The plumber came and identified and fixed the problem without a hitch. Then, he checked common plumbing problem areas in our kitchen, other bathrooms, and water heater. He identified and fixed a couple of problems there we didn't know we had - all at no extra charge. We've been using Modern Plumbing for years, and this is why.

Our plumber specialist was Ray Bertholf, he was extremely polite, professional and knowledgeable. He did a great job on all three things we had done. I definitely recommend this company and will call again!

Yesterday I called at 10:26AM and had asked if they had any same day appointments available, she said Rusty & Luis could be there in about 45 minutes. At 11:01 they arrived. Both were very professional and friendly. They were done and everything was fixed by 11:25. I am very pleased with the service given and how fast and REASONABLY PRICED the company is. Wanted written estimate to repair leak under parking lot. What i got was the excuse of finding the leak first before thay could give written estimate. Then technician started talking about running new water line under parking lot. Maybe this project would have been too much for them to handle. Bait and switch or cherry picking? You choose. Wasted 2 hours of my morning.

The name of the technician is Douglas. He fix the hole in the leak and it was very good. Also they clean afterwards.

Old valves in the kitchen and in the shower upstairs were replaced and our 13 year old water heater removed and a new tank with an overflow attachment installed. All work was done in reasonable time and at very competitive cost. We will definitely call them again whenever we require a plumber!

Excellent workmanship. The installed hose bib pipe had a 'water hammer' problem due to my well pump; not the fault of this vendor. The technician diagnosed and fixed the hammer problem, no extra charge.

Richard found the leak under our tub and fixed it in a timely manner by replacing the tub drain that was loose, rusted and leaking, as well as replacing tub faucet and trim kit. He did everything fast, expertly and very professionally, leaving everything looking clean and new. Thank you so much for a great job! Will definitely look for you guys next time we have a problem.

Great very responsive helpful and timely with repairs.

Excellent service at a reasonable price. We installed a farmhouse sink and had to have the plumbing modified for the sink. Modern plumbing came in and in under an hour had all the plumbing moved and completed.

Doug explained well what needed to be done with the faucet installation and then went about doing it. There also was a smell of sulfur from the water in the home. He ran the hot water and determined that the smell was coming from the hot water tank. Checked if tank was still under warranty--it was. Determined it was the anode rod and replacement was ordered. Drained tank, removed old rod riddled with mineral deposit, installed new anode rode, made sure all water and mineral particles were flushed out. Tested kitchen faucet, odor was gone! Improved the water pressure, too, in the kitchen faucet, while he was at it!
