Description of Work: The put a new roof on a new 30 foot by 60 foot building. They got in, got it done, and got out according to schedule. They did a good job. We were very satisfied.

Description of Work: Even though we did not end up using Russ Noyes, due to a timing aspect, they were very courteous, professional and helpful with our needs. We were looking for a roofer to repair a few shingles and patch a few holes on a house that we were selling and was under contract. We needed to get these items taken care of before the closing the following week. Due to some unusually long and hard rains, they were backed up for 2 weeks. But they were upfront about us and still helped us out with some recommendations and suggestions.

Description of Work: Pressure washed Florida room roof, resealed weatherstripping. A few leaks remained after the initial work and they came out again to troubleshoot issue and schedule appointment to correct issue at no additional charge.

Description of Work: Russ Noyes Roofing corrected the defective installation of our leaky sunroom roof which was originally installed by Four Seasons Sunrooms. The job consisted of removing the existing architectural shingles, installing the correct flat material for the low slope application, and connecting to the existing high slope shingle roof on the adjoining house. All work was professional, prompt, affordable, and effective.

Description of Work: In the process of selling our home, the buyer's inspector found some minor problems with the roof. Because FHA was involved, the buyer's lender sent a different roofing company to evaluate the first inspector's report. After delaying us two weeks, the roofer submitted a proposal to do repair work we deemed questionable. They wanted to open and re-seal every seam in the gravel stops on our built-up roof. Because we previously dealt with Russ Noyes when we thought we had a problem -- and he charged nothing to reassure us the roof was fine at the time -- we called him for a second opinion. Russ found issues the other guys missed. And it turned out what those guys wanted to do could have actually weakened the roof membrane. Plus, the areas they wanted to work on could not have caused water to leak inside the house. What Russ found -- a damaged skylight, cracking tar at the base of the electrical mast, and similar issues -- would have led to water penetration of the house. Russ sent a worker who replaced the skylight and made the other repairs, all in the same day, and Russ certified the roof to last at least the five years required by the lender. The buyers' inspector came back and gave the roof a passing evaluation. We were exceedingly pleased with Russ' knowledge, timeliness and efficiency. When his worker finished working he cleaned up after himself so well that you wouldn't even know he had been there.
