FIBER CARE CARPET & UPHOLSTERY CLEANING SPECIALIST

The carpet in my recently purchased home was badly soiled and stained. The cleaner arrived punctually and worked quickly and efficiently. Initially, the carpets looked great, but a few hours later, many of the stains came back. When I talked to Fiber Care about the problem, they returned to give the stains an extra going over. Now the carpet looks better than I could have ever thought possible! They truly went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy with their service- and I am!

They were very prompt and courteous, and they gave me specific instructions on what to do with the carpet in the future. They also told me never to use Resolve!

Needed the carpets cleaned quickly after returning home from vacation; the dogs had been stressed from all the thunderstorms. Fiber Care was able to fit me in the very day I called. John came and did a great job! Thank You Fiber Care!

They were very professional and punctual. They moved furniture and put it back where it belonged. Have two small children, this helped a lot. I was impressed with how clean the carpet looked when it was done. I plan on using them again in the future and I'm recommending them to a couple friends of mine.

The carpets in my rental home had not been cleaned in the 2 years it was occupied. To top it off, there were numerous pet stains from an unauthorized pet. Brian was able to thoroughly clean and remove the pet stains.

Mario, the tech, arrived at the appointed time and, after explaining the procedure to me (cleaning process, deodorizing, etc.), prepared to clean the carpets. All corners were protected as were the hardwood floors. We walked through the rooms as I pointed out areas of concern (ie: lots of areas of spills, spots where I had inexpertly tried to clean, etc.) and Mario gave me many pointers on how to clean the spots between professional cleanings. When he finished, I could hardly believe how wonderfully new the carpets looked. I had thought I'd replace the carpets soon, but now I believe they have more life in them. All I can say is "Wow!" Mario is personable and professional, as is everyone I have spoken with to schedule and to ask questions.

I chose this company due to its good reviews on Angie's List & Kudzu. Carol, the scheduler, was very helpful on the phone, providing accurate estimates for the proposed job. Mario, the technician, was on time and very thorough in his work. He was careful to protect my floors and rugs from the cleaning product. He honored the online coupon, and also provided an estimate for cleaning our upstairs carpet and stairway. The company called to check on my satisfaction after the job was completed. I am impressed with the level of service & value for the price. Will definitely keep them in mind for other jobs.

I emailed Fiber Care for a rough estimate on cleaning the carpet in a bedroom, the hall and the stairs. I received a prompt reply with an approximate cost of $120. I called the next day to make an appointement. The carpet cleaners were supposed to come at 11am that Thursday. I received a call a little after 11 informing me that the guys were running late but that they should be at my house by 12pm. They showed up closer to 1pm. Since I really didn't have anything going on that day it wasn't a big deal, however, for someone else, that could have been a big problem. They got right to work and they did a great job. The carpet looks great and smells fresh and clean. I would hire them again despite showing up late. The total ended up being $116, but I had a 20% off coupon from Angie's List.

Mario did the cleaning. He was extremely thorough, very polite, and the price was actually under the estimate given previously over the phone. We would use them again and highly recommend them. The entire job took about 2 hours.

Fiber Care arrived on time. The young man was very pleasant and personable. He answered all my questions and made sure I knew exactly what would be done. I told him I wanted to add Scotch Guard and he refigured the total price. My carpet was very dirty especially the stairway. He worked hard and made sure he had gotten it as clean as he could. I am extremely pleased with the finished product and will definitely use this company again. I have also recommended them to friends.

Overall, my experience with them was very good. The work is still holding up. I would use them again in the future.

The overall experience was excellent. The quality of service was excellent. They were late by an hour or so but they did call me to let me know that they were going to be late since they had run into a problem, and that was nice. They did a good job once they were here.

Sean & co worker were very nice, professional & put customer first. I asked about military discount, sean was proactive & included extra rug cleanings.

It was a good price and they did a good job. The carpets put in initially were not stretched properly. They came in stretched the same and made it look new. I will use them in future.

Mario did an excellent job, and was very thorough. He cleaned the closets for no additional charge. He was attentive to go over the more soiled areas several times.

They completed the work in a timely fashion and were very careful with walls and furniture.

A woman received my telephone call to set-up the order. Several days later, two young men came to my house at the scheduled time. They were professional, courteous, and very exhibited enthusiasm for the work they provided. They carefully moved furniture as required to clean the carpet. They worked diligently and without a break. The entire cleaning took approximately three hours.

Brian was excellent from start to finish. Very professional. Called right away, squeezed me into his schedule to meet my deadline. I had procrastinated and needed it done within a few days. They showed up on time, were very nice, did a good job, and followed up afterwards. I would definitely recommend and will use them again.

He did a pretty decent job got some stains out not all but I probably waited too long to treat the stains.

Brian is a great guy to work with. He is nice, and his workers have also been nice and helpful. They are willing to go above and beyond what's neccisary. For example, he's even moved furniture out of the way to clean underneath it, and he's helped me to move large pieces of furniture back.
