Description of Work: We had a renovation done so are carpets needed a good cleaning and lots of furniture needed to be moved around. The man from fiber care who came to do cleaning that day was so helpful and patient moving around all of the furniture with us to get tot he carpets.

They were very knowledgeable about the various stains and conditions and did an excellent job, better than we've ever had done before. As far as we're concerned, Fiver Care is the gold standard for carpet, rug and upholstery cleaning.
Description of Work: They cleaned an oriental rug, 4 upholstered chairs, two upholstered sofas (one was white with shoe polish stains), a hallway carpet, a family room carpet and two carpeted stairs.

These carpets are five years old and because we have teenagers we have not cleaned them since they were new. Brian did a great job of bringing them back to new condition. He is very friendly and hard working.

Description of Work: Manny & Brian did 6 dining room chairs, a lazy boy recliner, sofa, and a white Berber rug & a multicolored throw rug. Finished in about 2 hours.

He even came out on very short notice to help me successfully clean up a gallon of paint I spilled on my carpet. He returns calls quickly, and is both very professional and nice. + -1 moreDue to some recurring basement water issues, I have had to use Fiber Care several times in the last 18 months. They have always been prompt, courteous, and professional. The carpet looks like new every time that they have cleaned it and I feel that their rates are very reasonable. I have recommended them to all my friends and neighbors. In short, they're a great team which delivers every time. I wouldn't think to use anyone else for this kind of work.
