Suzy, on the office staff, has been extremely helpful, pleasant and professional to communicate with regarding scheduling maintenance appointments & billing. She has been thorough in following up with me, which I have appreciated.

It was a very good service. The person answered all my questions and gave me choices. I would definitely call them again.

These guys are great. Been using them for years. Selling our home now, and the buyers wanted an optional switch installed near the furnace. The first one caused some problems within the furnace. They came right back out and corrected everything. We'll call them from our new home as well.

Went well. The attic stairs we’re broken while removing / installing new furnaces. Dayco without any delay ordered new stairs to be installed. We had an issue with not using material to cover hardwood floors and did get some small scratches. We did review this complaint and they did offer to send a flooring co to repair

I called and they arrived the next day! Every other company I called were booked two, even three weeks out! The technician arrived on time and knew what the problem was almost immediately. He gave me a fair price and was able to get me cooling within one hour. I don't know what I would have done if it wasn't for them! Thanks a lot!

I was really worried I would have to go a few days or even a week without cool air, but I called Dayco Systems that my friend recommended and I'm SO glad I did! They came out right away, after hours and fixed the unit. I highly recommend this company!

I initiated a process to purchase an A/C & gas furnace to replace my current system due to the Freon ban that goes into effect on 1/1/2020. I received two quotes as the process proceeded forward. All was cooperation until there remained only two questions to be answered: 1) can discounts be applied to an October installation and, 2) would they provide 3 positive personal references and 1 negative from willing actual customers. Days went past with repeated requests and no response. Today, I was informed that there would be no response to these questions and that Dayco withdrew from the process, in effect. At this point, they had the best price. What were they afraid of? It was reported to me that Reliable Heating And Air creates phony reviews. Do they do the same? Would real references expose deception? I don't know for sure, but I wouldn't take a chance on doing business with someone who is not willing to provide verifiable references. --- Rev. Service man called to say he would be a little late - and was very accurate about estimating time of arrival. I appreciate that - He was professional and brought out parts that he thought he'd need to fix my A/C problem. That saved another service call.

Terrific. Have used Dayco for both business and personal service for years. Dean and his guys are very knowledgeable, very careful and they're a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. This particular job was very a comprehensive two zoned system replacement. Chose high end very efficient Trane systems. Work was performed exceptionally well. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

They are very good. They put the system in and I've dealt with them, so I kind of feel comfortable with them.

They did everything. I guess what I liked the most was, because the house was so old, they reevaluated the airflow and added another the square footage and the exchange. It's not where the heat comes out. It's where it exits. They evaluated all that. I think he forgot to go over what kind of thermostat I was going to get or what my options were. I don't have any recommendations. They were good. I got at least 4 estimates.

First rate from beginning to end. Dean presented the basic solution (similar in scope and price to the three other proposals that I obtained) and offered a couple of upgrades based on his experiences with homes of similar age and construction. The others offered upgrades that would have required the furnace to be replaced also (for thousands more). Instead of the basic 2 ton, 14 SEER unit everyone offers, I went with a 2.5 ton, 16 SEER unit, for only a few hundred more. The two installers worked as a team. It seemed each knew what the other was doing and the install was less than 3 hours.Thanks Dean and Dayco

After getting four quotes from different companies both small and large it was refreshing to meet Philip with Dayco Systems. He is not a pushy salesman trying to sell you a system. He quoted 4 different systems for my upstairs. Pricing was very competitive as it was on the lower end compared to other quotes I received. The installation team of Jacob and Taylor were great. I'm looking forward to the heat next summer to see how my new AC system works.

I have been using Dayco since 2013 for my preventative maintenance for my home in Acworth. I have had small issues in the past, needing to request a different technician. It is my belief that we pay people for their expertise, not just their reputation. I spoke to the owner when I had the problem with a tech and he promptly switched the tech out for a different one. Only to have the next service with the same guy I had the problem with before. Well guess what? Today is one September 22nd. I received a call from Jenna at Dayco asking me to schedule my summer service and fall service together. Really? I asked her, "What you really mean is you want to renew my service for the fall, for another year, even though you completely neglected to perform my summer service?" She could say nothing other than yes, with the excuse that they had a lot of calls for a/c service being out. For me that is no excuse, and yet the best excuse for my cancellation of preventative maintenance. I will be using my costco rep. Ty for your time Dayco. I am glad business has been so amazing for you.

Dean and his team of professionals always do a great job. We replaced the original HAVC for our upstairs and it has been cool summers and warm winters ever since. I was given a detailed and perfectly explained choice of three units and the costs for each. We chose the middle and the work was done on time and on budget, No additional or hidden costs. We have referred Dayco Systems in the past and will continue to do so.

Very detailed explanation of all work to be completed, costs, and warranty. In and Out in one day as promised. Clean and efficient - all back to original condition after new install! Professional team - polite and hard working. Call back was needed to address 1 issue: Vent through the roof in attic which was immediately addressed and corrected. Excellent response to the issue.

Everything about my experience with Dayco and the service was just wonderful as always. My Mother was having trouble with A/C and we had to turn one of her units off. So I called Dayco. I have used them several times iover the years. Dayco, Bob, came right out same day and determined the problem. He returned the next day with the part, and made the repair as promised. This company and their employees are top notch, professional, and trust worthy. I highly recommend them and will definitely be using them again. Thank you Dayco for the great service and the TLC you provided taking care of my Mom's A/C and heating.

They were fantastic! After having trouble with our system for weeks and calling and consulting many companies- Dayco took care of us! Dean came out the same day we called and had our new install complete in 2 days! In this heat wave all the other people we spoke to had at least a week (or more) before they could come out... Even longer for an install! Dean was friendly, prompt and knowledgeable. He explained everything so that we felt good in our decision and understood our situation. After being swindled the week before with a company claiming we had black mold (BEWARE OF FEBREZAIR!) we were so happy to find honest and expert care and work done. Highly recommend!
