They were very polite and friendly and very professional. They wasted no time getting to the work that needed to be done. They switched out 5 outlets for us in practically no time. The final task was to track down a problem with an existing outlet which they were able to do in a very short time also. This task has been attempted prior to this by the electrician who had installed the outlet as part of a recent renovation. He was unable to find and correct the problem.
