Their bid was lowest of 3 I received-$800, $900 and $1600. They showed up on time Tuesday to remove the trees and haul away. They were to show up on Friday to perform balance of work but were unable to do so due to an illness of a crew leader. Showed up on following Wed afternoon as re-scheduled and did the balance of work. As an apology for missing the original appointment, they installed a much larger and beautiful 45 gal Magnolia without my asking or submitting a complaint about missing the Friday appointment. Both crews got along famously among themselves smiling, laughing and enjoying themselves as they worked which was done fast and efficiently. They voluntarily cleaned their work-site up to my exacting satisfaction. As long as their price stays competitive, this is the outfit I want doing all my future tree service work!!!

We took the estimate and are holding off the work in order to get competitive bids. We felt this estimate was high. ($4500.00)

Said they would trim the branches so the wind would be blowing through them. They canceled first appt. Came again and I didn't know they were coming. I had to get home so I would be here. Workers were very sullen. All the trees down to the lake hadn't been touched. He told me that it wasn't on his list to do. There was even a tree with a loose branch hanging that they didn't get. He did get that, but overall, I was very disappointed. I would not use them again.

This company did an excellent job at my home. The work that they performed was worth the price. My trees are looking great. I am enjoying my yard now. I am glad I hired this company to do the work that they did.

I like the quality of the work they did for the price they asked for. They were so friendly that I called the office to tell them how good they were. I would recommend them to everybody for their excellence.

Job was scheduled. They never showed, but the office called that evening to apologize and said they were behind because of heavy rains that week. Said they would call to re-schedule. Received call from a crew foreman saying he would call me with a new date. He never called. I called the office twice. On the second call I told them that if they were still interested in the job they would need to call me back the same day with a definite date, or I would go elsewhere. They never called.

They were absolutely amazing. From the time I called them to the completion of the job was only 5 days. They were extremely polite and respectful of myself and my property. Their work was top notch and their service was even better. After they had finished cutting down and removing all the debris they even raked the yard of all the leaves. They also removed yard trash that I had cut down earlier from the front yard.

We got a great price on the estimate compared with another company. They came on time, worked hard on cleaning up the tree, even talked to us about the correct way to do it. They hauled off all the branches and even raked up the little stuff.

The salesman was a very knowledgeable arborist. You could tell he really knew a lot about trees and how to do the job correctly. He took time to really examine my property. I was impressed. I would have hired them, but their estimate was $2000 more than all three other estimates I received.

Although they forgot to their first appointment, and they took a long time before they were able to come back to us (because it was such a small job), we were overall pleased with this company. Their workers were efficient and good at their job. They cleaned up all of the fallen branches, and their prices were reasonable.

THEY DID WHAT I ASKED THEM TO DO. THEY HAULED THE TREES OFF. THEY WERE FINE. THEY DID CLEAN UP AFTER THEMSELVES. THEY HAD A SUBCONTRACTOR WHO CAME TO GRIND UP THE STUMPS AND LEFT A COUPLE OF STUBS.

I'VE USED THEM FOR YEARS TO DO DIFFERENT TREE TRIMMINGS. THEY TOOK OUT A VERY BIG TREE I HAD SEVERAL YEARS AGO. I FIND THEM PUNCTUAL, AND THE PRICE IS FAIR.

THEY SEEMED LIKE THEY KNEW WHAT THEY WERE DOING. THEY KNEW THEIR BUSINESS. THEY DID A PRETTY GOOD JOB. THEY WERE FRIENDLY, AND IT WAS EASY TO COMMUNICATE WITH THEM. THEY DID WHAT WE WANTED THEM TO DO. IF YOU WANTED A SPECIFIC THING FOR THEM TO DO, THEY WERE WILLING TO DO WHAT I WANTED.

I FELT LIKE THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. THEY GOT THERE ON TIME AND ALWAYS CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES, WHICH WAS GOOD BECAUSE THIS CAN BE A DIRTY JOB. THEY WERE A RECOMMENDATION FROM A FRIEND, AND WE ACTUALLY HIRED THEM BECAUSE OF THEIR PRICE.

The work was as good as most other tree services. The workers cleaned up well after themselves. The only problem was with getting the power turned back on after they were finished. There was a misunderstanding about what they were to do. I wasn't home, even though I had gone over the work in detail with estimator several days before and provided a diagram of all trees on the property. Power lines were down and no one was around when I arrived home at 4:00 pm. Power was not restored for several hours after that; for a total of eight hours without power for a one hour job. (My daughter was home with her baby during the period work was being done and had to leave because of the power outage.) The company offered no compensation for the problems caused by the oversight.

PRICE WAS ONE-HALF OF THE FIRST ESTIMATE WE OBTAINED FOR THE JOB. PERFORMED THE ESTIMATE WITHOUT THE OWNER HAVING TO BE PRESENT. CAME OUT AND REMOVED THE TREE FIRST AND RETURNED LATER TO GRIND THE STUMP ONCE THERE STUMP GRINDER WAS AVAILABLE WITHOUT CHARGING AND ADDITIONAL TRIP CHARGE. ALSO, REMOVED HURRICANE DEBRIS AT NO EXTRA CHARGE.
