Ross and his team were very professional and friendly throughout the whole roofing process. Whenever I had a question there was always someone at the office or on site team that would address me in a timely manner. They paid attention to the little details and always cleaned the site at the end of each day. I had a few items that during the process were damage and Ross replaced the cost of the items given a receipt of new items purchased. I would defiantly recommend Ross Noyes Roofing Inc to anyone who needed a roof replacement or new roof.

They were really good. We did a lot of research on them as well and did have other people come and do a quote. We thought at one point we would go with somebody else but they did not follow up. They were efficient and very neat. They did everything they said they would do and they responded in a timely manner. They had a good price.

Offers Free Estimate on Website for Roof Evaluation, informed us that they charge $49 for an estimate. Eric Dewitt was the representative. Was pushy and defensive. Talked down about our previous roofers. Was not professional at all.

It when well, didn't have to be there at my rental house. They did a good job and cleaned after themselves.

Russ was not the lowest bidder, but he was well worth it. He was very professional, respectful and extremely knowledgeable. He was always accessible for questions and requests. His crew was equally courteous to me and my lovely wife. He provided a sequence of photos and a CD so that we could see the old roof tear down and new material being installed. He even promised to send his crew back to adjust a gutter that was poorly installed by a different contractor. We feel that he was honest and sincerely wanted to provide a quality service which will last for years to come. We are very pleased with Russ Noyes roofing. Dealing with the owner does indicate how the company will perform. I recommend his company without hesitation. House looks great!

Russ's crew showed up on time, and they worked all day, in a totally professional manner. They were very polite and were very focused at the job at hand. Very careful around our screened pool area and landscaping. They had Mike taking care of keeping the men on the roof supplied with what ever they needed. And also kept up with clean-up, using the magnet for stray nails. They as a crew could only be described as a Well oiled machine. Each person knew what they were supposed to be doing, and that performed like true professionals. They finished the job on time, and no issues. passed inspections and have a lifetime warranty.

Professional from start to finish. Russ says what he does & does what he says with clear, concise & friendly communication throughout the entire process. We selected Russ from a pool of 6 companies who quoted for our complete re-roof project (including brand new deck) & couldn't be happier with the entire process & the final result which is a fantastic looking Spanish tile roof now done to current code. After receiving the initial highly detailed roof inspection and follow up proposal (all bang on time)... we knew they were going to be the guys for the job. Not the cheapest quote received but worth every cent... I'm a believer in you get what you pay for! The crew were courteous and polite, always on-time cleaned up each day... they even offered to help my wife in the house with baby & groceries one day while I was out. The neighbors commented how professional they were and how hard they worked through the inclement weather too. Would we use again? In a heartbeat.

We contacted Mr. Noyes after reading the roofing reviews on Angie's List. He is a very down to earth, charming person who was very knowledgable and answered, in detail, all of the dozens of questions that we had for him. He was on time for our appointment and every appointment thereafter. He walked the entire roof, examined the interior of the attic and determined that we had insufficient venting, which was obvious even from an outside view. Because we were undecided on exactly what shingle we preferred, he was only able to give us a ballpark estimate at the time. I need to mention that we also wanted a roof that was Miami-Dade County code. That, of course, was an upcharge as special nails, etc. have to be ordered. Much to our surprise, Mr. Noyes suggested that we allow him to place several shingles of each of our choices on the roof so we could see it in the different lights of the day and evening. We did, of course, and it was extremely helpful in making our final decision. Because his schedule is very busy, we were placed on a waitlist. We didn't consider that a problem as this was not an emergency situation and we had no time constraints. Approximately 3 weeks later, Mr. Noyes secretary called and scheduled our roof. The crew arrived on the appointed day and proceeded. It took 4+ days because we had weather issues in the afternoons. The roofers, who were a nice group of men, worked quietly and quickly and cleaned up after themselves at the end of each day. Mr. Noyes has a large magnet which they roll around the house each day and it picks up stray nails. As an aside, after the job was completed, we found exactly two nails and zero pieces of trash. Just sayin'..... When the roof was completed we were given a CD of the job from beginning to end, including the attic. The roof passed inspection on the first try and it looks great. Congrats to Mr. Noyes on running a fine business.

They were really great. He first too a look to see what was wrong. I told him what was wrong but he double checked. He told me what was needed to be done and he told me what he was going to do and made sure I was okay with it. The workers are expertise in their craft. They're professional and on time. Their price was not bad at all.

We were exceptionally pleased with the overall experience. Russ provided all of the information that we requested in a timely manner rarely seen in today's business world. I knew that any email that I sent would be responded to in a professional and extremely timely way. Russ is extremely knowledgeable and addressed all of our concerns before, during, and after the installation. His crew and foremen are to be complimented on their courteousness and work ethic. We appreciate that Russ made some suggestions that would make our roof more attractive and are very happy with the results. We consider that his pricing is very fair and an excellent value for the service and quality of workmanship provided. What is particularly noteworthy is that Russ will attend to any concern that is any way related to the roof even after he has received payment. So many companies tend to drag their feet once they have received payment for services, but this is not the case with this company! We would definitely endorse Russ Noyes Roofing.

He was professional. He went on the roof and surveyed around the house perimetor. His estimate was quite different then another roofer (not with angies list) so I will be getting more estimates.

They were very honest and had an upfront. They stood by in their product and they weren't subsidized by any of the roofing companies like asphalt, shingle companies and they have been around a while.

I sent an email for a free quote and received a call the next day to schedule the estimate. Kevin showed up on time on the day specified (Monday). After inspecting the roof he took the time to type up the estimate in his truck. I went ahead and signed off in the contract and Kevin said it would be Wednesday or Thursday of that same week and that he would be doing the work himself. He said he or someone from the office would call to set up the exact date. He called about 20 minutes later and we set the day for Wednesday, between 7:00 and 7:30. He arrived at 7:30 and immediately got to work. He finished up and we did a walk around. I appreciate the professionalism, punctuality and excellent work at a great price!

The best thing about them is that they did what they said they were going to do. They started when they said they will and stopped when they said they were going to. The man got here to do an estimate when he said he was going to. They kept their appointments and the dates when they started and ended their work. That was really good. I will recommend everything about this company. They were professional and did a great job. They were very responsive. They inform us on what they were going through. They called a couple of times to make sure that everything was doing good. I got them from Angie’s List.

It was excellent. They were very careful. They came back instantly when something wasn't done. They were on time and did a good job and I was extremely pleased with their service.

Entire sales to cleanup went great and smooth. Workers were on job for 6 hours.

I interviewed five different roofers. Russ came out and was immediately impressive. His knowledge about the materials and process were obvious. His estimate was exactly the middle of all of them, but he was the most professional in his presentation and we obviously the easiest to deal with. I wasn't able to start work until almost three months after we first met, but he still honored his estimate. He came back out a second time to get all the paperwork done, made sure that we would qualify for financing (part of the reason that we used him as well) and helped with picking exactly which materials we would use. Once the guys came out (with regular calls the week before work was to start to keep me appraised of their exact timetable) everything went as planned. We passed inspection and the roof looks great.

The owner came out and gave the estimate and later scheduled the work. Rainy weather caused some problems and delays. After the work was completed, the owner came out and inspected the work and had the employee return to recaulk some areas. We haven't had a heavy rain since but I feel confident that if there are any problems, the owner will remedy them. I am very satisfied with the professionalism and dedication of the owner to provide quality work.

Response was to want me to call to make an appointment. I did not read the response e mail until late friday, so I did not call until Monday afternoon . When I called I was greeted with an automated system and finally told to leave a detailed message and my call would be returned. I left NO message . If they are this hard to get to before, what about during and after the job?
