They were fine. I didn't end up doing the job because I didn't want to put the money in it. They were very responsive and on time. They were very professional.

Everything went very well. Even though the rainy season started the minute we signed the contract, the work proceeded quickly and smoothly. There were a couple of glitches along the way, but this is to be expected in any large job. Denise Harper, the project coordinator, was very responsive to every question we asked and every issue that came up. The workmen were prompt hard-working and professional, and the workmanship was top-quality.

They first came out and did a walk through discerning what we wanted in terms of a pool. They worked with us on the design of the pool. We called another company that was very good as well. Both companies were very competitive. We went down to their offices and picked the materials for the decking and tile. We signed the contract. They acquired the permits and we are now in the process of putting in the pool. They have started the excavation and at this point we are completing the plumbing on the pool. It is not done yet but they are working on it. We are not at the finished product yet but at the mid way point we are good. They are ahead of schedule. They have given us a guaranteed delivery if they fail to make it they pay damages.

It went well. The salesperson (Bob Mudroch) was informative, funny, knowledgeable, and was patient with all of my questions. Construction takes a while. Subcontractors used were established. When I was not happy with quality, effort, or clean-up Bob and Angie (the site supervisor) they were attentive, courteous, and accommodating. Buying a pool is almost as stressful as buying a home. I would use them again for future needs.
