He also took the time to give me some guidance on other issues in my house and he took the old medicine cabinet away without my asking him too. Extremely knowledgeable, personable and reasonable in price (which he is worth every penny).

mailbox repair

We spoke on the phone and I was able to text over the photos of the original mailbox, some samples of the neighbors' mailboxes, and the HOA bylaws. Mr. Lacey came by to look at the mailbox when he said he would, and promptly called me and quoted me a price for the job. The appointment turn-around time was less than a few days and he and his assistant were done within a few hours. The mailbox looks amazing!

+ 1 moreVery well. Steve did his usual great job: He replaced the existing screws with longer ones and re-fixed the siding. The door opens and closes perfectly now and the repair is practically invisible. Since our 2-hour minimum had some time remaining, Steve looked at a number of other potential projects (e.g., a balky garage door) and made recommendations. Steve's a true professional who charges resonable prices and is very honest about what he can and cannot do. We have used him at least twice before, and will happily use him again!
Description of Work: The screws attaching the lower storm door hinge on our front door had pulled loose from the frame and needed to be secured. The siding covering the frame was also bent outward.
