Timely, professional and quality work!

Ben and the other three on his team did an excellent job. Ben first discussed with me what was to be done to ensure that we were in agreement on the work. Then Ben proceeded to use a powered saw on the end of a long pole to trim the lower branches on the two trees near the back fence and the overhanging branches from the back-yard neighbor's trees. He then used a tracked vehicle with a bucket lift to trim the suckers and thin out the foliage all the way to the top on the two other trees, one beside the house and the other by the side fence. This was in preparation for the hurricane season. His handiwork on thinning out the trees was both functional and artistic. He and his crew picked up all the cuttings and debris and ran them throuogh a chipper. They did all this efficientely in 2-3 hours.

They were "on time", did exactly what was requested and left everything as clean and neat at when they arrived. Very happy with them and will use them again in the future

From my communication via phone and text with Antonia to the incredible crew that came out (Q, Markice, AJ and Tim) everyone is professional, courteous and helpful. I started trimming my Crepe Myrtle myself from my roof with a pole saw. Let me tell you, tree trimming quickly escalates into a major job! I couldn't finish it plus I had a driveway full of branches higher than my garage door! A Budget Tree service came out, finished the job and cleaned up every branch I had. They saved us, and I couldn't be happier with their work. Next time, I'm calling them first! A-plus service from start to finish.

Excellent service, very professional and cleanup work well done. Tree climber professional, walked yard before job, discussed items for work and proceeded with job. Cleanup crew did very good job. Out of few estimates we decided to hire A Budget Tree Service to trim several trees before hurricane season. The salesman explained the do's and don't of the trimming we requested. He laser pointed to the areas we wanted trimmed and photographed it which were sent with our estimate. Because of his knowledge, we chose them to do the job. The four man crew showed up on time and got to work right away. They had a couple of rain delays during the day because some of the trimming required a climb. The crew was polite, professional, and respectful of the property, cleaning up debris as they went. We did a final walk-through with the crew leader to make sure we were satisfied. They did a great job and we would recommend A Budget Tree Service!

Spectacular! Carlos and his crew were awesome. They showed me how tree cutting is truly an “Art Form.”

We had a Camphor tree in our front yard that needed 4 limbs trimmed off the house and driveway. They arrived early and took care of trimming and cleaned up debris as well as blowing the debris off the porch and driveway! Called them out a little over a month ago - bid was $640 or so. Called a month and a few days later and wanted them to do the work - but finalize the bid (they left off the price off the original bid, missed some branches in the description, etc.) They said it was a little over 30 days had to do another bid. We added one more small amount of work and now it is $900! We were told that now due to heat and humidity it would require 3 men. Really?

Dud an outstanding job, arrived on schedule, carried out work safely, quickly, minimizing damage to surrounding shrubs, courteous workers, cleaned up after work completed. Highly recommend them.

The property was covered in Palmeadow‘s, vines, scrub oak and 30 years of overgrowth. The transformation is more. than our original expectations. Both Curtis and Andre were very professional with just terrific customer service. Needless to say we are awestruck with the beautiful property they uncovered for us.

They are sanctioned by the city so that is why I used them. they were very professional, good at what they did. I felt they were fair.

Tree was partially cut down due to weather issues. Due to personell reasons they were not able to come back to the following week and did not show up on the day they were scheduled to. Removal of stump grindings which I paid extra for was challenging. Overall the quality of the work was good.

I was not home when they came, so they just left the estimate. However budget it was not. Where other places where going with 600-800 they were quoting 1800. Would not want to do business with them at all.

A crew from this company passed our group of youth cyclists on Lake Emma Rd in Lake Mary today and the passenger of the vehicle was hanging out the window, screaming obscenities at us because we were riding our road bikes down the road. We were fully within our legal area to ride and were doing a training ride for newer youth cyclists, ranging in age from 8 to 15, with about 6 adults present. What a horrible way to speak (scream) at anyone, especially at kids, and what a poor representation of their company. I plan to call and lodge a formal complain during business hours.

All went very well until I discovered that they accidently cut down a tree that was only supposed to have been trimmed. A lot of communication on my part to get the problem resolved.

Very professional, was on time, the work was done quickly and he clean after work was done. Very happy with work.

Spoke with Katrina and Brad, seemed professional and friendly. Be aware that even though they list Lake County as a service area, they won't come out this far without a "minimum" charge. In other words they won't travel this far for a small residential job. I'm just a homeowner that needs a sable palm cleaned up. Giving them a C for not completely true advertising. I rely on the accuracy of Angie's List for finding vendors that are in my area, it's a waste of my time to contact people who can't service me. Update your Angie's List description and I will retract. M-

The gentlemen arrived on time and went right to work. They removed the tree methodically and professionally right down to the stump. The person handling the stump grinding arrived two days later and went to work and finished the job to our complete satisfaction. We would definitely use this Company again should the need arise.

Quoted me a price of $800 for a job I thought would be 1/2 that. Agreed to reduce the price to $650 if I took care of the limbs that were cut. I spoke to them on 7/3/14 and the rep said they would try to come that same say since the holiday weekend was approaching. They never showed up or called. I rented a pole saw for $40 from Home Depot and did it myself.

A Budget Tree Service was one of three companies that I asked to come to my home and give me an estimate on tree trimming. After talking with all three companies, I chose A Budget Tree Service for several reasons. First of all, their bid was more in line with what I thought the job should cost. Their company estimator was very through in his explanation of what he thought should or should not be trimmed and why. I was impressed with his knowledge of Florida trees and their growth patterns. The crew came on the day promised, trimmed exactly what we had agreed upon and left absolutely no mess in the yard. Now I am no longer worried about my trees during the coming hurricane season.

I was very upset at the lack of respect for my specific concerns and property. At the intial visit, I made it very clear how important my landscape and plants were to me. I am a gardener which means I'm always out planting and taking care of my yard. I did not want any existing plants damaged in the process of the tree removal. We discussed the path for removal to avoid any impact. On the day of work, I spoke with the Lead person, again emphasizing my concern about damage to exisitng plants and that I wanted them to be very careful. As they started work, one crew member stepped on a plant on his way to the side yard. I observed this looking from the window inside into the front yard. I immediately went outside to again say to be careful, this time in front of the whole crew. Unfortunately, I had an appointment and needed to leave. Because I felt I was clear about my concerns, I thought everything would be OK. However, when I returned the surrounding plants were all flattened, apparently when lowering the heavy branches, and the crew attempting to catch it and carry it out to the front for haul away. When the invoice arrived, I did pay it because they completed the work, but I attached a letter to the owner stating how upset I was that three times my concerns were ignored. I attached pictures of the plant damage expecting a response of some sort. I never heard back. I feel this company does not respect their client's concerns and property which to me shows a lack of professionalism.

Arrived on time, did a complete walk around while working up the estimate. Talked with my wife on what she'd like to see done. Left the estimate with some good descriptions. Called back to talk with me regarding the work to be performed. Impressed overall, decided to go another route on the work based on price.

I will not use them again as they cut down the wrong tree and the wrong branch. I spent about $800 on the job. The owner came back and did all the work at no charge. He admitted liability and admitted that his workers were wrong. However, he was the first one who came out and told them the wrong thing. If you are using them, I would say that you need to be careful and watch them. The work itself was done correctly; it wasn’t shoddy. It was just that he didn’t listen to what I wanted. The price was good, too. It was just that they did the wrong thing. It ruined my experience with them. I might use them again, but I will watch them like a hawk.

Considering the circumstances they could have really taken me to the cleaners. I really expected the one tree to be $1200 by itself, and when I got the bill I was thoroughly amazed. Very satisfying experience.
