Description of Work: We have used FC for over 15 years. Each visit is the same! Consistent, professional, exactly as you would hope. You get what you pay for each time. We have refered them atleast 20 times to family and friends.

Description of Work: He did an excellent job of cleaning my chaise lounge and gave me some cleaning tips, as well. I will use him again.

Description of Work: I scheduled the job and had to cancel because of problems with the property I was going to rent. Problems were resolved and Fibre Care gave me a new date. I found out that I had only a couple of days to be moved in to the property but couldn't move in until carpets were cleaned. Called Fibre Care and the owner,Brian, called me and said he would work me in, even if they had to work late to do it. They cleaned the carpet the next day! The job was done without fault; technician was courteous thorough. I most certainly will use them again!

Description of Work: I had originally hired a dry cleaning company to do my basement Carpets which were stained and dirty from a litter of puppies that we just had. the dry cleaning method did not work very well on the type of outdoor carpet I have and on the depth and extensiveness of the stains and the urine smell. The carpet cleaner I had hired called this company -fiber care - to come in and reclean by steaming in order to satisfy me because I was not happy with the dry cleaning method. They did an excellent job, the odor was gone. They met my my schedule at the last minute. I would definitely hire him if I had carpet to be steam cleaned. I will be pulling this carpet up and putting in a tile floor in the future but until that time I would use them to clean my carpet.

Description of Work: FiberCare cleaned my carpets then came a few weeks later to stretch them. They cleaned the carpets so well - they look like new. Now that they're stretched they are new. The technicians were prompt, professional and informative. I would highly recommend them.
