They always do great work for me. It’s a dry clean, so the carpets are always dry within 15 or 20 minutes after they leave. The technicians are thorough, too, and move furniture if necessary. It’s been a good experience overall.

The last time they were here, we had to get them out again to re-do the job. The first time they did the job, the end result was sloppy and very wet. They told us that the reason for the sloppy job was because the technician was new. The second time was better, but I wouldn’t call them again.

The technician arrived and started cleaning the carpet while my wife was occupied upstairs. I took this opportunity to run to the grocery store about 2 miles from our house. As I was leaving the store, my wife called and said that he was finished cleaning the carpet and needed our credit card, which I had with me, to pay for the job. I was home in less than 10 minutes and the technician was already gone. He said we could "call in" our credit card number to his office. We were both surprised at how quickly the job was completed and I was surprised that he did not wait for me to return home after she told him I was on my way. The low traffic areas look OK but the areas that needed the cleaning most were not properly cleaned. We feel he rushed this job because we opted for the lowest cost cleaning since the carpet was not heavily soiled.

They have several locations. My experience was good. I have nothing negative against them. The work that they did was very good. They were very professional. I would use them again in the future.

great! I've been using this company for years to clean our upholstery and oriental rugs.

We spent maybe $500 or $600 on that service. Our experience with them was okay and it was the first time we had anything like that and for me personally I don?t think I would do that again. We had to move all our furniture off the tiles and then it has to dry for a couple of hours; it was just more than I thought I was going to be getting into. They said it would be two years till the next time we have this work done, but I think it would be more like 10 years. It is just me personally and I am 65 years old and I had to move all that furniture, roll up all the rugs and it is not worth it, for me.

THE CARPET CLEANED UP BEAUTIFULLY EVEN BEING 12 YEARS OLD. IT WAS CLEANED 12/15/05 AND STILL LOOKS GREAT ON 2/4/06.
