an expensive repair. Scott's initial analysis indicated that the repair would require 4 to 6 piers and would cost between $4,400 to $6,600. I was impressed with Scott's quick responsiveness, honesty, and his willingness to assist me even though I didn't own the property. I had told him in initial email that I didn't own the home and his analysis may impact my decision to purchase the home. Scott saved me a lot money and will hire him in the future for foundation/ masonry work.

Scott arrived on time with his helper. I was surprised at how quickly the repair proceeded. Everything went as Scott had promised.

They did very well. They were extremely professional. They were knowledgeable of masonry. I grew up knowing how to build houses and they knew exactly what to do. They were on time and did everything that they said they would. The cleaned everything perfectly because this was in the flower bed area. So they took care of the plants, put it back and nothing died. They were really good.

Scott Anglin, the owner of JSA, came to the site to give me a detailed estimate of the work required and the charge for completing each phase of the work. It was a professionally prepared and very detailed estimate that was emailed to me the day after his visit to the site. We agreed on a date for the work to be done. JSA was on site early and stayed late until all the work was completed and the site completely cleaned. The owner was on site for the entire job and explained to me every step they were taking. They were careful not to damage or harm any surrounding landscaping or fixtures. No money was requested until the job was finished and the repair was satisfactory to the homeowner. I was thrilled with the results of the repair and feel very comfortable that the cracks will never reappear.; I can't tell there was ever a crack in brick on my house. Thanks, JSA!
