"Big John" came out and ran a diagnostic program on my 4 year old computer that wouldn't boot up. In a matter of minutes, he determined that the hard disk was corrupted. We both agreed it would not be worth the money to repair. I was very impressed with his knowledge and professionalism.

The process was fast and the tech explained what he was doing. Also reviewed what to do in the event the security parameters had to be adjusted.

I called late Wed. PM and spoke with John, the owner, about my specific needs. I requested Sean as the computer tech, because he has helped us in the past and we like his particular style of providing services. Appt was set for next day, time range 3:00 - 3:30PM. On afternoon of appt, Sean called to verify that he was on his way and running about 10 minutes late. Sean arrived at 3:40PM, listened to what I wanted done. At the end of 1 hour, he the virus was removed and he had installed a different anti-virus program which is free and currently his preferred choice. He also told me that the lap top was overheating and gave me specific information about the internal temp and how to get it corrected (bring it to a specific local laptop repair business. Sean asked me if there was anything else he could do at this time, and then gave me a bill for a 1 hr. service call.

Fantastic - John came out same-day, restored all the files, even helped with my blackberry. Great service, great price, very professional. They are the only service I will use.

Things went super! The My Tech employee cleaned up all the wires and cords from my old computer and got my new lap top set up.

Some of the old files were so old, he had to work to get them transferred over, but he was able to. I always appreciate people that are on time and he was. He didn't stretch things out. He didn't give up, he kept it up till he was able to get the transfer accomplished.

Awesome and Fabulous are not big enough adjectives. Shwan was so helpful, my husband and I are so technilogically challanged. His recommendation for the new computer and getting a back-up drive was spot on. He was on time, knowledgeable,personnable and efficient. He was great at explaning any questions I had, he set it up so that it would be easy for me to do the scans I need and installed a language program for my husband. It is great to know that there is a company out there I can trust and has great employees. I would reccommend this company to everyone, especially people that are basically clueless about their computers like me.

Having used My Tech in the past it went as well as I had expected and that was excellently. No delay in setting up appointments and they always arrive on time and always get the job done correctly.

I called them on Monday and they came on Tuesday. I didn't have to take my computer there. They came, cleaned it and put in a new spy-ware. The computer became fast now. I worked with a person called John and he seems like a nice guy. He is very clear cut, he had a bag of all his stuff in it, and he sat down, cleaned it up very promptly. He explained me what to do when those error messages come up. I have recommended him to all the people I know. There is another person called Dian who does the scheduling, she is very good at questioning so that they know what the problem is, they try to find out what kind of make and model it is so that they know it before they come in. I like them a lot.

I called and talked to the owner. He was cordial and professional. He works out of home and is right down the street. Their rule is they come to you. He sent someone out. They did as good a job as they could. If they had a magic wand and could have fixed the computer that would have been an improvement but no one does that. This is how good this guy was; you hire them for an hour I understand that but it is kind of a pain when they come in for five minutes and they are ready to leave. I asked if I had to pay him for the whole hour and he said yes. So I asked him to answer some questions for me about my computer and he did. He also looked at my other computer and we burned out the hour. We got the whole hours work at my request. They gave me advice on how to replace hard drives and gave me some good pointers on anti-virus and Windows Update. He also gave advice on how to make it work better. I appreciated that. That went above and beyond.

It was basically exactly what you would want a computer expert to come out and do. He was well mannered, professional, and efficient. He gave me some helpful tips on how to keep it running. He explained what he was doing, why and I knew along the way what it was going to cost. He got the computer running like almost new.

It went well overall. He did a very good job and ensured his work. He came out to install a wireless router and a few other things. I would recommend him. He was very good.

It was a good experience as I am not very good with getting the most from my computer, it does what I need to do & this service person was very helpful. I will call then again. He made the print larger for me & showed me how to change that as I do not see the screen very good.

Having used MyTech in the past I had no hesitation in calling them. I called on January 14th and their technician, John Frangos, was here on the 15th, resolved the problem and also did some maintenance on the system. Now we are back in business.

Dianne English took the call and had me speak to her husband John about the details of what I needed. Diane called back within minutes and told me that Sean would be there on the same afternoon. Sean was personable, quickly handled the my request list and also showed me how to work with my photo files and back up data to my external hard drive. The "show me" part was easy for him, but had been baffling for me, and I greatly appreciated the in person tech help.

Excellent service, phone call returned by Diane English in less than an hour with an appointment set up for the following day. Repairs and service done by John Frangos who did an outstanding job.

John and Diane England are the owners. They do service and repair. They actually come out to the site. The tools that they use are up to date. They come prepared and do as much as possible on site, but they will take it into the office if they need to.

On time. Very polite, friendly, and pleasant. Price seemed fair, and I liked it that they sent technician to me instead of me taking the computer someplace. $65/hour

Diane English (she and her husband own the company) was extremely friendly and helpful. We had to exchanges several phone messages to finally speak to one another. She answered all my questions about their history, experience, prices and policies. Sean, one of their technicians, came by the next day to examine the computer. He was very knowledgable and honest as we discussed the options. He agreed that is would be best just to purchase a new CPU and even made a recommendation on which brand they found experienced the fewest problems and where I could find one most reasonably prices. Their standard pricing is $65.00 an hour and they charge a minimum of one hour. The fact that they come to your home/business was very appealing to me and made it much easier. I would definitely use them again, use them for my business and will recommend them.
