They charged me exactly what they quoted. They were polite and very knowledgeable about the septic system and they handled the issues with the county for us.

This was so pleasant! After dealing with French & French (who I do not recommend) the guys were great, polite, honest and hardworking.

The main reason I chose Advanced Septic was because it was listed on this website, and because Dart Kendall was the friendliest and most helpful over the phone of the five places I called. Dart came out the next day and spent a good deal of time explaining the procedures that needed to be done; he even unclogged my sink while he was here. Unlike two other companies I called, Dart did not charge me for the estimate or his time, and patiently answered all of my questions. He and his crew came out as soon as the permit was given and finished doing all of the work in one day. He had to unexpectedly repair a hole that was torn into my tank two years ago by another company, when they supposedly pumped my tank. Dart pumped it properly and put two new T's in it after he repaired the hole. When that was done and the lines were laid, I was amazed to see he and his crew throwing down grass and hay! Dart and his crew were friendly, very skilled and wonderful! Expert job - great price!!

I am pleased that I decided to go with this company as they stuck to the estimated price, came out on time, and did an excellent and professional job. They were extremely easy to work with and cleaned up when they were finished. They were hardworking and seemed to be very experienced. I would recommend them to others.

They were very nice and conscientious. They wanted to remove the cover for a more thorough cleaning, but it didn't seem accessible. So they back-flushed the tank to stir things up and then emptied it. I didn't comparison-shop, so don't know how their price compares to others. It seems a bit high for what was done, considering my tank didn't require any digging. However, it was exactly the price quoted to me, based on the tank size, and which I agreed to.

Mr. Kendall was one of the nicest, most honest people I ever had the pleasure of doing work for me. He explained what was going on; he did the work and left everything (ground, plants, etc.) clean and in good shape. He gave me advice on what to do to keep the septic tank in good condition. There was absolutely no "pressuring me" into buying/doing work that I didn't (at this point) need.

OUTSTANDING WORK AT AROUND $2K LESS THAN OTHER BIDS I RECEIVED. THEY USED THE MOST ADVANCED EQUIPMENT, VERY PROFESSIONAL & HELPFUL. THEY HELPED ME IN WAYS THAT WEREN'T DIRECTLY CONNECTED TO THE PROJECT, TRULY WENT BEYOND MY EXPECTATIONS. THEY ARE BUSY, WHICH IMPACTS RESPONSE TIME, BUT WHEN THEY MAKE A COMMITMENT, THEY HONOR IT.
