Description of Work: Compleat home repipe, installed 2 tiolets, lavatory fouset, 2 show and tub fixture sets. They also did all the dry wall repairs to walls and ceilings.

Description of Work: Modern Plumbing came out to give us an estimate on a re-piping of our sewer lines in our front yard due to a overgrown tree crushing a pipe, and they also flushed out the same pipe while they were here...happy with their work, not so happy with how much the fix will be, but that's not their fault, Its a fair price just part of being a homeowner

Description of Work: They helped us install a toilet at the last minute from a mistake from another plumber.

Description of Work: Scheduled an inspection for backflow valve. They were able to send someone the very next day. Craig came for the service. He was very professional and informative. The only problem was he arrived 3 hours later than the window given but there were traffic issues and I was updated on his status almost every hour. Would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: Robert, the technician, showed up exactly on time for a free estimate service call. I admit I was a little skeptical of that but, because Modern Plumbing had such good reviews with Angie, I said come on over. When he got here, Robert was very professional and friendly and proceeded to check the stopped up drain. Wouldn't you know, we flushed the toilet a couple of times until the bowl was about to overflow and, before he did any work, the pressure of the water just blew out the obstruction and it whooshed right out! Then, I asked what I owed and he said, I didn't do any work, it was to be a free estimate and so you owe nothing. Even if he would've charged me, which I would have understood and I told him so, I would have used them again. But now, they've got my business forever!

Description of Work: After we had water backing up in both tubs and the shower, we contacted Modern Plumbing. Even on a Saturday we received a call back within 15 minutes and Robert arrived at our home within two hours. He was able to complete the task of cleaning out our line outside without having to enter our home. Robert was extremely professional and organized. The Modern Plumbing van was also clean. Robert also answered a couple plumbing questions I had unrelated to the purpose of his visit. Job well done!

Description of Work: I am pleased to be able to report on Modern Plumbing. They have done a complete re-piping for me after a general contractor messed the entire job up. I have used them for general plumbing issues as well. They are an excellant plumbing company to use. All the staff have been professional, the work is exact, the pricing is fair and Laurie in the office can make almost anything "happen" if an emergency comes up for you. These days it is so difficult to find companies with the integrity that Modern Plumbing has. Use with trust!!! :-)
