FIBER CARE CARPET & UPHOLSTERY CLEANING SPECIALIST

A service tech was supposed to be at my house between 12:00 and 2:00 today to clean 2 rooms of carpet, one hallway, two sofas and four bar stools. When no one showed up by 3:00, I called the company for the status and was told that Julio was on a job in Marietta and the homeowner decided to add more rooms to clean than was originally requested, so he is delayed, They asked me if I wanted to reschedule, but cannot as I am working the rest of the week, and took off today for their services. Julio finally arrived at around 4:15, and I reduced the amount to be cleaned to one hall and four bar tools. He pre-treated the areas but when he went to clean them, the machine on his truck was broken, so he couldn't complete the job. The house now smells heavily of the pre-treatment chemicals as he was unable to dilute it and suction it up. It is very distressing. This company is very unprofessional in its treatment of customers. I resent being made to wait an extra four hours for service and being asked if I wanted to reschedule because someone else decided to change their service order. They should have told the previous customer that they did not have time to do the extra work and they could have rescheduled to have those services done.

They used our extra carpet to repair several carpet holes in the stairway and in the doorway. They also used a professional spot remover to take out some small stains that were very set in, and it worked well. The quality of the work was high, and the work was done professionally and courteously.

The date might be off a little, but the service was conducted sometime in the summer. The "specialist" (he was) was methodical and very professional. He was given the work order late in the day and even though it was late he was nothing but professional. Took his time to explain every process and techniques that will be implemented to satisfied us. Will be calling them back this summer.

Did Great--Mario was the one that came and he was very meticulous and everything looked great. The rugs looked new afterwards.

Carpet was significantly soiled due to renovation work. It is now spotless. Provider is punctual and gives you a reminder call the night before service. Also calls when they are on their way to your house. Very professional crew.

We had a few rooms in our home where the carpeting had begun to buckle a bit due to stretching over the years. We found Fiber Care on Angie's list to get a quote to re-stretch the carpet and clean all of our carpets. Fiber Care was very professional and quickly scheduled our in home estimate. They are very knowledgeable and professional, and the estimate was very thorough and detailed so that I could decide exactly which work I wanted to do and the cost. Once we decided to proceed, we were able to schedule a convenient appointment and the team showed up right on time. They were very professional and careful while moving around furniture. They worked well into the evening to complete all of the work. We are very pleased with the quality of the stretching and cleaning. After the work was completed, we did have two seams that they had worked on during the stretching that became a little uneven after a few weeks, and they promptly sent someone out to redo the seams at no cost and without any complaints at all. They look great now, and I really appreciate a company that stands behind their work and believes in satisfying their customers. I will definitely have them out in the future to keep our carpets looking great.

I have 2 Border Collies so needless to say - it gets a lot of activity. The team at Fiber Care did another outstanding job and my carpet looked brand new. This is the 2nd time I've used them and so far - they are by far the best I've used over the years.

I had called several other companies and they couldn't schedule the work to be done until a week or more later than I needed. The carpet to be cleaned is in a finished basement apartment that several relatives had used in the last few years. We had just found out a family member that had suffered a stroke was coming to live with us within a week or so. Needless to say we were pressed for time. We wanted to make sure everything was as clean and as germ free as possible and had time to dry. I called on a Thursday afternoon and the guy was there Friday evening around 5:30pm and worked until 9:30pm. Fiber Care had no problem with coming out the very next day!! The carpet looked brand new again!! I was more than pleased with the results. The Fiber Care folks came through for us without any hesitation. By the way, our relative arrived 8 days later. Thank You Fiber Care for a wonderful job!!

Everything went well. They were prompt, courteous & did an outstanding job. My sofa looks like new, as do my area rugs and ottoman. I would not hesitate to call them again. I could not have asked for more.

They arrived a little late because of mechanical problems with their truck. They did call and let us know that they would be a late. They did a great job and were very professional. My sofa and loveseat look brand new, as does the area rug. My carpet is only two years old so did not see a big differance.

Contacted Brian Kirby regarding cleaning on 12/17/2013, set an appointment for 12/31/2013. Received a call from Carol the next day to review/confirm the appointment. Received a follow up call from Carol on 12/30/2013 to confirm the appointment and the names of the men who were to arrive at my house for the job. Mario & Darryl arrived at my house promptly at 9 AM on 12/31/2013. They moved all the furniture to clean underneath and replaced. They did not move the TV stand - as the TV was on it and they didn't want to risk damaging the TV. They worked fast - one tackling the upstairs, one tackling the downstairs. They were done in a little over an hour. The carpets look better than they have in years, even though I have a personal carpet cleaner.

The entire experience was very positive - from scheduling the work to be done on a Saturday to the actual cleaning process. They showed up right on time and did a very thorough job, moving and isolating furniture, treating stains, protecting hard wood floors and walls, etc. I would recommend and use them again.

The carpet is rather old and had "waves" in some areas. We did not want to replace it because we plan to rent the house for several years and then move back in at which time we will get new carpet. The carpet needed to be stretched in some areas and thoroughly cleaned. I got estimates and the one for Fiber Care was in the ball park. I chose this company based on good reviews and the statement that the work guaranteed. They will come back until you are satisfied. I was very happy with the results. They did a great job with the stretching!!! They also did a really good job along the edges of the carpet that meet the walls. It can look dark in this area like the dirt was pushed to the edges. It did not look like that when Fiber Care was done. The owner/technician was very professional and prompt. I would definitely used them again and recommend them to others!

This is a top notch carpet cleaning service provider. They were on time and completed the job in exactly the time predictied by Bryan, the estimator. Darryl and Mario did the work and they did a great job. They worked carefully and efficiently, moved all the things that needed to be moved, took good care of the heavy traffic areas and left the carpets looking like brand new. We could not be happier with our choice of Fibercare and would heartily recommend them to anyone who might call. Price-wise Fibercare was the best of the compaies we looked at. They will be our choice the next time we get the carpets cleaned.

My experience with the staff at Fiber Care was excellent. At the initial meeting with Brian, he covered the project and made note of the issues at hand with the restretch. They worked with our schedule as we were having multiple other renovation projects underway. There was no push to speed up the project and Brian even followed up to make sure we were still on schedule. On the day of the clean/restretch project, Brian and his team member arrived ready to go. They went about the project in a methodical, organized manner. Brian involved me in the project so I could ask questions and actually see how they would go about fixing the problems caused by the original installers. As a professional courtesy, Brian repaired at his own expense (3) thresholds where padding was incorrectly laid and it turned out fantastic. Later in the project, Brian was about to clean a closet where I noted the carpet had been damaged beyond repair by another cleaner. I advised I had a small piece and inquired as to whether he could replace. He advised for a nominal fee he could replace on the spot. We couldn't have been more impressed with the result. After the cleaning, he showed me an area that had been soiled with hot coffee and how I could go about further lightning up the stain if needed. To our surprise, after drying the stain was barely noticeable. Our carpets haven't looked this good since they were brand new. We wouldn't hesitate to refer Brian and his crew to our friends, family and neighbors and feel like we have finally found a consummate professional carpet cleaner we can trust to do our cleaning and repair how he would want a job done for his home.
