I called with the request and Brian was able to get out to the house the next day to get an idea of the project so that he could get an estimate to me. He was Johnny-on-the-spot. Project scheduled and completed within two days. Awesome work. Reasonable price. Will use again.

I couldn't be happier with this company. Brian's (owner) communication start to finish was excellent. Our tech was punctual, courteous and worked very hard to do the best work possible. Brian followed up to make sure we were happy with their work. We had some areas we weren't sure were stains or wear so Brian himself came for a follow up and made sure we were satisfied before leaving. When I need carpet or upholstery cleaning in the future I won't hesitate to give them a call.

Fiber Care did an excellent job with my rug, sofa and tile cleaning. Mario was very knowledgeable and personable. He arrived right on time, explained what he was doing, and cleaned up well afterwards. I am VERY pleased with the job. And the owner even called later in the day to see how it went. A model for good customer service. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

It was an excellent experience in every way. Brian is a pro, uses first class equipment, puts in extra effort where it's needed. He was exactly on time, was careful of our possessions, left the place in excellent order, even called back from the road to tell us how to hasten the drying of the carpet so as to minimize our inconvenience. The best possible outcome with the best personal service that I have experienced.
Description of Work: We had an elderly cat who became ill while we were in Europe. Our pet sitter sent us a picture of our white sofa that looked like a crime scene photo with extensive dried blood stains. At that point I believed the sofa would have to be replaced. While still out of town, I emailed Brian and hoped that given their great reputation they could perform miracles. He was immediately responsive to my situation and had someone their on my return. He took the cushions back to his office and worked on them for over a week, returning them looking like new. Not only did he save me the price of purchasing a new sofa, but he had them back in time for a neighborhood dinner party that we were scheduled to host that Saturday. I was right, he did perform miracles. We also had him clean our other breakfast room and dining room chairs. Thank you Brian.

The chair and couch were a near white color that had not been cleaned in 10 years. They came out almost new looking. Technician was prompt, courteous and prepared the area under the couch and chair with protective tarps. Very pleased with the service and would use again.

I was very happy with the quality of work and customer service. Mario, the technician, was outstanding, very friendly, and quality oriented. He was running late from a previous job but kept me informed and was very apologetic. He did a fantastic job and even went the extra mile and cleaned my rug in front of the sofa. I definitely would hire them again.

Will definitely hire again. Was told they would be there between 9 and 9:30. I was amazed I was given such a short window of time. He showed up closer to 9. Did a great job and the price was very reasonable. I would certainly recommend Fiber Care.

Mario and his partner showed up on time to do the work and were very kind and professional. They did a great job and took the time afterwards to give me advice on how to get up stains in the future now that the carpet had been carefully cleaned and protected. Mario made sure to walk me around the rooms that were cleaned to make sure I was satisfied with the job. We have a barky little maltese and Mario and his partner took the time right away to say hi to our dog so that he would calm down. Overall, very nice men who did a fantastic job!

We are about to call them again to do our annual cleaning. We have only used them. One person came out to do the work. They reviewed which area to be sure and made sure that I took a look at everything so that it was to my satisfaction. I thought they did a great job. I think they did a thorough, complete job. I called Fiber Care based on Angie's List reviews. Had previously used Stanley Steemer and was not satisfied with the service. Mario quoted a reasonable price to clean 3 bedrooms, living room, office, and stairs. On seeing lumps in the office carpet, he mentioned that he could stretch that while he was here, something Stanley Steemer couldn't do - would have had to schedule a separate service. The carpet stretching quote was also well priced. Overall, I'm very pleased with this company and will use them again. Responsiveness, timeliness, and quality of work were all excellent. There was no pressure to add other services, and Mario explained his process thoroughly. Three weeks later my carpet still smells fresh and looks great!

Before Christmas Brian Kirby the owner came out himself and cleaned my parents home and did a great job with a fair price. He worked hard and was efficient. Yesterday, Mario and John who work for/with Brian came out and cleaned my family room, upholstered furniture and carpet. They also, were hard workers and efficient. Brian called when he was on the way, between the hours of the appointment. He was very professional and provided me instructions of present service and other services he could provide. It wasn't a hard sell, just information I was not previously aware of. In fact he gave me ideas on how to save money overall. My carpet is relatively new, so I didn't expect much difference, I was just getting them cleaned for houseguests. But, when Brian showed me the results I was amazed. I will definitely use them for all my carpet cleaning in the future.
