Rodney ( construction supervisor)was the main contact and was the BEST to work with. He is definitely an asset to Premier Pools. Anything I called him for was addressed immediately with no negative feedback Denise handled the scheduling and was also great as well as Dana after the installation to ensure any concerns we had were addressed immediately. Tracie even got involved when one of the others was out of the office.

I contacted the office with my requests. I was given an email address so I could provide some documentation to get an estimate. The pool designer Todd contacted me within a day to give me an estimate and followed up via email. They were very fast in their response. We did not end up building a pool, but I would highly recommend based on my experience with the company thus far.

The sales person, Andres Acevedo was exceptional, he was very helpful with ideas and recommendations. Also Denise the project manager was just amazing!!!! She knows her business very well and she is an asset to this company. She coordinated everything just perfectly. Rodney the project supervisor was very diligent, punctual, and knowledgeable. He was very helpful before, during and after the project was completed, as well as Denise. Kenny the tile installer was exceptional and a perfectionist, as well as the master plumber, he resolved issues without delay or major any difficulties. I have no words to describe the satisfaction we have with our project, we were always waiting for " always something goes wrong" kind of situation, and it did never happened. I would recommende this company to anyone that would like to have a hassle-free pool project. Their prices were much better than the competition.

A sales/design consultant visited my property to provide an estimate for swimming pool/spa construction. He appeared to be very proffesional and knowledgeable. He took his time to measure the property and gave us some ideas that were in line with the concept that we had in mind. At the end of his visit he mentioned that he was busy but will get back to us with a proposal and preliminary design in a few days. Two weeks have passed and we still havent heard from him or anybody in his office. We have emailed and no one has cared to respond. Long story short, we're pretty disappointed with the level of responsiveness from this people and will not trust them for such a huge investment as building a pool.

Researched these folks as potential vendor to do a pool renovation project (resurface and tile). Salesman had an attitude that they were the best and anyone I picked other than them was inferior. Tried to up sell me to redo the entire pool deck (didn't need it), and told me they don't check on their workers; just give them the job and let them have at it. Price was on the high side. Did visit the store to follow up with management attitude but they come across as nonchalant and didn't care if they got this job or not. So the didn't............ :)

Garrett Trefcer from Premier Pools Provided perfect Sales and Service. I interview 6 Central Florida Pool Companies. Garrett was the only sales man that gave me Excactly what I wanted when I adjusted the price and gave specific details and requirements for the pool I wanted. The premier Pool team was very professional thru the whole processes. Kenny did exceptional coping and tile work. Alan made sure all the plumbing was done correctly. Rodney was and outstanding Project coordinator. Denise address all my customer service needs. I have referred several friends to the company I would definitely use them again

They were the second one that contacted us for the second time. Their introduction was fair, it was good.

Everything went well - with the exception of the very last stage of clean up...that took several calls and emails to resolve. Ultimately though, not a big deal in the grand scheme of things.

Getting a pool built is definitely a life altering experience and I'm not sure I would want to do it again, having said that, Premier Pools made this process run very smoothly. When I say it's a life altering experience I mean that you should be prepared for your yard to look like a bomb hit it and I was warned by the folks at Premier Pools about this, so they did prepare me before the construction started. My experience with Premier was excellent from start to finish, no construction job is ever perfect, but this one was pretty close. When I initially contacted Premier Pools, they setup an appointment to have a sales person visit my home for a free estimate. The salesman Todd, arrived on time and was very friendly and listened to what my wife and I wanted. He spent about 2 hours at our home taking measurements surveying the land and finally putting together a 3D computer generated rendering of what the pool could look like on his laptop. Kudos to Todd because the design and the final product were pretty much identical! The entire process took about 3 months, it took a bit longer than anticipated because of weather and inspection delays, which I expected and this was no big deal. I would also like to give praise to the construction staff at Premier as well. - Denise: She was the project coordinator and did an excellent job of answering my numerous emails, keeping everything on track and on schedule. In addition, she also has a great sense of humor! - Plumbing Team (Alan & Ken): Excellent work all around. Very friendly as well. They scared me a bit when I saw how close some of their digging equipment was to my house but they left everything exactly as it was before they started - Tile Team (Mark & Keith): Excellent Work as well. They were at the job everyday by 7:30am, also very friendly. - Supervisor (Rodney): Excellent job. He answered all my questions, was very friendly and resolved a construction issue within an hour of me reporting it. - Electrician (Michael): I didn't get a chance to meet him, but he setup the electrical equipment very nicely and all the wiring was nicely tucked away and buried The big question is, would I recommend Premier Pools to anyone looking for a pool, YES! Premier Pools is a great company who was thee for me every step of the way from start to finish and they even assisted me with getting to a good finance company.

My initial impression of them was very positive, they were informative and knew what they were talking about, they were very professional and that is what got me to choose them. I was happy with the service until I found out that they cut my pump that ran the automatic vacuuming in my pool system and when I brought it the attention of upper management, they replaced the pump. They went above and beyond to make sure that I was completely satisfied. Because of this, I would highly recommend this company. They were average with their prices. Everything that they said was right on time.

Premier provided a bid with a design that incuded plan and renderings. The price was on the higher side and did not use them.

As I said above, this company was one of several that came to give us a quote. We narrowed it to two companies based on price and Angie's list ratings. They kept to schedule. They have responded to any concerns that I have had.

It was easy to schedule an appointment for someone to come out and give us an estimate. The representatvie arrived on time. He was very nice to deal with. He listened to our concerns and offered good solutions. In comparison to other companies that gave us estimates, this one had the most up-scale, interesting suggestions for ways to modernize and improve the pool and make it more "blingy", like a shallow tanning shelf for instance. However, we really were just looking for a basic, classy looking remodel. The lower scores above are due to the fact that the other two companies were able to give us an estimate right away, before they left. This representative, however, said he would email one to us, but it took him much longer than he said it would. I think there were extenuating circumstances that could not be helped (illness).

PP did an excellent job. They were very nice and clean and returned all phone calls and questions very promptly. Whenever something went wrong they were very fast to respond and let me know what was going on through the whole process. Only thing that went wrong was the company that supplied the granite spillway took a month longer than was expected but PP kept me informed and was very sorry for the delay. When they say the job isnt done till your completly satisfied they mean it. Even though my pool is done now i know if anything went wrong or i had any questions in the future they would have no problem coming out and showing me something or helping me out.

Love PP! If you want a company that will take care of you look no further.

Todd was always very professional and very patient with a couple of newbies who had never put in a pool. He walked us through each step, covering EVERYTHING and answering every question we had. He is very knowledgeable. He did 3 different pool designs for us, at our request. We liked them all. In the end we almost choose Premier because we were so completely comfortable with the professionalism and the knowledge of what we were buying. The ONLY reason we went with the other bid was because they did the pool directly next door two years ago and we have used the finished product. It's hard to overlook a glowing review from someone you personally know. But Todd was so good that it was almost enough to make us do that. We would definitely recommend Todd and Premier to anyone looking to do a pool.

The job was done with such professionalism, very prompt on any problem that needed fixing. I would recommend Premier Pools to anyone doing a pool remodel. Denise is amazing keeping all tasks on track, answering all my questions and making sure I was happy. The stonework has totally transformed my pool. Thanks to the whole team as you can tell they care!

They did a fantastic job. The price was great because the actual pool cost more than that and with the general economy the price of labor came down and I think I got a good deal. There was high quality all the way around. I was very impressed with all of the workers and they were the best. Everybody conveyed to me how happy they were to be having a job and doing a job for me and that they really appreciated my business. It was quite unusual I thought from all the workers to the person supervising the job. It was pretty unique.

I contacted Premier to replace my salt chlorinator system, and they promptly replied to me the next day. I then scheduled a time for them to come out to my house, which they quickly did, and they promptly contacted me with an estimate. Because I have a current salt chlorinator system in place and I have access to the internet the same as any other person, I expected an estimate (materials and installation plus excessive material markup) in the $1000-$1500 price range. Little did I know that I would receive an excessive estimate for $2200 to replace my current faulty system (box and cell) with a Hayward AquaRite system. The materials cost $600-1000, depending on the size of the cell (15, 25, 40K gallon pool), and the labor is two hours max, although other pool and spa vendors told me that labor time is much less. There are some other materials such as bags of salt, but these are minimal. Because my pool is 12K gallons (max) I expected a price of $1500 or less, although that would have been at the upper end of what I expected. I contacted one of Premier's competitors and received a price of $1162 for the 15K system. I also contacted my weekly pool service provide for a quote, which is detailed below. The bottom line is that the economy must be good in FL if vendors are seeking to charge such disproportionate prices for the services/supplies or to provide unnecessary services. Finally, I thought it was strange that they tried to sell me a 40K gallon cell. The lesson to be learned is that competition is good and every consumer should shop around. Update: To confirm, I received a bid from Premier Pools. Whether they came out to my home is a question only they can answer because I was working on the day for which the appointment was scheduled. What I do know is that I was contacted by Premier, presumably after they inspected my pool, and they provided me with an estimate. Note that I would not have to be home for my pool to be inspected. In any case, I ended up having my weekly pool service company install a Hayward Goldline AquaRite control box with 25K cell for $1284, including tax. They know my pool and they service my pool, so I ended up going with them. Premiere also confirmed below what my weekly pool service company told me; that a 25K cell is the only way to go in this climate. I will acknowledge that Premier mentions many bells and whistles that will be associated with their installation, but whether these are "necessary" is up for debate. I was looking for a straight quote. There was no need to "sell" me anything because I contacted them.

Totally a professional company from start to finish. Jeff, our salesman, was most helpful. He made excellent recommendations which acheived the desired result for us. Denise, our job coordinator was, proffesional, prompt and over all just a joy to work with. They started and finished when they said they would. Someone was always available for questions when they arose. Everyone sent to our site was willing to take time to answer any question we had. This was not the lowest estimate I got but after reveiwing BBB and other sites, I decided that quality matters more than price. Plus the price difference was not large, particularly when doing something I have to live with for a long time to come. We love the results. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for quality work at a reasonable price.

Jeff Foster is a sales professional. He made a detailed presentation, listened to what we wanted to accomplish, made suggestions and got the order. Work was closely coordinated through their office and crews showed up as promised. The work was done in a timely manner and the site was left very clean. Instructions were presented in a professional manner and reminders were sent with each step of the project. We are very pleased with the result.

No surprises. Project went well and they allowed me to select a custom paint color as opposed to limiting me to the few options on the paint sample card. There were several cracks in my deck that the resurfacing successfully concealed and so far the cracks haven't returned. They were very interested in making sure I was happy with the final outcome, and I am. Good company; wouldn't hesitate to use again.

This was supposed to be a fairly simple job that I was told would only take 1-2 weeks. It has been 2 MONTHS and its still not finished. I had a very persuasive saleperson but there have been multiple inconsistencies between what he said and what the company has done. My pool supervisor consistently tells me that any problems that are encountered are the fault of my equipment or actions/inactions and are not due to their company's work. The electrician replaced the light but did not check to see if it worked before leaving - it did not. My pool developed a leak and they kept saying it was not due to their work. After many weeks of refilling my pool I was told to hire a leak detection service and his independent report indicated it was a structural defect at the jet (all my equipment checked out fine). My pool supervisor still said it wasn't their fault because they did not do anything around the jet. What?? The first thing they did was to take a saw and cut around each jet as prep before the bond coat was put on. Another person did later call me back and take responsibility for the leak. After each probem I have had to follow-up - making multiple calls, take multiple trips to my local pool store, dissassemble and have my pump checked (it was fine), replace gaskets (which didn't fix anything), and even research and fix problems with electrical I DID NOT have before they started work. I had to report problems at each step (no on-site management by the pool supervisor as promised in their promotional materials) and then they sent people who did not do the work that the pool supervisor said they would. My pool still has stains and jets are not fitted correctly (one even fell off after a few weeks). Exhausting and ridiculous experience. Not at all what I expected when my saleperson said he didn't want to be the lowest bidder because they provided better products/services. Update after selling house: After I submitted this report, I received a good deal more attention to my issues. Even so, it still took weeks more to get the problems resolved and more issues surfaced along the way. I closed on my house at the end of June but had to continue to deal with multiple problems when I really needed to be able to show a lovely refinished pool - completed before I put it on the market in May. The company has repeatedly asked me to update my report. Angie's list never contacted me to discuss the issue but (according to the owner) DID contact the owner of the company. Though the pool looked good in the end, I was dissatisfied with the overall experience (despite what the company has stated) and would NOT recommend this company to anyone.

The estimator arrived promptly on the scheduled day, checked the pool, discussed options, and provided a written estimate. Premier set up a tentative schedule for the work. The pool was drained on the first day. Second day the pool was inspected in preparation for fiberglass removal. Fiberglass removal was started but took longer than expected, however we were told that it was difficult to judge the time that would be needed. Perhaps more manpower would have sped up the process. The new pool light was installed by the electrician. Bond coat was applied when the fiberglass removal was completed. The company was very accommodating when we discovered a severe roof leak and had to have roof work done. Because of the close proximity of the pool to the house, Premier suggested that the roof be completed before the pool work continued. Resurfacing of the pool re-started right on time and was completed, including the acid wash, on the same day. Re-filling of the pool started that same evening. Filter installation and chemical fire-up was done at the conclusion of the refill. Follow-up chemical check and balancing was done ten days later. While all work was done professionally, there were some days that workers did not arrive as scheduled. It would also enhance their professionalism if they would notify the homeowner when they arrive on the property, what was accomplished during the work period, and when they are completed for the day. Premier might want to put more stress on coordinating this aspect with their vendors. This was why the rating for punctuality and responsiveness was downgraded somewhat. We are very satisfied with the overall quality of materials and workmanship at this time.

They are a very professional company. Everyone that I worked with was top notch. They were very courteous, friendly, and really knew what they were doing. They were fabulous and really on top of their game.
