Description of Work: Worked with Adobe customer service to reinstall Acrobat Pro XI & work in conjunction with HP OJ printer / scanner functions. The technician was very knowledgable with Mac & made sure customer service at Adobe did the work required to reinstall their software without the issues I had with installation. |He also suggested a virus protection software that is working seamlessly in the background & even saved me $ on the purchase. |I will definitely use MyTech in the future for any issues that may arise with my Mac.

Description of Work: He was a little late, but called ahead to let me know he was running late. He laid out my options and did a great job installing a new hard drive. He was able to get the information off the old one. He downloaded some free virus and security software. I was very pleased with the work.

Description of Work: HE ADDED MORE HARD DRIVE AND CLEANED COMPUTER OF VIRUS'. HE GOT RID OF THE EXTRA STUFF I DIDN'T NEED ON MY COMPUTER.
