"Use Caution: The only thing the technician they sent was qualified to do is sell you a product or service. He first tried to sell me a new &12k unit plus $4k duct cleaning. When I declined, next was a $6k evaporator coil replacement and the $4k duct cleaning. When I refused, he next peddled $2k evaporator coil cleaning and $4k duct cleaning. He continued trying to sell me a lower priced solution to the problems he found with the HVAC system. His last attempt was to sell me an annual service contract for $240 and he was successful. However, the lies he told to accomplish this were extremely deceitful. He produced pictures showing the system low on freon (4lbs) and his leak detector reading 99% leak detected. He would be graciosos and put 2lbs of freon in the system if I purchased the maintenance contract. He stated that my system would only work for a week before the freon leaked back out. (1 Week Later) Concerned called a different HVAC company to service my system (Tropic Aire). The technician checked the system from the compressor to the atic. The only thing he suggested was to have the outside compressor enclosue debris cleaned out. No leaks, freon at 100%, and no problems with the ductwork. Do not believe their people, they will miss lead you and destroy your HVAC system."

"We resolved the issue with the capacitor and it turns out the problem was the circuit breaker. He notified us about the fan motor going bad and gave us a 30 day quote for when we’re able to afford it. Brian was a great communicator and very informative about the unit and the components. We’ll definitely schedule our next appointment with David Gray for future a/c work."

"Working with Mike leaves more to be desired professionally. I believe his crew and he do a great job when he is consistent. Mike provided a reasonable solution to my problem that we were happy to receive. However, the timeline to install a damper system from beginning to end left much more to be desired. Mike was very inconsiderate with my time and accommodating our schedule time, cancellation at the last minute, inconsistent communication, and miscommunication. Mike was hired in Dec 2023, scheduled and cancelled several times with an hours notice. Until 2/24/24 when he and crew received full payment, but did not complete the scope of the work. Then my husband coordinated with Mr. Harper several time to complete the work as requested and paid in full. Mr Harper’s crew returned 4/13/24 and apologized for not completing the work in a timely manner as well as the confusion of putting in a pass through instead of a return. They corrected the issue. Mr Harper showed up at the end of the workday for his crew and programmed the damper. The damper had been in place for less than 2 mo (6/2/24) and we are having issues with it. Mr. Harper was contacted via email and by phone to address warranty issues with system. He responded with a fix that did not work and stated he will be at the residence to address the issue. In the same historical fashion, he did not communicate anything else until my husband started requesting an ETA. Mr. Harper responds and cancelled. Once again, we have a problem with the system, lack of consideration for our time and issues, and took off work and rearranged our life in hopes that he would show up. Mr Harper had been in communication with my husband since 5:30a and committed to come by in the afternoon. As the day went on, no additional communication was offered had arrived and lack of professionalism to honor his word was present yet again. As a working homeowner, caregiver, pet owner, and parent that needs to adjust my days and time around appointments. Dependability and quality of work are priorities. I cannot say the work was not done nor can I say the work is of bad quality. I believe Mr. Harper is an intelligent man and I’m grateful for his input to solve my AC issue. However, the lack of professionalism leaves much to be desired and caused a lot of frustration. I take pride in hard work and ensuring I do the “right” thing as a consumer. I am guilty of paying this contractor on time and being accommodating of his inconsistencies and that left me without a dependable contractor, faulty system, and a few thousand short with several regrets."

I was lucky enough to be at a friend's house visiting when his team was there installing an AC unit for her, I was instantly impressed with there professionalism and politeness. I had been needing to replace my A.C. unit but the prices were ridiculously high and so I decided to give Yandi a call.
