Description of Work: We had a new motor installed on our upstairs AC unit late on a Sunday afternoon. Monday evening we discovered the unit was not working, I called the after hours service and Tom one of the managers came out at 9:30 pm. He did not charge a service call fee and also supplied a part free of charge. We have used Dayco for over 2 years and have always been extremely satisfied.

Description of Work: Took advantage of a special offer on A/C unit inspection and service. Technician arrived on time and did and excellent , thorough job cleaning and servicing both the compressor unit and air handler/evaporator coil unit. Few for service was what was stated in offer. Our compressor unit is old but still runs well, and someday when we need a new one I'll definitely get a quote from them. Would highly recommend them to others. Thanks.

Description of Work: I called Dean on a Saturday after coming home from July 4th vacation week to find no air conditioning in our home. Dean said he could swing by after his last call around 7pm. He was concerned it was late, whereas, we were thrilled he would come out on such short notice. Dean assessed the AC unit, noted it was a breaker, asked the location of the nearest Home Depot, drove there to retrieve parts, came back and fixed the unit, and reasonably charged us. We were thrilled and will use Dean again.

Description of Work: When our AC broke on the Friday before the 4th of July, I had a bad feeling we were in for a hot weekend. But, we called Dayco that morning and he came out that afternoon to fix our problem. He gave us some good advice on the AC unit we have and discussed ways we could keep it working longer. He was friendly and he will be our go-to-guy from this point forward.

Description of Work: We called Dayco, based on positive Angie's List reports, when our furnace would not come on. A serviceman came the same day, and spent around an hour inspecting & repairing the furnace. He explained that a switch was was not working, and he repaired it. He offered some advice for self-maintenance, but recommended no other repairs, a common bugaboo with many heating/AC companies. The furnace now works again, and the cost was very modest. I will use Dayco for all our heating/AC services in the future.
