I was told the Technician would get between 2 and 4 pm. This was correct. The plumber got to my house and I explained the issue. He found the issue very quickly and told me what it would cost to fix it. The job was done very quickly and we got hot water again. Great Experience with this company. I would highly recommend them.

Charles arrived on time and was very pleasant. He checked out the bathtub drain and plunger and it was a small fix. had it done quickly and very professional. Will use again.

I noticed a leak at the kitchen faucet on a late Saturday morning. My husband was having surgery the following week and knew that i had to move fast. I called Modern Plumbing and was told there would be a man out in the early afternoon. He arrived just a few minutes late and gave me an estimate to do the plumbing job. Inl ess than two hours it was completed and for less than I was quoted. This was the first time i had used them and there was no problem with accepting my check - and I received a discount using Angie's. A win win for me.

Did a great job Mike our plumber wore booties when working inside. Bee the scheduler sent me a photo of Mike so I could iD him. And they have a strict screening process they put all their techs through before they hire them. It is so when you open that door to someone you don't know and let them in your home you can feel comfortable that they have been screened by the company. The job was well done and I was very satisfied with everything they did. I would have them back any time I have a problem in the near future. I love the fact that their trucks are equip with everything they need they are organized and prepared and professional. This company should be very proud at doing such a good job.

Very pleased with the service, David my technician explained everything before he began and kept me updated when it was necessary. He left the area just a clean as it was when he arrived with no mess. He also arrived as scheduled and went right to work. I would be happy to refer this business to all customers.

I contacted the company at 830 am and a technician was dispatched and arrived at our home within just a few hours. He assessed the problem and quickly and safely performed the repair.

All of our toilets filled to the top and would not flush late in the day on Thanksgiving Day. After checking Angie's List, we called Modern Plumbing. They told us that they could come out on Thanksgiving Day, but it would save us some money if we waited until first thing the next morning. We opted to wait. David showed up promptly at 7:45 am the next morning and spent just under an hour snaking our sewerline from the house to the city tap. He was very professional and courteous. We were very happy with Modern Plumbing. We recently moved to this area and we now have a plumber we'd be happy to call whenever the need arises. Very reasonable price for services provided. We had an issue with a very slow drain (that Draino could not fix) in the master bath shower. This had been going on for a while to the point that our shower was turning into a bathtub. We were also having an issue with the guest toilet overflowing but it wasn't overflowing all the time. There was no pattern, it just did. They were able to fix the slow drain by removing all the calcium deposits (I think that's what they called it) and now it drains perfectly. They also replaced the handles in the guest toilet and master bath toilet and they replaced the insides of the guest and master toilets with newer, efficient parts. Both toilets work great...have not had an issue since. There is one thing I'd like to mention....I loved the fact that they sent an email confirmation with a photo of the plumber. At least I knew what he looked like before he showed up. Plus, he was able to come earlier than scheduled.

Plumber was punctual, courteous, and cleaned up after the work was done. The first visit seemed to clear the problem, but it water started backing up again after a long shower. The second visit was much more involved and we verified that the line was completely clear at the clean out plug in the front yard. No further problems since then (almost 3 months later). I am completely satisfied with the service.

I called on 8/27/12 and spoke with receiptionis/scheduler Bea who was wonderful very friendly and accommodating. They came out the following day. She e-mailed me a picture of the technician Craig who would be coming to my home and was given and estimate of how long it would take to install the water heater and approximately what it would cost. she reminded me to make sure I also had a new pan for the water heater. I thank her because I did not even think about that. On 8/28/12, Craig arrived on time and was very professional and knowledgable. When he pulled out the old unit he cleaned the whole are before installing the new unit. He explained what he was doing withe the installation and how the unit worked. It took him a little over an hour to install the unit. Even though I did not buy the water heater from them they still took the old unit. My master bath shower he explained that whoever put in the shower unit did not install it correctly and showed me. The sink only need a new inexpensive part. Every thing was left very clean, whatever was moved was put back in place. The next day I did notice the shower did have a small leak and I called and they sent Craig out immediately. I was very pleased with their quality and workmanship and I would highly recommend Modern Plumbing and will definately use the again. Angela S

I called on Monday. The office personell were friendly & efficient. they even offer to e-mail a photo of the plumber who would be coming!! I made an appointment for tuesday between 1 & 4 PM. They called to let me know the exact time as soon as David had finished the job before me. He was already there when I arrived home at 12:55. David was very nice, professional and a fast worker. Cleared the drain and fixed the pop up drains in the sinks within one hour. Everything was cleaned up & all is working well. We will use Modern Plumbing again.

They are fabulous and have done work for us before. They are wonderful and their pricing is reasonable. This is the only plumber I have used in the last 5 years.

I came home to the unpleasant surprise of water pool in my driveway and garage floor. Upon tracing where it was coming from, turns out my water heater tank had bursted. I looked up Modern Plumbing Industries, called, reported the problem. The on call plumber called me within 15 minutes. He advised it would take about 2 hours for him to get to me, since he had a couple of calls ahead of me. The on call plumber, Craig, was very professional and punctual. He arrived and to my surprise had a water heater tank already in his van, so they did not have to return the next day. He took care of the replacement that night, and he was very pleasant. Considering he came at 11:15pm on a Friday night, the price was very fair, in comparison with other companies. They were the least expensive, service was great and I would definately use them again and recommend them to my friends!.

All went according to plan. I had no idea what was wrong with the toilets or the stuck shower faucet, but knew from previous experience that some things are better off left to a professional. The 'debris' sticking in the stopper of the one toilet was a washer that I had installed incorrectly. Nice to know that I hadn't done permanent damage with my meddling.

They were excellent. The service was good. Their prices were pretty good. They were very punctual.

It started out a little rough but everything has been straigtened out. They subcontracted a company that they had not used before and that did not turn out well but they did in the end provide the work and made it right financially. The owner of the company was great. He was very cooperative, nice, and personable. He followed up on every phone call in a prompt manner.

It was wonderful. They were very reliable. They called up to say when they would be here and they arrived at that exact time. They will be our plumbers from now on.

I would recommend them for commercial jobs based on their professionalism and size. The price was double what others were asking. It was a huge let down because of the price, because I was going to use them.

They were responsive to my call, came out quickly. The person changing the toilet, did a good job, the grout under the toilet looked really nice. He was polite, professional, cleaned up after himself. I thought the price was a little high, but he did a good job.
