Description of Work: The technician they sent just looked at the toilets and tried flushing them; look under the sinks to see if there were any leaks and found a leak under one of the sinks upstairs. I commented that I was paying for more than just his inspection to which he replied no madam you are just paying to have an inspection. If you want to have more than that done you have to call our company again an request an estimate. I was not happy at all with his visit. He spent here less than 10 minutes.

Description of Work: I re-joined ANGIE'S LIST a couple of weeks ago after dropping my membership years ago. I asked for 4 highly-rated plumbing companies in my area. One of them was MODERN PLUMBING. I called my PROPERTY MANAGER who handles my rental property. He called that company and they took care of all that was needed. He is now calling them for all his properties- 25 of them!! They did a GREAT JOB at a reasonable cost.

Description of Work: I had a leak underneath my kitchen sink and that drip was running under my floor. Modern Plumbing Industries Inc. was able to identify the leak. They were very professional and installed the new sink fixture I had purchased perfectly. I would use them again without question.
