I can't say enough good things about this company and it's employees. We were partially without electrics and of all weeks Thanksgiving. We were contacted within a day of going on Anjis List. The next day Bob came and diagnosed the problem and shortly after we had an estimate and day for the work to be done. We had to call a couple of days later with a hitch that was not their fault but they came back and did a wonderful job. Such clean and tidy work by Timmy. We have already recommended them to our neighbours. Thank you Lighthouse so much. Mike and Dot D.

Lighthouse Electric did great work! Bob was wonderful in answering my many questions and ensuring we got exactly what we needed. He even called late at night to make sure we knew about the termite damage that he saw in our photos! The team went above and beyond and helped set up our generator for us so we didn't have to leave the house with our 2 dogs and newborn. We will definitely be hiring again for any of our electrical needs!

Lighthouse called me the same day as my request and were very courteous. However, another company called me a few hours earlier and I used their services, also recommended by Angie's List. I will definitely use Lighthouse at a future time.

Zero customer service. To me, this translates into questionable work. Lighthouse was scheduled to install a whole house surge protector at 8 AM on September 24th. At 9:30 AM, an hour and a half late, the technician called and stated the warehouse didn't have the surge protector they were going to install. He could get it later that day and would arrive the following morning to install it. The technician never showed or called. I called Lighthouse at 12:40 PM on September 25th to find out what was going on, but I got an answering machine. I asked them to call me back. I even sent them an email. It has been 4 days and I still have not received a call or email and no one has been by to install the surge protector. The cost of this project may not be very much, but Lighthouse agreed to do it and scheduled the work. At this point, I will not let Lighthouse do the work if they ever show up. I will also never attempt to use them in the future or ever give them a favorable referral.

The pricing was good. They are honest and punctual.

Someone came out promptly and gave me a quote in writing. I accepted it and then was called back and told that it was going to be several hundred dollars more... I never the second quote in writing even though I said okay and there was no further communication... I eventually called and canceled my installation date due to lack of communication

No showed for appointment scheduled 2 weeks prior--tech finally called and said he went on a fishing trip! Apologized profusely and said he would get back to us ASAP. Didn't. Next excuse, another day later, he was at a county conference (during COVID?) and was swamped but trying to find a tech. No one answers the office phone. Today, I finally forwarded my written invoice quote to the owner, Billy, letting him know this is a horrible way to conduct business.

Very pleased with the work done and was very professional. Would use this company again.

It required two returns to get the job done and negotiation on the price for services, but in the end I was satisfied with the work.

We were very pleased with the service we received. There was a delay in their arrival which turned out to be the result in a miscommunication about the address. Two gentlemen arrived, John and Ryan. They were very polite and friendly and very professional. They wasted no time getting to the work that needed to be done. They switched out 5 outlets for us in practically no time. The final task was to track down a problem with an existing outlet which they were able to do in a very short time also. This task has been attempted prior to this by the electrician who had installed the outlet as part of a recent renovation. He was unable to find and correct the problem. John and Ryan had the problem corrected in a matter of a few minutes. We were very pleased with their work and will definitely call them again in the future.

HIRE this company. The guys came out and were great. They did a phenomenal job. I will be having them back to do some additional work soon!!

I couldn’t be happier with this company’s service, all around. Bob Lindsey from Lighthouse called me shortly after I made an entry on Angie’s List. He promptly made an appointment to come give a proposal, he showed up on time (called to tell me he was on the way), quickly returned an acceptable proposal by email. We made an appointment for a few days later, electrician Jon and assistant Ryan showed up exactly on time, courteous, professional and efficient. They cleaned the work areas thoroughly after the job was done, everything worked perfectly. Jon even installed a cable connection outlet up behind the tv as part of the service. A+ for all ratings.

It took some experience to find the problem. They found it and did a great job fixing it.

Amazing service that was reasonably priced. Highly professional (kudos to Bob and Chris). The technician was able to identify and fix the problem very quickly. Highly recommended!

No one ever contacted us. Maybe we don’t understand how this is supposed to work. But Malabar has s too far away from Vero Beach

I’ve had two good experiences with Lighthouse Electric, would use them again, and would recommend them. Bob came out beforehand and provided fair estimates for the outside conduit and sub panel work done in July and the exterior light and fan replacements done in September. Good communication throughout. The work in July was coordinated with FPL and permit obtained. John and Ryan did good, neat work in both cases and were accommodating and friendly. They also provided good advice. The pricing was fair and reasonable. A+ !

Went very, installation was done quickly.

Never called me back. Has been three days and still nothing. Shopping now for another electrician on Angies. My first bad experience on Angies. I guess everybody has a bad day sometimes.

Excellent work including clean up when finished.

Jason was replaced the burned electrical outlet and the burned breaker.

Billy came out for the estimate quickly, coordinated scheduling with FPL, and pulling permits/scheduling final inspection. His employees arrived as scheduled and performed work as described, even though some difficult obstacles presented for the recessed lights. Nancy, in the office, is very pleasant and helpful as well. We plan to use them again as needed in the future.

Jon, the electrician, and his apprentice, were extremely helpful in locating the problem and getting my fans running! Also they put up with my very loud puppy without complaints!
