Outstanding! He said he would not be able to remove a wine stain from several years ago that I had covered up with furniture, but he did, and the 16 year-old berber carpet now looks like new. The den carpet was refreshed and clean as the discoloring and the stains were removed. The 3 year-old bedroom carpet was cleaned well, too. We have had this company several times previously, but stopped when we had hardwood floors installed in the main living section of the house. We are really glad we called them for this job. They had taken care of our living area rugs when we were flooded from burst pipes, and again, when the air conditioner backed up and flooded, as well as regular rug cleaning, periodically. It is great that the rugs are dry quickly, and one can walk on them almost right away. I can't say enough good about this family-owned business (in the Lakeland area)! It went really well. He got two of the toughest stains out! One was an oil stain from my shepherd. I was exceptionally impressed with my tile. My grout went from black to white! He was very meticulous and efficient. Such a pleasant guy to have around.

All carpets looked noticeably cleaner and dried very quickly. The work was done when promised to our complete satisfaction. We were especially pleased with the care taken with the two Oriental rugs. I would not hesitate to hire this company again.

The service person, Chris, was on time. Introduced himself. Measured area to be cleaned. Told me exactly what he was going to do. He removed tough stains, which I found other companies could not do.

Appointment process was smooth. Technicians arrived on time, quickly made assessment and provided cost estimate. Once agreed, they commenced work and continued full-speed until completed. Given the age of the carpet and uncertainty about the source of a large spotted area, they did an excellent job. They did not end their effort until we were satisfied. We are very pleased with their work.

Bobby was prompt, courteous, efficient- carpets & rugs look great - careful to clean up any footprints on tile.

My appointment was set for between 10 - 1. The day before I received a call asking if they could come between 8:30 and 9:30. John, did not arrive until 10:00. He came in and looked at the sectional. He explained what he would need to do and the cost. I was pleased with the cost and used a coupon from Angie's list. Total time was about 2 hours. The sectional looks good. I did not realize how dirty it was.

On time, pleasant, worked quickly and the carpets looked good. We do not have pets or kids, so it was not dry was not too dirty, but it looked acceptable. I was disappointed with the following: 1) The carpets did not dry within 2 - 3 hours, closer to 8 - 10 hours. They emphasized the drying time! 2) The carpets were matted down when dry and still, days later, not as soft and plush as they were. Result: Potential damage to my carpets caused me to discredit this company 9/27/2013.

Loved this company and the technician. Professional from start to finish. Just didn't love the results, but that's because of the whole process, and the horrible state of our carpet. They do look much better than they did! I would use them again if my carpet was just in need of a freshening up.

We have been using them for 3-4 years. We’ve used some of the bigger agencies that do what they call “steam cleaning” and we really got irritated having to wait for the carpet to dry. With Accolade Chem Dry they use a dry cleaning process that leaves the carpet pretty much dry when they leave. Accolade Chem Dry does just as good of a job as steam cleaners. In fact, they were able to get out stains that the wet/steam cleaners couldn’t get out.

The two technicians were punctual and were very helpful by explaining the process used to clean the carpets and even gave recommendations for future services and maintenance.

Arrived on time. Explained services & gave options & prices. Got right to work & I was very pleased with results. The techs were nicely dressed, clean & professional & very personable.

Everything was excellent! I have used them several times in the past and have always been pleased with them and will continue to use them in the future.
