John was one of the nicest service techs I've encountered. He was polite, fast, professional and excellent at his job. I would highly recommend Modern Plumbing and hope or ask for John to do the work.

Called Modern Plumbing on Monday afternoon with my plumbing problem. I was set up with an appointment the next morning. I was called by the company and the plumber as they were available early, which was very good for me. I received an email with Rays picture and background just before he arrived. He immediately got to work taking great care to keep my home clean. He was done in a short period of time and even installed a new supply hose that I already had for no charge. I received my Angie's list discount without even asking. This is a great company that has earned a customer for life.

Our job was scheduled for Monday July 7th, and a 3 man crew was expected. Come Monday morning, only one individual showed up after if was learned that the other two workers were still tied up from large jobs that started the day before and continued over to the next day. Nonetheless, the one worker who came out with considerable materials started laying new pipe throughout the attic of our house. This job continued until Tuesday, when he was still by himself. On Wednesday of that week, a full crew arrived, including the technician who was going to be the lead person when all the interior drop work began. I was out-of-town on a business trip for the remainder of the week while work continued, with my wife monitoring the activity. Unfortunately, it was discovered that the first worker was sent with the wrong type of PVC pipe for our job, and that some of the connections that were made while installing the new outside faucets were wrong (e.g. hot water coming out of an outdoor faucet for a garden hose. With the lead technician now on the job, the company immediately caught the errors, and started over laying new pipe - the correct type this time - and with a full crew the job began to sail forward. The lead technician, Steve, really knew his stuff and was able to find solutions for laying the new pipe that would eliminate a lot of unnecessary cutting through walls and interior closets, etc. The fewest number of holes needed to be cut into walls to make final connections in the laundry room, full master bath and full second bath. A smarter approach was found to for connecting all kitchen appliances along with an outdoor summer kitchen that located in the same general area as kitchen lines, but just on our outdoor patio terrace. It is unfortunate that one worker was stretched in his abilities, but the mistake was caught early in the project and the speed with how the job proceeded when the right crew was there was unparalleled. The patch work for our walls was arranged by the company and the gentlemen who came out matched the walls for texture, etc with expert precision. My wife opted to do the painting herself, and to this day, you would be hard pressed to find a seam where a single cut was made. It is no fault of the company that extraordinary jobs popped on the weekend, just before our scheduled job commenced, and while concern can be expressed as to why a single worker who was perhaps not as confident or qualified as the main crew that did eventually show up was assigned to us in the first and allowed to go as far as he did, or why the wrong type of pipe materials was sent out with him - the fact that the mistake was caught and the experience of the more season crew came through, left things on a high note. I should point out too that before our job began, it was my wife who actually met the lead technician Steve, took the estimate for the job, was present the whole time. I did not actually met the gentlemen until it was time for the next payment of the job (40% was put down up front, then another sizeable percentage was paid with just a small amount remaining until after the wall patching was done). At this time, it was my turn to actually meet Steve, but in the beginning, he gave us his cellphone number, and responded promptly to every phone call I made when asking questions about the job and what we would need to do to prepare our house for all the anticipated work areas. Steve was very reachable and responsive to our calls and inquiries, even the smallest of questions. With the job having been completed for about 2 weeks now, everything is back to normal and we now have a re-piped house that should require little attention when it comes to plumbing to be sure.

I was given an appointment in less than 24hrs. Mike did the work at my home. He was professional and courteous. He explained everything to me, and took the time to answer any questions I had. I couldn't have been more pleased with the service he provided. In the office, Lori was very polite and helpful. Great job from start to finish.

He did the same thing for my neighbor, and we are both satisfied with the work.

It was a long day of digging for them, and there was a crazy rain storm with hail that came through. Robert (the lead tech) powered through it and was down in a 4+ foot hole with an umbrella covering it like a manhole cover working away. You can't teach that kind of work ethic and he's a huge asset to their company.

They sent out Bob, who was quick and professional. He replaced the over 15 yo garbage disposal and read fixed the tank to the toilet quickly and efficiently. He arrived on time and was both friendly and professional.

He arrived on time and was very knowledgeable. After replacing the mother board, we found the ice maker was still not working. He tried to repair the old one rather than selling us a new one if not needed. Unfortunately the old one could not be repaired, but we appreciate that he tried to get the old one working.

James and Craig were quick, professional, and courteous. They not only completed the job, but gave an honest assessment of what a permanent solution would cost and the timeline for how long the current system will last. We have some tree roots getting into the pipe under our driveway. They didn't seem like the type of contractors who are paid based on how many things they can find wrong, and therefore don't spend their time convincing you to fix things that don't need it. I'll never use another plumber.

On each occasion they were prompt, courteous, got the work done quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend them.

We closed on a 14 year old house on June 12th with the intention of moving in on July 11th with the plumbing work completed. David Norcross, Service Manager, came to give me an estimate on June 13th. This was a complicated job with many plumbing fixtures including two island sinks in the kitchen surround by tile floor. David was thoroughly detailed in his understanding of the complexity and offered many good suggestions even at the bidding stage, especially concerning the kitchen and hot water system. The quote was personally prepared by David, not some other estimator. I awarded the work to Modern Plumbing a week later. In the mean time, my move in date got changed to July 2nd. Starting immediately with a prejob site meeting at 7am (to suite our schedule), a crew of four worked, including Saturday until the job was completed. David was involved in every detail and readily available by phone to answer questions and give updates. He handled the challenging schedule including permitting with ease. The crew was professional, neat and showed great respect to us as homeowners. On the day we moved in, David and his crew was here to coordinate the propane pressure test with the propane supplier, Sams Gas, and to fire up the new tankless heater. Having one person assigned and accountable to complete the project from start to finish totally eliminated any misunderstanding of scope of work. I am a retired construction professional with 35 years working with contractors. There is a saying in the industry that you can only have two of the following three, schedule, quality, or price, on any construction project. My experience with Modern Plumbing has proved this wrong. I got all three. We will be using Modern Plumbing to finish up the work in our kitchen renovation after the countertops are installed, and for any future plumbing work. Anyone facing a complex or challenging plumbing project should feel completely comfortable hiring Modern Plumbing.

They did a fantastic job! The lady in the office that scheduled the job was very friendly and nice. Craig arrived right on time and performed the job in a professional and competent manner. Several days later they called to see if I was satisfied with the work. Charles and Anthony Bracco run a great company and I would highly recommend them for any plumbing services.

The technician arrived on time. He was professionally dressed and was knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the problem and took corrective steps. I would use this company again.

This company gave quick service on a Florida 90 degree day. They explained the problem in detail and we agreed to the price to fix the compressor. I was out of town but they dealt professionally with my son. I really liked that they emailed me the bill with the option to pay online or print it and mail in the payment! The service tech arrived on time as scheduled. Very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He provided the exact cost and explanation of what would be done before job-start. He stayed on task...completed the work as determined then cleaned up afterwards. Unlike some service providers, the tech had a photo ID and was in a company uniform...which was clean. The central office provided specific information beforehand as well.

The service man was very nice, and the drain works very well now. I may wait until next year to get the pan replaced.

They were okay. The job went pretty good but they were a little high priced. There was a little mistake that they made that they came back and set at no charge.

Initially requested a basic cost quote by e-mail. Received a very prompt and informative reply. Scheduled the service call. Ray arrived righty on time, went right to work and diagnosed the problem. Explained my options and once I decided, went right to work augering the main sewer line. Ray was very personable and very professional. Explained what he was doing and why and what results we should expect. Also said that should we experience the same problem within the next 4 months, to call them back. Once the work was completed, Ray left no sign that he had been here. ( Left no mess or signs of the area being disturbed. This was an exceptional service experience and we would verty definitely recommend Modern Plumbing to anyone needing quality, stress free plumbing services.

the technician showed up quickly (it was an emergency call) and snaked the main drain and fixed the problem quickly. He was very helpful and answered all my questions about why this might have happened and what can be done to prevent it in the future.

Excellent. No blockage was found and came up with a plan of action to deal with the malfunctioning potty and also a plan B if that did not work long term. The service tech arrived right on time. Not only was he able to fix the clog but he explained to me the whole process so I would be informed of what services he was providing. Arrived a little ahead of ETA and found our problem quickly. Replaced the pipe that had sprung a leak and was dripping into the downstairs area. Did not require tearing out a wall thank goodness. Provider was punctual and professional.
