Accolade Chem Dry

Excellent. We've used them (10 years) numerous time and are about to have our own home carpets & upholstery done by them. We only use this company - 6 rentals, office & home.

Representatives arrived promptly and were professional and courteous. Measured and gave me an estimate as well as gave me an overview of the procedure being used assuring me that it was all natural and safe for pets as well as quick drying due to the FL humidity so no mold would grow which was a big concern. I felt comfortable enough to leave the premise for the 1.5 hours it took for them to do the cleaning. The cleaning looked and smelled fantastic! Will definitely use them again.

He was on time. He did the job well. Pleased with job done.

.The couple that came to clean our carpets and furniture arrived right on time. They gave me the estimate for the job, which included stain guard and some product. the prices for chem dry are always more than steam cleaners, but I have found this process to be much more effective and produces better results. They got to work and did an excellent job on everything. The man and the woman were very personable and professional. The work took several hours and the carpet was done so well that it was dry quickly. I couldn't be more pleased with the service from Accalade Chem Dry.

Justin & wife Tina did a great job. About 30 minutes late due to traffic accident on interstate but called to let us know they would be delayed.

Justin arrived on time and was finished with-in 2 hours. Carpets were clean & fresh. I have used Accolade Chem Dry before & would use them again (and recommend them).

They were professional. I did have to call them back for the grout. They worked h****** it while here, but I felt it needed more addressing. They redid one bathroom, a hallway, and the foyer; high traffic areas for the most part. They sent the same tech back out and it’s come out quite a bit better. This is the second time I’ve used their service and plan to continue to, as necessary.

They did an extraordinary job. They work done was effective and done effieciently. They did a good job cleaning. and were very professional and friendly.

Basically it went well

I thought they did a wonderful job. I was very happy with them. It was a husband and wife that came to do the job.

They were supposed to arrive between 12 and 3. They arrived at 4:15, No one called to say they would be late. The cleaning itself was satisfactory, but the technicians did not explain much about what they were doing.

He arrived on time and professional. He quoted us one price but gave another when he was out.

Ms. Tina and Mr. Justin were very professional. They explained everything they were going to do. The cleaning process was very fast and my rooms smelled so good! The carpets were back to looking new again.

I don’t remember how much I spent on their services. They were thorough and fast. They showed up on time and they did a great job. I will use them again in the future.

I liked it because they came in. They moved furniture that needed moved and put it in the living room. They cleaned and pet proofed everything. They did a good job.

The experience was wonderful! I’ve had Accolade clean before, and was been adequate. However, this technician that came out the last time really knew what he was doing. Their pricing is fair and I’m happy with their services!

The work was okay, I had no complaints. I primarily have hardwood flooring in my home now, so I would probably just do the work myself going forward.

We had a cat that had gotten to be incontinent. The technicians were nice, thorough, and had good attitudes. Their price seemed reasonable. They were able to clean the carpets and did a good job. They took care of the persistent odor, and we didn’t have any problems.

They did an okay job, but I don’t think we’ll use their services again. I just don’t think they got the carpets as clean as I would've liked them to be.

They’ve always done great work. I’ve used them for years, several times in several different houses. I’ve always had good results. Their prices are average and fair. The reason why I stopped is because I have no carpeting anymore.
