Cracks in deck forming on pool after only 60 days. They are getting larger. We’ve been told cracking isn’t part of warranty. Pretty sad considering we paid over $55k for this. While I understand some cracking is to be expected over time. Very disappointed they won’t even waste time to come look at it happening so soon after construction. Just quoted the page in our warranty that says they aren’t responsible.

Response from Premier Pools of Central Florida Inc.
Unfortunately, cracks in cement are commonplace in Florida due to factors out of our control (underground conditions, weather, etc.). The only solution is to install pavers, which we do offer as an option. We truly wish there was a fix for hairline cracks, but the concrete industry hasn't come up with a repair yet that doesn't in the end make the crack look worse. We are more than happy to send someone to meet with you person to person to discuss this matter further and monitor the situation. Please contact us at 407.696.4744 to schedule the meeting.

I highly recommend Premier Pools of Central Florida. They designed and built our pool earlier this year and everything went according to the plan. Note that we picked Premier after reaching out to 7 other pool builders. Premier was very attentive to our desires from the start. Andres helped us refine the design and, even though it was a small project for them, he was willing to meet with us on several occasions to make refinements to our original plan. Permitting took less than two weeks and construction was very efficient. It took Premier less than 3 months to build our pool (our pool is 27 feet x 10 feet – about 8,860 gallons). Their tile guy is fantastic. He is very detailed oriented and always left cleaned up the job site at the end of his day. He spent two full days grinding our pillars to make sure they would be at the exact dimensions. They also did a great job with the travertine and the pavers. Premier’s designs are refined and they pick their subcontractors based on the quality of their work. Rodney was our construction supervisor. He was great and super responsive. He always returned my phone calls and/or text messages within minutes. Also, he was always willing to give us details on the construction process and did not hesitate to spend time with us to discuss the construction details. Rodney and I are still in touch even though it has been more than 3 months since they completed the pool. Matt, the development manager responsible for our pool, was also very responsive and generally kept us posted on the project schedule. Overall, we had a great experience with Premier Pool and will definitely go back to them if we were to build a new pool in the future. I wish we could have had more details on the project schedule sometime but I realize it is nearly impossible for them considering how many craftsmen and subcontractors are involved in the process. Don’t hesitate to reach out to them for your pool needs.

It had been about 10 years since our pool had been resurfaced and a hole in the bottom surface appeared and was widening. We had some pretty sizable cracks in our deck so we decided that since we had to get the pool resurfaced again we may as well update the decking. We got several quotes from area pool remodeling companies but liked Garrett’s from Premier Pools the best due to the fact that he described a process by which the cracks on our deck would be ground down and pavers laid on top of the existing deck. Sounded like a good solution to the problem so we proceeded. Communication from Premier Pools throughout the process was not good. We would constantly ask for updates on the schedule with little to no reply. And then a subcontractor would show up unannounced and start tearing things out or putting things up. The paver subcontractors in particular were a mess. Apparently it rained pretty hard one day and their truck got stuck in the grass where they were parked at the side of our house. Our neighbor has video footage of them backing another truck onto our lawn and trying to pull the other truck out with one of the supporting wires from our pool screen enclosure. They eventually drove both trucks through not only our yard but our neighbors’ too. Needless to say our yard was a mess. And it took months for Premier Pools to replace that supporting wire by the way… Remember that promise to grind down the cracks on our deck? Nope, not done at all. I was horrified when I saw the paver guys just laying pavers over the crack that was significantly protruding above the deck. Premier was completely unapologetic and gave a story about how they pick the highest part of the deck and level all other pavers to it. If this were true they would have had to pour sand all over the rest of the deck to level it. They have already had to come out to fix loose pavers because of this. Be very cautious about the contract as you sign it. There is wording in there to protect Premier against anything that breaks during construction. We signed it reluctantly because we wanted to get the work started. During the job our pool light, which was working before, was broken. Premier wanted $800-$1200 to repair and/or install a new light! We really felt it was Premier Pools’ fault that the light broke and would have appreciated at least an apology but none was forthcoming. We were able to get Pinch a Penny to repair what Premier broke for about $250 but that is $250 we shouldn’t have had to pay. Also, the pool pump timer broke during construction. Same story – it’s not our fault. That cost $220 to repair. Another thing about the contract – somewhere it states that the job is finished when the pool is filled. The problem is that they don’t ask you before they start to fill it up if there is anything that needs to be addressed. There were multiple issues with the aesthetics of the pool – crooked grouting around the skimmer opening, resurfacing material on the underside of the coping pavers, grout on the tiles. It took a lot of bugging Premier to get these items worked on. We withheld the final tiny bit of payment until this work was completed and they withheld the pool warranty. We finally paid them just to get the warranty in hand and even that was a problem. The warranty had to be sent by certified mail within a month of construction completion but we didn’t get the paperwork until after that date. The latest problem now 2 months after construction is that our BRAND NEW paver deck has turned green between all of the pavers. Garrett now tells us this is common when you lay a paver deck over concrete. That would certainly have been nice to know BEFORE we chose to do it that way! He says we need to pressure wash. We chose pavers to reduce the frequency of pressure washing, not to have to do it every month! Premier Pools claimed that they came out this week and cleaned up the problem but I am attaching pictures of the pavers with mold in between. This is now just 2 months after completion. At this point I completely regret most of the work we had done by Premier Pools. $10,000 is a LOT of money and you want things to look nice and work well in the end. I don’t think we got what we paid for. Please carefully read the contract before you sign. I hope things go better for all others who read this.

Premier was great to work with. We chose them after talking to four other pool companies and we felt that Premier provided the best design guidance and kept their price competitive. Once we selected them, they were great to work with. We had a couple small hiccups including delays in permitting, but Premier worked things out. We now have a very nice pool and have given them referrals to any neighbors who are interested in adding a pool.

The pool build went very well. The designer, Todd, was extremely patient with and receptive to our design requests and modifications. He listened to what we wanted and effortlessly translated our general ideas and wants into something concrete and beautiful. He suggested things we hadn't thought of ourselves such as the faux rock waterline and coping. The project manager, Rodney was very very very VERY patient. I am a bit high strung...you know the type...reads every manual, looks up specifications, checks the work for consistency, etc. Understandably can be a bit annoying...BUT when you're taking on such a huge loan you want what you're paying for to be as perfect as possible. Rodney gets that. He totally understands and was so gracious on many occasions with his time and instant feedback and reassurances. HE wasn't around the site a whole lot, but he was always reachable via text or phone when needed. I didn't take his absence as not caring...it was more like he knew his crews were good workers and they could be trusted to do the job right without his constant oversight. In the rare occasions there was a problem, Rodney was very quick to remedy the situation. Alan the plumber was extremely knowledgeable and friendly, very detail oriented and a perfectionist. You couldn't hope for a better employee to work on your pool! He was amazing to watch with the bobcat he operated in our tiny back yard. He can get within a hair of the house with that thing. He checked and double checked his work and took his time to ensure all was done as needed. He even did a few more things than he was required to just because he knew, if it were his pool, he would want it done that way. AWESOME guy. Rodrigo, the artist who does the faux rock was also a perfectionist...in the best sense of the word. He has strong opinions on what looks good and doesn't and will not compromise his reputation for anything less than what he feels is acceptable. There were a few things aesthetically that didn't bother me but which he would not accept. I really appreciate the fact that he held himself to such a high standard. You just don't find that kind of work ethic much these days. Matt at the office was wonderful as well. Any question I had about my paperwork, pricing, or build details was handled quickly and efficiently. He was very professional and pleasant to speak with. Premier Pools is not the cheapest pool builder. but they peace of mind they provide is worth the extra cost. Never once, not even in the middle of a somewhat frustrating fence installation problem, was I ever worried Premier Pools of Central FL would not make it right. Due to loan financing requirements, I had a tight 10 week build schedule. Even with the Thanksgiving and Christmas holiday season and delays caused by HOA approval and city permitting, they still managed to have the pool filling 2 days before the deadline. They are true to their word and completely understand the concept of customer service! Recommendations for future customers...treat these guys well! Offer them drinks, if not lunch! They are WONDERFUL workers and give their best efforts on the job. Sometimes people forget that the people they hire are people, too, just like your. Treat them well! They are busting their butts out there!

Everything went as expected. Not only did they help us design a beautiful remodel, they executed to perfection and stayed on schedule. Of course this was a good time to get it done while new pool construction is lessened. Garrett Trefcer is an amazing, laid back individual who only cares about solving your design problems. Just a straight shooter all the way. While I realize that certain parts of any big project like this will have its problems and some work will be subbed out, the effect of this was so minimalized with Premier. One thing I'd like to point out, the very first crew, Mark and Keith, deserve special shout out. They paid attention to the detail and even called out to us if they had concerns with a direction in the project. They took the time to communicate with us to solve problems together. We ended up with a finished remodel EXACTLY as we had envisioned and then some. I highly recommend Premier. Hopefully going into service phase of project the quality will continue.

This was our first home purchase and first pool construction. It started in August 2015 with the pool design with Todd, and this phase was fantastic. He met with us on the property, got an idea of what we were looking for, and designed a custom pool/spa that we were very excited about, which took approximately 2 weeks. We then met at the office to discuss finishings/details, and signed a contract - Todd was extremely flexible and changed the design to better fit our requests, and he is very quick to respond to emails and concerns. It took several weeks to obtain HOA approval in Baldwin, which we were expecting. Worse than this, it took over 5 weeks to obtain the city permits to get started digging. We heard no update from Premier during this time, but they had been great up until that point. Then one day, after 5 weeks of no word, a digging crew showed up without warning and started bulldozing our backyard, sprinklers and all (this cost $900 to repair). Premier apologized for not providing any warning. The digging started Nov. 13th, and from there things went fairly quickly with the rebar, gunnite, and plumbing placement. We were pleased with how hard the crews worked throughout these 3-4 weeks, but we were never provided with any notice of when they were going to show up (and block us into our own driveway). At one point during the plumbing phase, the electrical to our detached garage was accidentally taken out, which occurred around mid-December. We were informed by Premier that we owed them $250 to repair it - we were surprised that this was our cost since it appeared to be their error, but we paid it because we understand that mistakes and mishaps occur during a massive project like this. Even though we promptly paid the repair fee, our garage electrical was not actually repaired until mid-January, leaving us without a garage for approximately 1 month. Granted, this was over the Christmas/New Year holiday, during which all work ceased for about 2 weeks. Fortunately, the tiling and paver deck was completed just before Christmas, which equates to about 6 weeks from the time they began digging. The interior was not done until mid-January, about 9 weeks after digging began. They began to fill the pool at 3pm, and told us not to turn the water off until it was full (or else terrible things happen?), so I stayed up until 3am to turn the hose off. At this point, there were still multiple features that had not been finished, but we were just happy to see an actual pool in our backyard instead of the bomb waste yard that had existed for the previous 2 months. Meanwhile, we had been calling the natural gas company for months trying to get this set up for when the pool was ready to be heated. Premier was under the impression that we would be able to get natural gas and they put in a natural gas heater. When we finally got the gas company to return our repeated phone calls, they said it would cost at least $1500 and 3 months to run natural gas from across the street, but we had put the pool equipment on the farthest side of the house so it would cost much more in running pipes this far. Given the fact that we had already waited 5 months to put in our pool, we decided to switch to the much cheaper and faster short-term solution of propane. We had M&M propane come to provide an estimate, and they explained that the heater would need to be converted to propane, which the pool company should do free of charge since they did not confirm that natural gas was readily available before placing the heater. Premier charged us another $175 to convert the heater from natural gas to propane (bear in mind the heater was not actually hooked up/functioning at this point). Since we were 5 months and $50,000 deep already, we of course said yes please, just get it done. We started this process in August when we first met Todd to design our dream custom pool/spa. It is now February and we are still not able to use the spa, which is 58 degrees. The process started off great, and has gradually declined over the past 5 months. Our biggest complaints are the lack of communication - you must ask for a schedule of events for the coming week, because they will not inform you in advance before subcontractors you've never seen before just show up in your backyard. When I did email Matt or Rodney, they were very punctual in response and provided helpful information, but I fear everything would have taken even longer had I not been constantly annoying them with emails. I understand that they are building multiple pools all over Orlando and don't have time to keep everyone updated all the time. It also seemed unacceptable to pay $250 to repair electrical that they damaged and then have it take a whole month to actually repair. They also do not adequately discuss natural gas vs. propane with you and the importance of setting this up promptly as Teko, the natural gas company in Orlando, currently has a 3 month wait list to even get started (not to mention you might not be willing to pay thousands of dollars on top of the pool cost to run a new line). Finally, we chose this company from Angie's List because the reviews said that even though they are more expensive than others, the quality is the best. The pool itself looks as designed, but we paid $5,000 for an arbor that has a waterfall effect (as pictured on their website from a Disney property pool) - I would love to include pictures, because this arbor looks like something we crafted ourselves and is absolutely not what is pictured on the website, and not worth $5,000. I suppose this is our fault for choosing expensive features and we will just have to live with it. I would love to share pictures of our experience, which I documented weekly throughout the process. Finally, a little fun fact they don't share with you during the design process: a new pool must be brushed thoroughly every single day for the first 60 days after it it filled to avoid scaling/discoloration of the interior and tile. We were told a month of complimentary pool service was included in the $50,000 for the pool, but after it was filled, a box showed up on our porch with a brush, acid, and pH strips that literally says "brush daily and add acid once a week." Our pool is approximately a 10-15 foot square and it takes me 45 minutes a day to brush it completely and thoroughly, as I am deathly afraid that we will get scale/deposits that the contract explicitly states they will charge you to fix if it occurs. If you don't have an hour every day for 2 full months to brush your new pool, then maybe think twice about how much you want it. If I had known how this was all going to go down, I would not do it again. On the plus side, I don't think this is entirely Premier's fault, really just the nature of taking on a massive project like this. I would use this company again - I believe they are an upstanding company, at least in comparison to horror stories I hear of other friends' pool projects, and they are very personable; however, we do not plan on building a custom pool ever again.

Premier was my choice after reading tons of reviews and contacting/meeting at least 4 different pool builders. I was happy to deal with Andre (the designer) for my pool & he did an excellent job with our vision, putting up with our change requests as well as trying to stay close to budget. We eventually had to go over budget to get some features we couldn't live without. We have no regrets with the extras we put in such as LED lights & the automation we needed. My onsite supervisor was Rodney who did a very good job especially in returning my calls & getting all those questions I had answered. (Sorry I harassed you so much Rodney) As expected we had some timeline issues but most of it was weather related which they or myself cannot control. My pool came out beautiful & I would definitely use these guys again. I have already told my neighbor who inquired about a new pool to contact them. Keep up the great service guys.

Premier Pools did an amazing job at estimating the timeline and communicating with us at every point in order to meet my request to have the pool ready for my husband's birthday. They really pulled together the activities to make it possible for us to enjoy swimming in the pool for his birthday present - leaving only a couple of very small items to address (resetting the pavers around the deck jets, and putting in additional sand for the pavers), which did not affect the pool experience overall. The Premier team and all contractors were on time, thorough, and extremely hard working and pleasant. I understand from Premier that all employees, and subcontractors used on every job are also background checked, so that was also a good experience. Since the pool installation involves additional efforts, such as lawn irrigation, cable and electrical aspects adjacent to the actual pool area, their frequent status and informative practices made it possible for me to coordinate all these activities in the right sequence and in a timely manner in order to not interrupt the pool schedule. Overall, this has been a really great experience, from Todd the sales representative, Hal the project manager and office personnel, including Matt and others. I'd recommend them to anyone. Presently, I have a question about the safety fencing around the pool rear area which is to be landscaped in the next few days, which might need a little extra attention - but they've been so incredibly attentive to every other aspect, I am confident they will follow through on this also.

I would encourage anyone to look no further than Premier Pools when planning to install a pool. I do not believe I have ever worked with a company for whom quality and customer satisfaction is of such importance. Not only is the finished product one of the most beautiful residential pools I (as well as visitors I am told) have ever seen (particularly in light of my limited budget) but the skill, professionalism and quality of workmanship of all who contributed to its construction was nothing short of outstanding. As is undoubtedly the case with any project of this magnitude a couple of hiccups occurred during construction, however each was resolved by Premier in ways I (and again visitors) consider to have gone above and beyond the call of duty. And the outstanding customer service extended by this company did not end upon project completion. Several months following the completion of my pool I contacted Premier regarding a major issue that had arisen as a result of a chemistry imbalance cause by another party, and despite the fact that it had occurred through no fault of their own, Premier was quick to come by, diagnose and ultimately correct the problem. And while I owe Premier Pools an apology for failing to submit my review in a more timely manner, it has actually turned out to be a rather fortunate oversight as had I done so I would have been unable to include how impressed visitors have been with both the exquisiteness of my pool and the ways in which Premier resolved any issues that arose, but I also would have been unaware of the outstanding customer service extended by this company even after project completion. Thank you Premier Pools! You really are the best.

Everything went as planned from start to finish and my wife and I are very happy with Premier and all of their staff. Everyone that I dealt with at Premier was professional and courteous. Garrett was our sales associate and designer and helped us choose the right tile and finish to best fit our needs. Hal was the foreman during the construction and finishing phases of the project and was extremely knowledgeable and was able to answer any questions my wife and I had. The whole project was completed in a timely manner and looks fantastic.

We priced this project with 2 companies. Premier was a little lower but later after the project started there were extra costs not included in the initial quote making the overall price higher. During construction communication on actual start dates was spotty and construction time was longer than estimated. Overall quality was good and work was thorough.

Response from Premier Pools of Central Florida Inc.
Our original contract did not include sandblasting, which made our proposal lower than the other proposals homeowner received. However, upon prepping the pool our interior crew did not feel comfortable installing the new interior without sandblasting first. After attempting to communicate with the homeowner multiple times regarding the options and the pricing (PPCF matched competitors bids for sandblasting), approval was received. Communication regarding this matter and other items were often delayed while we awaited the homeowner to respond to our office and make the draw payments. These delays did cause temporary holds on the progress of the renovation. Had we not run into these issues the estimated construction time would have been met. We are very happy with the end result of the pool and believe the homeowner is as well.

The team at Premier Pools of Central Florida is truly dedicated to building the best product. There first concern is to create a quality product that will last, but on top of that, they are sticklers for the fit-and-finish of the materials and the balance between the home, the yard, the neighbors, and most importantly, the family. Their prices were a bit higher than other companies we initially contacted, but still competitive. I feel the quality at this price outweighs the slightly lower prices that you may find elsewhere. I may not have a luxury car, but I know I have a luxury pool. Any massive construction project has its hiccups, and we had a few, but nothing was not taken care of in the end. I would highly recommend Premier to anyone considering building a pool. The final product and the job done is fantastic.

Contract was signed 9/20/2014. After that, communication slowed. Final walk through 1/30/2015. Still a couple items on the punch list.<br> At times I felt some anxiety and lack of trust toward Premier Pools.<br> When I recently contact the sales man Andres Acevedo regarding an issue with the paver layout, he told me that I would need to contact someone in the construction department. Andres is the one who sold us the layout. When they started laying the pavers I noticed that the layout was different than and what our expectations were. Andres forwarded the issue to the PM Matt and I did not hear back until after the deck was completed, Matt contacted us via email, and I quote, "What we have shown on contract is the running bond pattern of paver. This is what was installed by the paver crew and what was signed for. I understand you were hoping for a variation of this pattern in which the pavers were off center from one another but we have no record of that and it would be a change order in order to pull up all the pavers and reinstall in the different pattern."<br> If you look up this pattern on Google you will see a brick pattern and the off center pattern we were expecting. We provided Andres with a picture of the pattern we desired (off center) and he said it wasn't a problem. In the contract it is called a Running Bond Pattern. As you can see from the quoted email the response from Premier Pools is too bad that's what you signed for. By the way, this also came after 98% of the payments were sent. Today, the day they cashed the last check totaling 98% of the pool cost and without notice, we were sent a change order for an additional $275!! For electrical switches that should have been included in the first place. The pool itself is filled with construction debris and dirty water - it has been a mess and an eye sore since they started.<br> The bottom line - read the contract carefully and ask for changes and amendments before you sign or find a different pool company. The contract is slanted toward Premier Pools, negotiate!<br> I updated my comments and my overall rating of Premier pools on 1/30/2015 - they do respond to Angie's list and were much more attentive after my review. I do feel that Matt and Andres should have taken care of my concerns in a more professional manner before I had to write the review I did. As of the final walk through the pool looks really good and we cant wait until it warms up so we can get in and enjoy it!

[Member name removed], Thank you for taking the time to write about your concerns. For you to have anxiety and lack of trust toward our company is not something we wish for you or any other or our customers to experience. I imagine at the time you wrote your comments you must have been very frustrated by the construction process, which is completely understandable. Construction is a messy frustrating process at times, which is why our staff is continually working at ways to minimize that frustration for our customers. My hope is now that your project has been completed you will be completely satisfied with the quality of the product we have furnished you and Mr. Calabro. We dealt with Garrett and found him to be an outstanding professional. He came onsite and worked up examples in 3D on his computer to show us what it could look like. We were wondering when we saw signs all through our new neighborhood if people were just not doing the research on other providers and we found that these guys do such a good job and are very transparent in their dealings with clients that it's understandable why they have won so much business. When we pull the trigger on getting a pool, this company will be at the top of our list. It was truly a great experience so far and we found their prices to be honest and reasonable and right-sized for the need of the family.
Description of Work: Came onsite, designed in 3D, provided estimates and guidance.

Absolutely fantastic The only thing I object to is having to PREPAY. I have always been told to NOT prepay for such services, but the company is wonderful.

My biggest issue is the rerouted gutters on our existing Elite roof. They are an eyesore I'm picky and it's the little details that bother me. As a whole they did a good job but I felt lile I had to constantly be on top of it to ensure things were done how we wanted. The gutters were done without considering the look of the whole project. I have black plastic piping coming out of the pavers where the drain pipe was put in. This is in front of the pool, if it was somewhere else it probably wouldn't have bothered me

We contacted numerous pool companies in Central Florida to talk through design options, the construction process, and ultimately pricing. Since pools are a very expensive luxury item, we took the fact finding and design gathering very serious. Most important to us was best value ? high quality with a competitive price relative to the pool construction market. Overall, we believed in the Premier product and we think Premier would have provided high quality. Premier was down selected as one of our top 2, but we ultimately felt more comfortable with another company. Unfortunately, from our first interaction with our salesperson ? it was very difficult to sync our schedules. Meeting at 2pm on a Tuesday or 1pm on a Thursday across a few different weeks can sometimes be difficult when both husband and wife have very busy schedules during the standard 7-5 window Monday ? Friday. Also, the salesperson focused a lot of attention to what ?other companies? would not provide. When in reality, the other companies would provide those items - have them in writing in another contract. Overall, good company ? believed in the product, was competitive with price, and worked within our design requirements. The rapport was not there with the salesperson and we felt that we couldn?t make the decision without having already ironed out all of the minute details.

Premier built my pool during the remodeling of my current home. It was a seamless experience. They were able to schedule in conjunction with my home's contractor. The timing and schedules were met and the product is functioning as well today as it did in 2008. The quality is unmatched. I have witnessed friends succumb to other pool company's lower prices; only to be disappointed by sub-par work and broken promises. My experience with Premier Pools was terrific. I would recommend anyone to Premier Pools. They treated me like family from the consultation to the final walk through I felt special. They made it clear to me that this was a luxury item and that I was a VIP to them. In the end, it was more than apparent they were more than sincere.

Terrible. They were off to a good start, that is because the contract has you paying for almost all the work by the time the pool is half done. In all fairness the end result is very good, although during the process they used our driveway as a garbage dump for MONTHS. They never show up as promised . The supervisor should find a new line of work, NEVER around when the work is being done. To this day we still have the residue from the resurface in our back yard. We had the pool refinished once before, that company(Classic Marcite) brought slurry bags for the residue, this company seems to feel pollution is good for the planet dumped it in the back yard and ajoining grove. We paid extra for polymeric sand, a lot of is gone, another part of the project thatwent on forever and still not right. One of the reasons we chose this company was the Angie's list endorsement. You may want to re-think that in the future. There is more, but I think I have gone on long enough.

(removed member name) was kind enough to speak with me today, we went over the issues in his complaint and I agree with him whole heartily, his experience with us is unacceptable, (removed member name) was kind enough to offer me the opportunity to meet with him in a few weeks. We will go over every outstanding issue and Premier Pools will do our very best to resolve them. I would also like to thank (removed member name) for the kind words he did have for some of our other staff, I am also very grateful that (removed member name) mentioned in his review that he is happy with the quality of the project and the end result in spite of all of the problems we had during the process. I am looking forward to meeting (removed member name) and hopefully resolving all outstanding issues in the most positive fashion possible. Sincerly Daniel Theune, President/PPCFL

Did not go with Premier Pools.
Description of Work: We had Premier come out and help us with many different quotes and ideas for our pool project. We had Garrett work up our pool for a renovation project and a new pool project. He was very professional and punctual with his responses to our questions. Garrett is very good at what he does and has a lot of great ideas. Our project came down to Premier pools and another company. It was a very hard choice but we ultimately went with the company that strictly specializes in pool renovation. Would have no hesitation recommending this company to family or friends.

Company isn?t contacting me back. I have called them numerous times and have had a few unpleasant conversations with office staff. I have paid for the complete job ($46,000) and they have refused to come out a replace the pavers by my pool, which are cracked and broken. They won?t allow me to speak to the owner of the company. I have been waiting for days for someone to come and inspect my pool. For some reason they keep telling me that they have another big job going on, but refuse to take care of me and my job. All I want them to do is to put down some polymeric sand and finish the job. The pool looks great but I am unsatisfied with the pavers. They haven't done a final walk through which was a part of the contract. Update: They did come out. I did talk to the owner. He did send gentleman out to fix the problem. There are a few things they still haven't completed. As far as communication, they have been communicating a lot. (Grades have changed from the first experience to the second experience. The first were F's & D's)
